The service at this property is horrible. I would give a zero if possible. Therefore, I would not in anyway recommend moving to the Reserve at White Rock, Dallas. TX.

For the amount of rent this place charges per month. My personal opinion they could do a better job in keeping the hallways cleaner. Since I been living here I have not seen the cleaner crew vacuum these hallways....Another issue is my trash is not being collected on a regular but yet I'm paying $38 monthly for this service.

SOUTH400 This place is absolutely horrible.My car was towed From the parking garage in which I pay rent.It cost me$350if you'd like an exclusive parking spot It's an extra$40on top of what you pay for rent.For the last2-3weeks The garage has been open which allows for the homeless to come in and gain access to the hallwaysAnd community areas.Very dangerous.It stinks And the floors are dirty in the Hallways.Landscaping stinks because dogs poop and pee in them.dog area unkempt and too small
