I'm glad that the Sunrise Banks application exists because it allows me to track my financial activity as frequently and conveniently as I need to. Having the ability to transfer funds is a super helpful feature. I have trouble with the finger print sign in, though. It seems like every other time I use it, my information fails to load and gets stuck on the loading screen. Also, purchase information is sometimes not updated immediately...
In previous versions of the app I was able to really easily make mobile deposits, however the current version is not using the camera properly and so is unusable for that function. Otherwise is a decent wrapper for the website and at least allows the same functionality as that. Please fix the camera issue soon!
Can't do a whole lot in the app. I click on deposit check and tells me to get the app I'm already enrolled.. I am using the app. Hello.... Nothing in app for debit card issues. Try to email about it and told to call for security reasons. The card limits are extremely low . I mean 200 a day atm and 300 for purchasing items.. can't do a lot with that. But hey the people who are working are great to talk to on the phone. Very friendly and very knowledgeable.
I wish it would login faster as the initial load takes a while. A widget giving the current account balances would be nice or alerts that could be customized with more options would be a second way to give updates to my balance.
Horrible app and bank the works in technology and services.. I have to reset password every month,and is close to impossible to make a payment,bad ATMs,and they almost destroy my score credit.
Was working great for the first year or so. The last six months it's been super slow and most of the time doesn't even load. I end up having to use the web browser on my phone to check my account.
I hate this app. I'm constantly being locked out for using the finger print scanner after just the first try. Whats the point in having this feature if it never works?
wont update balances. up to a week delay which is really frustrating. i just want to know my balances. requires password chance way too frequently.
Very buggy. Deposits often don't work...and folks at the bank think it's a good idea to force you to change your password every few months
Any glitches they have had have been repaired... one improvement could be turning on the Flash while taking a check image for mobile deposit.
I downloaded to use mobile deposits. It doesn't work. Reinstalled multiple times. Waste of time.
app doesn't work half of the time, always have to reset the phone for it to work once
Because of log in errors i am unable to check how much i put into the account, and how much i take out Whats the point in having the app if i cant get in
Its very bland and doesnt show much account information excpet the balance. Text featurs dont work

What is going on with this app? It times out everytime I try and log in. Please correct this glitch ASAP!!!!
it works ok overall......it just crashes from time to time
App is always slow and they ask me to change my password too often.
Works great both on Data or High speed internet.
Glitchy in earlier versions..Definitely better with the current one..
Pretty good. Doesn't crash like it used to. I can do everything I need to do.
Customer service is excellent, the bank is protective of your money. You can set your notifications, setup reoccurring payments, authorize payments, rent ect. Online banking available 24hrs, no ATM fee, online statements, moderate monthly fees, Sunrise Bank is great in my opinion.
Was really buggy at first. Much improved lately...

The app is not very intuitive and there are a few features that don't function well. With branches closed (except for two drive-thru only locations), it would be great to have an inappropriate "chat with a banker" option. Furthermore, the "mobile deposit" has not been a working function for nearly a year. I end up putting money into another financial app, then doing an instant transfer to Sunrise.
