Fix your app... It keeps freezing in loading screen. Previously used to be okay in few tires, but now since last 5 hours it's just stuck there. If F1 soft can't provide good service then get it done with some other company. But fix it. It's so frustrating to use the app.

I was happy with app but since i change to S22 ultra i have been facing bug in the app of most of the banks. Please fix the bug as soon as possible as it is really big issue. I cant read qr from gallery nor can i select the bank from dropdown to send money. I have forwarded the issue with vdo in banks facebook page as well as facebook page of F1Soft. :(

Nice app. Please fix that auto hide of balance. Every time I need to click on eye button to see balance. Make it user choice to see or hide balance. Thank you.

Doesn't loads properly, get stucked and error pop-up. I'm trying to do EMI payment since 15 min but unable. I also tried after reinstalling the app but the app is ridiculous.

The worst mobile banking app ever used. It gets stuck while loading and doesnot open no matter what u do. It is high time we close account on this bank.

Worst app, also the worst bank. Transaction failed and bank isn't looking into it. Faced the problem for 12 days and still no response.

This app and bank itself is quite poor in providing service. I've had to deal with many problems for my accounts as well as other services

Wrost experience ever in the application. We cannot topup, send money to anyone. It always shows error.

worst mobile banking app ever trying to load payment to ewallet since 1hr; even contacted with the bank but the banks says that there is no problem at all😠💢💢💢

Would be great if you add features like having international payment options of sending and receiving money and allowing to transfer money from international debit cards and Banks. And having feature to add multiple credit cards. Still a great app to use. ⭐⭐⭐

Been frequently using this App..for the last 6 months..on Saturday October 03, 2020; it suddenly says "mobile banking service expired" when I try to log in.... without any prior notification. Never knew I had renew the subscription.....or is it some bug ....at least I should've been notified.

When open the app it take more time to opening. Its other systems are good.

I was disappointed just after an update. But now, everything is fixed and app runs smoothly and it's better than previous version. Thank you for your quick response and mitigating of my problem soon.

I have a Bug report. When i try to open the credit card fund transfer the app automatically force closed. so help me. i hope next update will bring all the features running smoothly.

I am having lots of issues regarding accrued interest. It's been more than a month and i haven't got any interest. Is there any rules or regulations that I don't know of? I even tried to complain about it in this stupid app but It always says we are having problem blah blah. Fix this app or improve your services

Couldn't download statements and receipts after payment; app says couldn't generate receipt.tried reinstalling, i tried giving all permissions required, visited bank branch but still my problem not fixed.. but they gave me the options to manually check the reference code of my transactions through invoice history....

Most of time gives server error during start 😥

This app is buggy. Its not displaying my other accounts except the savings. And its calculations of accrued interest on fixed deposits is also full of errors.

Today was the first time I used it to transfer money and it disappointed me ! It kept on saying Fund transfer is not available to you contact your nearest bank and when i called the bank they said it was working properly. Then i had to go to the bank for transaction in this scorching heat ! worst app !

Whenever I try to login with fingerprint it says fingerprint error... It seems like you've added a new fingerprint but I have never added a fingerprint... My fingerprint work everywhere except this app... Why disabling evertime?

I don't know what is wrong with this app like i tried to topup but everytime i enter the mobile number it says invalid number. So its a request to fix the problems really soon. THANK YOU!!

I forgot my password and i tried to get a new one but when i reach the account number part the app says update the app to use this feature.What does this mean ??Where should i update the app from ? Playstore is not showing the option of update. What should i do/need to do in order to create a new password ? Somebody please answer this...🙏

After this new update 6.0.87, app won't open but says try SMS mode even when I am connected to internet, both on wifi or mobile data. Please fix it as soon as possible.

Now I am facing the worst experience with the app. Whenever I am in urgent and try to open the app, it stucks on the loading page. For continuous 3 days I am facing it.
