In order to use this app you need to have a Sunrise Smart TV subscription (TV start or TV comfort).
***************Good to know:
- Connect up to 5 additional devices with your Sunrise Smart TV subscription. At first use you will need to connect your device to your Sunrise TV Box at home. Detailed instructions can be found on our website at sunrise.ch/tv.
- Data used for streaming is free for customers with a Sunrise or MTV mobile subscription in Switzerland. This means the app's streaming data (video) traffic is not counted.
- In order to provide you with the optimal watching experience the video quality will always adapt to the speed of your connection. You will need at least a 3G or better network connection to enjoy this app. On WiFi we recommend a minimum download speed of 5 Mbit/s.
- The app also works abroad via WiFi connection. You can watch ComeBack TV, play your recordings, check your favorite programs in the TV Guide, and schedule recordings in order not to miss anything. Please note, that Live TV is not available due to legal reasons.

Terrible, just like TV box it connects with. Crashing, freezing, requiring reboots. Goods and Services Act is not fulfilled.
the stream freezes very often. also, why the channels are so few. can't we have the same channels as on the TV Box?
Rather complicated. It could be much simpler and direct. Also cannot watch all the channels on replay.
More or less, it works fine but needs improvements: for example, please add the possibility to choose the language as we have on TV.

Please add: 1. AndroidTV compatibility please. It just needs it to work with a controller/arrows. 2. Allow Sunrise login instead of that silly Network + TVBox

Fine if you want to watch only the crapy show. But I like being able to filtering by language, I wonder when they will make this option available on their box.. Also, I tought i will be able to program my box via this app.
Good idea but terrible usability. I miss a search functionality for movie titles! I don't want to find hundreds of series. Filtering for languages would be nice, too. Also I'd like to control the sunrise box with this app.
Crashes too often.
Entered the connection temporary code but it keeps saying "an error occurred" and that's it. Hope it will be soon solved. Device: Moto X Play, everything up to date.
Not bad application, works well. Cannot use all functions on all channels (Comeback TV and LivePause), lots of channels are not available at all, why !! Missing French channels globally (MCM Top ??? and the new OneTV from Geneva) So not much useful, but can help if some cases. And not available on Sony/Philips Android TV, really needed to avoid a 2nd box. Soon available on Samsung TVs ??
The playback of any video constantly start back from the beginning of the video at random intervals. Nice concept but implementation too bugged to use. It's more a prototype than an application ready for production...
Although watching 📺 on a mobile is not my priority this app should be improved. How many times is a recorded programme not just stuck and starts from scratch again. And when you are in Switzerland on a local network (salt) there is am error message stating you can't watch it without WiFi if you are outside of Switzerland 🇨🇭. Weird and incorrect. To be corrected.
Only limited channels are available. Also watching recorded programs are also only limited to available channels.
Overall, the Sunrise Smart TV App functions. It could, however, be improved for usability. For example, - The channel descriptions do not line up with the channel number on the TV Guide on my Android Tablet. - Sometimes the connection is lost for no reason. - The connection is lost whenever the USB is plugged/unplugged; hence, the connection has to be reset. What is great is that I have TV portability, when I'm in my flat! 👍🏽 😊 That's Nice.
