Good luck with logging in at all. Getting an "Unauthorized" error message even after changing my password. Can't login on the website either; getting a "Page cannot be displayed" error on multiple browsers once I submit my login information. Totally useless and a waste of time. When I first created the account I was able to login one time. After clearing my cache for the app and my browsers, as well as cookies on my browsers, the same error persists and I cannot login. How does this help anyone?

Has anyone reviewed and addressed any of the comments/complaints described throughout all of the reviews??? It doesn't appear that the developer has done anything for several years. I have just downloaded the app and am not ready to provide an opinion. It is disappointing to see that nothing is being done on the app make it user friendly when the provider strongly recommends that members use it.

Terrible! You're lucky if you can log in. Once I finally was able to log in nothing was showing in the "my health pays" section. Called customer service and was given the run around and wrong phone numbers to call. Gave up after 2 hours!

Have not been able to log into my acct for at least 2w now. I keep getting an internal error message. Thanks for messing up as I need my insurance card and number for important appts this past week. Do not recommend!!

The app allows me to log in the first time after it is installed. After that you have to delete the app and reinstall it to be able to log in. Worst yet are the two word fake reviews that are obviously from Sunshine Health. I guess only sunshine Health web development employees are able to log in.

Absolute garbage!!! Don't even waste the few minutes on downloading!!! I would have rated less if I could've.....

This stupid app will not let me log in!! I have been trying for weeks to log in & keep getting error msg!!

I wish it had more details. It just really basic. Name, Dr's name, Rewards, but I do not think the rewards work. It doesn't even show claims. You could look for a provider.

I made several attempts to try to access my medical information change my daughter's address change my address and to no avail I still can't do anything with this app and then it keeps giving me a 404 message not found when I know I'm in the system I put my username password in and yet nothing happens it works maybe one or two times in the entire time I've had this app it doesn't make any sense why it's not working all I'm trying to do is correct my daughter's address 🤬

Completely useless! . App says I'm an "unauthorized user" when I try to login. Tried registering with it, but it said *member not found". I can still access everything on my laptop. Seems like this happens to most people.

Horrible app. Might as just delete it and not have one. Our insurance just got switched to this and it's so bad. Not even the website will work. The insurance system here is so bad. And when you call you get help no one ever picks up the phone.

Can not register, I input the member ID but does not go further than being not found. Useless app, that doesn't work 😠. If this app. is needed to work with this medical plan, then it needs to be updated and worked on to be able to accept new member. One star but I really meant 0 stars.

Dude. I am deleting this app I tried to log into my account I'm not sure how many times. It wont let me. I dont have time to play these games. What sucks is I was refered to this app by someone from sunshine health. Not sure if they ever had this app before to know that it is garbage but it's garbage. Not even worth the download. I wish I never had either because my phone started acting crazy after the os shut down. Definitely rating this as a 0 and im calling them to complain

Either this app is seriously broken, or the description needs to have a minimum level of effort so the users know if "Sunshine Health" does or does not include "Ambetter from Sunshine Health" members... I've been a member since the beginning of 2018, yet the message I receive suggests otherwise. I can't imagine that the Sunshine Health would release an app for another customer group before their commercial insurance customers had a basic app, BUUUUT this is #Florida so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I try many times, I'm a member for 2 years, This app never works and if you called customer service for help with it nobody knows anything and they cannot help you with the app, to access your account you have to enter directly through the website.

Well Care its not good for the reason being they don't have a bunch of good benefitsts one example you should have the membership gym that's the basic

Not a good experience. Wasted time installing this app and trying to log in. I put in all the necessary information, but received 'unauthorized' notice. I'm removing this app. Will continue to access account through website.

Completely useless if I could give it a zero star rating I would. It kept telling me unauthorized login. I've already signed up and set up my account online. Not sure why it wasbt reading nor letting me login to mine or my daughters accounts. Horrible would not reccomend downloading it's a comet waste of time.

So after many login fails I am unauthorized user I use this at multiple times and it's always been I needed the most to look at my providers that I can't and it just like unauthorized user I've been through this so many times I'm so done

Was great the first day. Then the app completely changed and I can't get back to the home screen. Now its useless.

Cannot even get to register,the app just spins!! I called toget a provider list,and was referred to the app!! OMG what does it take for someone to do their Job for once!!!

This app is complete garbage. I tried logging into my account several times it doesn't work.

After having to login several times, there's no OTC option at all. I'm uninstalling the app.

Must have been designed by college graduates.

I just downloaded this app and went to sign in abs it says unauthorized. Uninstalled.

Terrible app. Can't sign on with my ambetter credentials. It can't find my information.

Terrible, install it, doesn't work at all. Gives a unauthorized log in error. Zero Stars.

Trying to set up my account, but my member ID is not accepted. And now? This app doesn"t work!
