Great spa, stupid app. I have no idea why you could even try to charge for this app. It is the most primitive thing ever. Doesn't show error messages that are on the display of the spa even. This app should be given away free, because I put my spa online so that the spa company can get my stats. This way you can perform better service and make more money. Really though. This is not worth the money
The worst. Worked for about a few weeks, but kept needing to login. Finally it gave up and refused to connect anymore. Reinstall and still doest even launch. I got rid of it. And to think they want u to pay for it.
Took days to connect correctly with tech support saying can't be done. Connected myself and now app crashes upon opening right after log in
Keeps stopping. Unable to get past first screen. Needs proper testing before release.
After 8 months of being very patient waiting for Sundance to get it working I am done with this useless junk. Do not waste your time or money.
I just installed it, my wife and I cannot get enough of this feature.
I took a picture of my serial number, app tells me it's wrong
New version has advertisement for "smart tub" app. When checking box for agreeing to terms it kicks it back to same page. Can not log on now like I have for last 10 months. Why spend $ for upgrade wifi if it does not work
Terrible app. I would suggest waiting until v3 or v4. App crashes more than it works. Had to reinstall this app no less than five times
Don't roll out an app until it is ready. This one constantly crashes and malfunctions. It makes Sundance Spas look bad.
Tried using it multiple times over the 2 years we have head the new spa. Had worked correct maybe 10 times total. Horrible and now can't even login.
Great Application once it is set-up!
Terrible app only connects for a number of weeks or months until it inevitably disconnects and you have to go through whole setup again. Very frustrating!
