Easy to use and functional. Have had issues with it not allowing me to log in to my account though. Not a 1 time problem, and it never fails, it's when I need it most. Thank God I can text for my balance, but that doesn't allow me to see pending transactions or really track anything. 😕 Please fix

It doesn't matter if I type in my username and password or use biometrics; I always have a hard time logging in. I usually have to close the app and do it over again. Very annoying. Also I've never successfully deposited a check with the app. It always says it doesn't recognize the check. Update: lost a star because it completely stopped letting me log in.

Good look of the app. Very buggy though. But i mean it just updated this year so a few bugs is expected. My biggest issue is the fingerprint login. It is annoying. Makes you do it multiple times and sometimes doesn't even work. Then the app opens but it's slow like dial up internet with the best service signal btw. Anyways it's a new app so it's expected.

Not very impressed with the new app so far. I don't like that we are no longer able to see a running balance after each transaction and does not show the total balance of all accounts like before. I am confused by transaction dates from different months and not in chronological order as the old app. New logo also looks dated and rushed. The app even pops up randomly when I'm in other apps on my phone, not sure why. Lots of improvement needed with this new banking transition.

The app is ok. I have to wait several seconds when I first open it before entering my UserID or it wipes it out and I have to re-enter. That's not too bad. What I really miss from the previous SunState app is the updated balance showing with each transaction. I would like the current Radiant app so much more if it would reflect the balance changing as each transaction clears. It was very convenient.

I've had this app for sometime now and haven't really had any problems besides it won't keep the Username saved but I can deal with that but now for weeks I can't use it at all. It keeps saying it's an untrusted connection. I sent a message to those that made the app and I have been ignored. I've been with Sunstate for several years but now I live 45 min away and can't drive in every time I need to deposit a check, I may have to change banks.

Very slow, constantly have trouble logging in. Really need to update and fix these bugs. Only about 60% of the time does the app actually work correctly. It force closes itself all the time, when I'm typing my password it deletes half my password as I'm typing it and I have to delete and retype the whole thing. Honestly it's a real pain. Good bank, bad app.

This app is awful. It's buggy and slow, and half the "buttons" don't do anything. Good luck trying to find information anywhere in it. I was directed to the app to make payments on my car loan but there's no actual option to do that. It's frustrating and I clicked on every link possible and found half of them don't do anything.

This app is HORRIBLE! It makes you sign in multiple times before it starts to load and then when its loading to log you in it takes a million years if the app even recognizes your login credentials. And it lags when switching tabs like from accounts to transfers and so on. This app needs serious software and inter surface update. The app runs poorly for a banking app. Please fix.

This app is awful to log into. I put in the correct password and it remains stuck on loading forever. I've restarted my phone. Uninstalled/reinstalled the app. Nothing works. What is frustrating is I can't deposit a check via the web browser on my desktop, only on mobile. The app is unusable like this.

It's ok. The login can take forever. The password will delete the first letter if you go to fast. Switching between pages is slow. My BIGGEST gripe I'd why does it take over a week to pay a radiant car loan from the radiant app. Ridiculous. I'd give it a higher rating but I just paid some bills and am frustrated with it again....

Absolutely insane. I opened my account Wednesday. The app worked long enough that day in the branch to take an initial $5 as a test, and to switch to electronic statements. Thursday night I wrote myself a $205 check from my account at another bank to continue filling up this account. Throughout the weekend I've been able to log in 1 out of 10 times I try. It just spins and does not load. The couple of times it did load, it showed the money as pending... in my savings account.

This app is down a lot, the wheel just keeps turning & turning and nothing happens! Worse app ever!!! Keeps asking security questions every time I go to log on! It's terrible and has never been any good! The other one before this one gave me no trouble and SunState needs to go back to it! All these review's speak loud and clear so please fix or replace it! Log in page always has issues. Unable to log in throwing up an error all the time.Really sucks that we can't access our accounts when need.. : ( Here we are months later and still issues logging in. Thinking I should bank elsewhere because I don't have time to play with this ap. Very inconvenient.

Always have trouble logging in. After that, it's fine. 2/26/21, still sucks logging in and once you're in, super slow. When logging in, and entering your password, it deletes it halfway through typing. So if you type fast, it tells you the password is wrong. Sunstates app was way better

I was banking with Sunstate Federal Credit Union and they were (I am assuming) bought out by Radiant. The app is more difficult to navigate, takes more time to load in between each screen, is lagging with each tap of the screen and is just overall not as good. Its a loss for me because at this point I am looking at banking with someone else due to this app and the buyout of Sunstate.

Very buggy. I endured multiple over draft charges because the app said I made a transfer but it didn't go through. I get errors saying Internet Explorer Not Supported, but I'm using the app. When I'm able to login it actually does the things it's supposed to do, usually...

Terrible app, most of the time app doesn't load. Can't get past log in regardless if you use biometric, remember me, or just log in manual. If the app does work, it feels like a 20 step process just to get to the home screen.

Now Will not load. Timer circle just keeps spinning. All updates installed. Uninstaller and reinstalled. All operating updates done to my Verizon Note 10+ and still will not do anything but give me a spinning circle. When I could log in before I would check the "remember me" box, but it never would and with so many fingerprint scanner on phones now you would think that would be an option for log in. My other banking apps have it. I LOVE this credit union, but the app is useless. Literally

Update #3 3/2/22. I have finally given up on this app and uninstalled. I would have hoped to have seen improvements by now. Update #2: The app continues to have bugs, not allowing users to login. I try almost daily, and am able to actually get in maybe 25% of the time.

It doesn't connect. I have to uninstall the app but it only works for a little while. Biometric doesn't work well, especially if you have more than one account. Not efficient. Maybe different on desktop but there is reason for having mobile app.

Takes to long to load. Most times when typing the first couple of letters of your password it will clear the field. 90% of the time it's just easier to open a web browser than use the app.

I am definitely ready to switch to a different bank so that i am able to keep up with my banking. Despite all of the negative.Constantly having to reload the Radiant app from play store or it will not log me in. The hamster wheel just goes round and round. It takes at min 3 attempts to log in. Too many red flags in reviews for this not to be fixed. Shows me customer care is way low. I probably will be moving checking and saving accounts to First Federal Credit Union accounts I've already opened

Navigation of the site is more simplified, but I have to keep waiting for the app to log in when signing on. It takes forever. I have to keep closing the app and resigning on until it finally goes thru.Then I often get locked out of my account even after putting in my correct password.
