App not intuitive. When we claim the points to pay for parking, obviously we want to use it on same day or at least within 24 hours. But the app need another step to confirm for the use of parking which NO ONE WOULD HAVE EXPECTED. So at leaving the carpark, after using the points, we paid the parking in full. Have to use the parking credit within 3 days, but it is not everyday we get to go shopping. Suntec mall mgmt doesn't take in feedback well, unlike capitalmall which is more experienced
Generally a good app without problems. But with festive season, Reward points wasn't credited, advertised promotion wasnt accounted for. Contacted customer service and was told to wait for a week. Waited for a week, the points still wasn't credited. Contacted CS again, but was told they are forwarding to technical support team. Unfortunately, still haven't gotten any updates yet. Don't dare to make further festive purchases till glitch is resolved.
Appreciate the ability to process non-standard sized receipts such as big ones where dollar amounts look relatively small compared to whole receipt size. (The other famous app would tell u the number is too small/unclear to process). I like the due diligence to ensure name in receipt, if any,matches account holder name, to prevent fraud due to receipt theft. Only use the app to upload rcpts n redeem evoucher so no opportunity to discover bugs from other features... Hence 5 stars.
Have submit the receipts but end up it show not valid. Super disappointed on this app. Should improve and have a better way for the member or reward.
Worst memebrship programme and app i've used in recently. The process of receipts verifications is rediculously difficult. First the customer service tells me receipt was invalid, doesnt show the final amount, then they tell me it shows the final amount but its a "pre-settlement" receipt! Hello, thats the only receipt issue aby your stores! Then they tell me i cant claim because the receipt reflected my wife's name due to the membership of the place of expenditure is under her, suntec+ is mine.
Forced to update to be able to use the app. But after updating, cannot open the app at all despite uninstall/re-install since November 2019. Feedback to concierge many times but no help. So troublesome to have to go to concierge everytime I need to scan receipt and they cannot tell me how many points I have because it's only through the app which cannot work.
Totally useless. Wasted data downloading this apps. Scanned a receipt and was told the receipt doesn't belongs to me. Like what?! Seriously? And expect me to show monthly statement that I really made such purchases. WOW!! ππ I have to go thru ridiculous steps just for a mere points. Nvr face such issues on other shopping malls apps. First and last. Already uninstall.
After they changed the rewards to under Treats, none of the e-voucher works at all. it will just force close the app. tried another phone, same. tried to pay wih the voucher but ends up cannot use at all. humiliating. feedbacked to conceirge too to inform the mgmt. waste too much time helping suntec pick out their app fault until im late for my own appointment. bad experience. suspected marketting gimmicks to let the vouchers expire and never gets resolve until you cannot use them. Issue resolved
Hard to navigate and point submission process takes very long to complete.
One of the worse and scammy membership system. Does not care about families, will try best to reject your receipt with all kinds of reason. Basically each husband, wife, son, daughter, grandma and grandpa need to have their own account and pay for everything themselves because if not they will say name doesn't match. Oh yeah and they consider dialect name to be a different person too. else they will find some other nonsensical reason to reject your receipt, even if cust service scanned for u b4.
Poor user experience. Kept saying mobile exist but can't recognise email used.
Directory not helpful. It loads the slow mobile version of the website when you look for directions. If you scroll to the mall map you get stuck there.
Worst rewards app, very long loadtime (>5 mins per page) and force to install+signup using meagre parking discount as bait. Not worth it. Uninstalled and shall visit suntec less due to this app, thanks.
Unable to login with Facebook authentication. Please fix the Facebook embedded browsers authentication issue. I am not able to access the app at all.
The reset function of the app is not working. It keeps indicating that the mobile number is not traced in their system yet when I tried to sign up a new account using another email, I receive an error that mobile number already in used.
Should have listened to the comments before download. All scams and untruthful ads. The free delivery is not for all. I learnt the lesson the hard way... I hope this app will be taken down for good.
Ridiculous.. downloaded the app.. tried to log in with the correct email address and password.. keep prompting to check email address or password whether correct or not.. π€¦
Really hate app that force you to upload every time new version comes out. Why cant developer allow user to use not so latest version 1st. Do they always think it is OK to download 50MB of app all the time?
worst shopping mall app I have used. never get to login. keep asking me to reset password when the reset page keep saying the link is expired!
Keep saying my email was registered. b Tried forgot password but it does not work. I could not redeem the $10 voucher as I cannot log in the app.
Trash app. Flash sale is a scam. Allows you to click buy, but doesn't allow you to input card to purchase.
Do not update. Latest version hangs upon opening. Hope there is a way to go back to previous version

waste of time and in violation of pdpa downloaded this because they were giving $5 codes to redeem, for signing up. but the code didn't work. couldn't find option to unsubscribe which violates pdpa law.
Spent large sums and because receipts were more than 48hrs past the claim period, they won't honour the points. Vendors also didn't inform customer about it.

one of the worst membership programs if not the worst. At 1000pts for $1 of parking, isn't it < 1 hr of parking for $1,000 of spend? Not to mention the numerous rejected/invalid receipts when i scan receipts using this app. Not going to be bothered with this app once i hv used up my credit. i will spend my money elsewhere.
