i hate this thing (move the truck one inch and it will put you on driving status) no notifications on your phone when you're getting close to your time using your truck personally it'll still put you driving status after a few miles so many violations
Takes an excessive amount of time to do anything at all in the app. Freezes and locks up all the time.
Poor app, takes too long to think about opening, log on, ect.
Outdated ELD not user friendly, videos outdated as well
I cant even get started on this app. Whenever i ask for help nothing.
It doesn't do it for Me.. Non at all got use it for the job I really hate it...
This is the most user unfriendly app installed on my phone. Whoever wrote it has no idea what a driver has to go through out here. It freezes with each option I choose. Sometimes it takes me 15mins to run though the options for vehicle inspection, which takes me 15mins to do for a total of 30mins. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!
This thing sucks. I have the current update, called the help desk. I have been off work since the 5th and this Thing still pits me on drive, on duty, etc. My truck is 60 miles from me. Don't tell me to call you because I have. Just fix it please. 10/26/18: THIS DAMN THING JUST CAUSED ME A VIOLATION WHEN I STILL HAD TIME ON MY CLOCK!!!!!!
Easy to use
Not liking it. One of two things. Either the app is unstable with my tablet or my tablet is not compattable with app. Have asked for compattable devices. Changes status on its own. Made 3 entries while stopped to fuel, ended up with 6. Truck never moved for about 7-10 minutes.
11.10.17. Update for login,did jack squat. Still have to login every time I open HOS! Going on two freaking weeks with this issue!
This system is a complete joke it never works right and please don't call for help all that gets you is transferred to someone else who has no answer.
Most user unfriendly app I've ever used. Since the update to address many issues which needed to be addressed I spend up to 15 to 30 minutes each day waiting for this app to act on any edit I attempt to make. Truly a waste of time.
Unstable on my tablet.. not putting it on my phone! Have reinstalled 3 times! Should have shopped around more before sticking us with this.. paper works better!
Constant problems..would not recommend to worst enemy..horrible.. pretty sure a 12 year old at school library could write better program...constantly having bugs...i.t. guys don't seem to know what there doing...don't buy or use this....!!!!!!

App is trash. Will not update properly, will not allow sleeper split, continuously have to uninstall and reinstall. I should not be forced to pay for this junk.
this app keeps crashing my phone. it also freeze on a specific HOS so you cant log off . it has made me go over driving hours. cant believe I need to pay $10 weekly and use my own internet and phone.
