Is pretty good for the most part. The only thing I didn't like was the trip planner. It doesn't show every option and so far I have found routes that were easier but the trip planner didn't show them. Changing the settings didn't fix the issue. Needs a better trip planner.
I used to think this app was handy but the amount of errors it keeps returning have negated that. As it is, I find that Google Maps is faster, more reliable, more accurate, provides more detailed information and has a more intuitive interface.
Compared to the Phoenix Transit App this thing is stone age. It barely locates stops and it's got no real-time updates when busses are running late. I've been sent on routes that take were certainly not the most direct route. If say it is deserving of a 1 out of 5 rating. The booklet is more helpful.
Meh, it'll tell you what time the bus comes and it's better than the paper bus schedule because it'll tell you all the stops, but it does not map out the bus route as far as the whole route that the bus goes. it'll show you a portion of the buses route but I guess you just have to know Tucson because you can't depend on this app for it. I mean, I like knowing what time the bus comes, so it's good in that area but....
For the past week the app hasn't worked for me. I have even uninstalled it and reinstalled it and im still getting the same message/problem. Other then that its a great app.
Has technical difficulties about 4 days a week, gets really frustrating especially when it's too late to call. You never know if it's gonna work when you need it. Please fix whatever is going on.
This app constantly freezes or just fails to start. Horrible. You'd be better off to download a PDF of the route you need.
Nice little app if you have a credit card and your phone has power but if otherwise in that you're screwed make sure your phone is charge so your bus pass works but right now it's pretty so it doesn't matter
An app developer needs to maintain this app. Errors occur more often than having the app work. Fix the problem, please.
It now does not show the stops of various busses. The Sun Tran website still has these routes and there is no update so I'm uninstalling.
When it works, it's convenient. Plan B use Google Maps and hope they are updated.
When it works its great. You just shouldnt depend on it. Seems to be down alot lately.
Terrible, broken a lot. Some days, or hours within a day, no functions work whatsoever.
It fails at every task. Hasnt worked in 4 days. I'll just use the Sun Tran website.
They always have problem with the app everytime i want to see a stop or the time that the bus pass it never let me im so upset of this app sorry
It has its ups and downs sometimes the info is accurate and then it's been so off
I like this for the schedules but it's biggest downfall is i cant use it offline.
Really! I waited for the no1 from 7:43 till I got my Uber at 8:20. This was Sunday March 8, 2020. Your app said I could catch the no1 west at 8:01, guess what, no bus. You could at least edit your times so people can plan their trips with confidence. What a lazy, jerk move!
Constantly has issues and can be down sometimes for weeks before its even fixed.
this app works about half the time. theres so many bugs in this thing its not even funny
When it's working it's pretty good. The problem is they are always having problems!

App doesn't upload schedules much of the time..
only 4 dont get me wrong but its works really gud but it goes out when i need it the most but over all its great..

I like app 'cus i always know when my bus will arrive...
This app needs the full route maps on it. And it should be one of the first options we get, right next to the route schedules. Whenever I plan a trip I go straight to the full Tucson map first so I can see how the routes intersect. I rarely use one bus route. Without the full map I don't think I will keep this app. If you do have the full map. I couldn't find it.
