When using the service for the first time, the app requires strong authentication with banking IDs, a mobile certificate or an ID card. After this, all you will need is the PIN code you set for the app.
You can use the app with at most five active devices. You can manage your devices in the app settings. The app can be used by one user at a time on the same phone.

Getting much better but there still needs to be a way to archive messages. Though the work thus far is very much appreciated. 4 stars when we can archive messages. 5 stars when we get a theme that is easier on my eyes, like something a bit more dark. Thanks!
How can I turn off the animation, transition of bouncing feature when switching between views and messages. It's really annoying. Not sleek or a smooth user experience. Version 2.7.0.
What is the point of this app, you get an email to say there is a letter waiting in another service you have to log into. The App just shows the text of the email. I thought i would be able to see the letters in the App. Am I missing something?
I can't seam to be able to log in to this app. I'm not able to verify. As it dies not connect to my bank and now it just opens a blank page when I press set up. Tryed reinstalling it. Did not help set up page still blank
Can't set it up thru S-mobile. Once you identify yourself the app throws it self back to the selection screen instead of letting u move forward.
Cannot be used with rooted phones. Why is it then that apps from different banks have none such limitations? Besides that, web version works fine with rooted phones.
Doesn't allow to copy message text or take a screenshot. So basically if you need to translate a message from Finnish you need a dictionary book.
I do not want email notices, which still happened because of this app. Plus i got the email notice way before this app informed me anything so for me its not useful.
This is a good and simple app bringing together communication notifications from various government institutions in one platform.

Notifications come 1-2 weeks after you actually received the message. Same issue on three different phones sofar...
Can you please announce in advance here on Google Play Store that this app doesn't work on rooted ROMs? It would have spared me time and disappointment...

I don't get the point of getting a message that only tells me to sign in to another service (omavero) to see the actual message. Why not just show it?
2 years later. Still asks for my email-adress. Won't accept it. Uninstalling!!
Sovellukseen olisi mukava saada tumma teema. In english: it would be nice to have a dark theme in the app.

Inbox won't show new messages, have to go to website to read them
I had this app because Corona vaccination and they specially recommend to instal this app. Nothing has happened since a week. Why do i even need this app when it does work.
Haven't seen new messages since December 2020. The web site shows them though.
