I absolutely love the idea of buying my groceries online and being able to pick them up without having to go into the grocery store, but the search engine being used for this app and on the website are both terrible. I use to be the pricing specialist where I buy my groceries from so I know for fact what the store has and does not have, but the search engine will tell me item not found. This drives me nuts. Walmart's app and online is much easier to navigate.
The app would only show me alcoholic beverages even after changing the filter. Uninstalling.1/12/2022 Still worst grocery app ever - (Great Falls Montana store location) no prices listed, circulars won't open, tried using website-even worse! Only shows stores for Texas and Arkansas! Maybe corporate should hire professionals to handle their apps and websites. Uninstalling- notice no one ever responds to these reviews??? Taking my shopping elsewhere.
They really need to make it easier to add items to your cart from the list. What is the purpose of the check boxes in the List section if you then have to go in and add each item individually? There are also items that the app can't find that I buy in the store regularly (e.g. whole wheat rotini).
Terrible app!!! I love your curbside ladies who have brought my groceries to my car a couple times. I've bought groceries from Super One since the West Monroe store opened. Now I'm retired & with Covid-19 I wanted to continue to use curbside. I have had trouble the two times that it finally worked, and today..... well, I entered $150+- amount of items TWICE & each time when I got to check out I could not get past the Pick Up!!! I uninstalled your app & reinstalled it & my cart was EMPTY.
It won't let me add items to my lists. It used to confirm with 'Item added to list' now it doesn't do anything & sometimes it freezes up completely. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, clearing cache, force stop but nothing works. 🤷🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ It's useless.
Simply horrible. These people act like they can't keep an appointment time unless they call you about 20 times first. Simply ridiculous. I show up at my appointment time but order has been cancelled because they were trying to call and old phone number. Instead of just keeping the appointment time payment had going through everything else was fine. But too stupid to just keep the appointment time so forget this store. Thumbs down minus five stars
Need to update the program it is really slow when updating the shopping list and you can't take your shopping list and dump it into a purchase order, but you should be able to...
1. Cannot enter billing address 2. When item is not available it should say that instead of no results of search 3. Make available a description of items 4. Make available a menu on first page making it easy to get back to your orders to look at them, add to etc. 5. This is a great store and it deserves a user friendly, informational app. App also will not allow login except thru Google. Will never go thru for email/password. WHY???? NEED HELP SIGNING IN. Will not take email or let me reset pas
App worked smoothly once I registered. Where the larger chains were or have moved to central generic communications, getting feedback from who was grabbing my groceries was a nice change.
The search option SUCKS. It doesn't recognize most things. So you just hafta scroll through everything. Makes it extremely time consuming. If i stop shopping at super 1, it will be solely because of this app difficulty. Walmarts is worlds beyond this. Js.
I'd like to use this app during these trying times but I can't get it to work for the Duluth, MN stores. I'm from TX and those stores are all I see when when I allow location verification and I've also typed in the zipcode. Amy idea what I'm doing wrong would be great.
Could not get it to work. Tried on my phone. On my tablet. And my pc. When I tap on shop to be able to shop online, it goes blank and never comes up. So I gave up and uninstalled it.
This might work for you if you live down in Texas its neighboring southern states, but it stores elsewhere don't seem to be supported. There are only about a dozen stores that are in the app. Its completely useless to anyone north of there as it leaves thousands of stores unsupported.
Has worked well for a few years. Now it will not save to list or add to cart without seizing. 🤷♂️ Galaxy Note 4, 8 and 9.
Why don't you have the duluth Minnesota stores in your app? I have lung cancer, and a hip that needs replacing. I prefer super one to cub, or walmart, but because I can't find a delivery app, I have no choice but to use one of the others.
Where's the shopping cart button? I've been adding items but can't find my cart to view what's in there. Surely I'm missing something. Can anyone answer? I'm using my phone. Haven't had this problem in my computer or tablet.
This app, coupled with excellent curb service makes my shopping so simple and convenient. Bye-bye grocery store lines.
I cannot even choose the store in my area .the map won't come up.. all its showing his alcohol.. I can't even search for food. It's blank.. it says there's no stores in there is at least 3 in Longview
great app for grocery shopping and searching up items in-store. looking at store circle is very smooth. I pleased with it all.
I've been shopping here since I moved to Seagoville a year and a half ago This store is friendly ,clean and I'm on a fixed income so with prices going through the roof, Ty to this store for leaving their special meat packs at 20$ for a set of 4 , this really is helping me get by !! Ty so much for keeping your customers needs in mind and helping us get by!!! We so appreciate it !!!!!
So very Grateful for Super One since b4 Online Shopping and Curbside. Mr Mike and All the Super One Employees give over 100% I called the Main Ofc in Tyler and Commended them, couple times 🤷 Hey They Truly DESERVED it I'm old My Mom was Even Older they were so good to her and new her by Name...Thank You Super One for Your Excellent Caring Work 🙏
The app doesn't even work days need updating. Good luck with that bc there's not even an option to update . Claims it's updated .. hmmmm
Love the app and service. The employees have your order ready before time specified. They are very friendly.
It won't let me change my location and says that I'm ALL the way on the OTHER side of the US. Not pleased, app deleted.
same problems as others noted. it won't recognize my location and lists stores over a thousand miles away!
Super one would get more curbside customers if they accepted ebt at their pickup. I was a customer but I went with Walmart.

This app doesn't recognize which state I'm in and won't let me manually change it. Deleting.
The curbside pickup is AMAZING!! Love being able to add to my grocery list through out the week and check out when I'm paid! They text to make sure you didn't forget anything or if you would like to add anything to your order also. You text when you pull up and they bring it out and load it for you! such a great app and service! thanks!!
