Super-Bright LED Flashlight

This flashlight isn't one full of cute options (like a lighter for concerts, etc) but it's easy use and functional. I do wish it wasn't so easy to hit the blink feature. Nothing is more annoying than that darn thing and it runs too much junk in the background when you're using it. Because of that, it causes shut downs and freezes to occur. I think I have a love/hate relationship.q

App is super easy to use. The illumination factor is awesome ... very bright and covers a wide area. Really handy when you remember that you forgot your flashlight, because you didn't. It's always with you !! (Unless you lose your phone. Won't help you then, unless you left the Super-Bright on. Then, just follow the light - lol.).

Pretty pathetic. Sometimes works without ads getting in the way and sometimes simply won't come on. used to work simply by tapping the app but in the end I had to open the end and tap the 'on/off' image but, even then, wouldn't operate. The strobe gizmo on it never worked. When you want light you want it immediately and this one is too unreliable to bother with.

If you can't figure out how to use flashlight, use this app Super-Bright LED... It works great, completely free, and is a simple, literal, flip of a switch. Takes up hardly any space on your device. And it also downloaded in 2 minutes when I had two bars of wifi, no cell tower, or mobile data. I'm pretty sure it stays on when you turn the phone off. I hope you can download this awesome app when you read this review. HAVE A GOOD TIME with Super-Bright LED!!!

Brighter than any flashlight. Easy to find in the dark when the elec goes out. Before I had a smart phone with this flashlight app, I would have to rumage through drawers and cabinets in the dark, and 9 times out of 10, someone had taken the flaslight and not returned it to its proper place. Since I know where my phone is most of the time, my flashlight is always withon reach.

I'm giving this one star because I can't give it zero. This doesn't make the light brighter than any other flashlight app. That would be like a battery mfg telling you that their batteries can make a flashlight brighter. Also, what good is a flashlight app that turns off the light if you switch to a different app. This is more of an advertisement app with a crappy flashlight. The flashlight on Quick Tools is much better. It can adjust the brightness by making it dimmer.

This is NOT a good night-walking flashlight. I turn it off & on as needed (to see loose dogs, potholes, etc); it's not necessary to keep it lit up for the entire walk of 2-3 hours. But when light is needed quickly, FIRST you have to clear an ad just to get to the "on" button for the light. And you have to do this each & every time you use it. If there's danger nearby, seconds count so this flashlight is useless for providing immediate light.

DO NOT INSTALL. This app is just an excuse to put ads on your wake-up screen. It also makes it slower and more annoying to unlock every time. When you tap the triple dots and select the option to disable it, it tries to scare you into keeping it active (ie throwing ads at you) by claiming you will "not be able to protect your battery anymore" People who write apps like this should be charged with criminal fraud.

It saved us when changing the tire on an ATV trailer long after dark, on an isolated dirt road in the mountains outside Cody Wyoming! Our host had a little flashlight that didn't emit nearly enough light. It was the first time I used the app and was grateful it worked so well. They wouldn't have been able to see well enough to put the wheel back on without it!!

this app is crazy to me, but in a good way. I have found a way to actually turn on the light on my phone without constantly tapping a button and taking random pictures of nothing important. instead, I flick the screen of my phone and the world around me practically transforms from nothingness to reality. Thank you for helping me when I needed it most. P.S. I am afraid of the dark because people tend to trip on literally anything in the dark because we can't see it at all.

It could be a lot more brighter, or be able to adjust the brightness in the app (as the user). There is a blue dot/point in the middle of the light (im not too sure if that makes things worser (eyesight wise) and if that is useful). But it is an ok app in general, no other issues. Its nothing special to be honest. Pretty basic (as expected as it is suppost to be just a torch app). Needs a little bit of improvement, but this app is new so I am confident in the developers improvement over time.

Needed a flashlight to look under the bed to see if it needed cleaning under there, we have hardwood floors in that bedroom, and I remember the last time we cleaned we didn't do a great job under this bed, we were doing the whole house, moving quickly, you know how it is sometimes. so I think; I need a flashlight. Can't find one handy nearby. Then I remember the flashlight app on my phone. Turn it on, Super-Bright Light, comes on, I use it to scan entirely under the bed. The app worked Great!

I like this flashlight because it allows me to access it without having to pull down the notification panel to turn it on, then pull it down again to turn it off, if you have the built in light app on too long and the panel shuts down. My only issue is seeing DeviceGuard checking... and not know what that is for. It started when this app was downloaded.

All I've wanted is an easy to use flashlight app with a really bright light. l didn't want a bunch of gimmicks like different colors that spin around like a disco ball. Finally found one with this app. The light is super bright, just as it states. Just slide the power button and voila. The compass located just above the on/off button is a nice feature. i like that you don't have to press anything; it's just there.

I finally uninstalled this app. I'm not sure why a flashlight app like this needs to open a new screen just to switch another button to turn on your phone flashlight. I really don't like how it keeps asking you if you want to turn on Fast Charging option when plugging in the power cord or usb, and you have to reject it every single time! The only work around that is to go into app settings and clear the app's cache every time after using the flashlight. Now I switched to Icon Torch, the best and simplest flashlight app with no ads or any annoying options!

it's alright. it does have ads, but the ads don't need to be clicked off of; they just stay at the bottom of the screen, which is a plus. one thing, though. when you first open this app, it will ask if it can manage PHONE CALLS, (like, what?) which makes me feel...uneasy, to say the least. thats why only 3 stars; stop trying to control everything on my phone; it's really creepy, and there's no need for it.

Easiest to use, great GUI. SOS feature excellent :-) Also lets you choose different speeds for a flashing light. When my phone refuses to use the built in torch, this app always works, I can count on it. I'm paying to remove the ads when I get paid, but ads don't stop it working, i just feel I should support the developer and in return get a clean look to it. Very well done, best torch app I know of to date.

Use this all the time. Occasionally outside but where we end up using it the most is in restaurants in the evening. We have older eyes and reading the menu and the check at the end of the meal is always a challenge even with our reading glasses. Now we don't have to ask the waiter about the menu or to read the total on the check for us any more. Love this flashlight!

I downloaded this app 4 hours ago and have since been bombarded with ads, even when not using the app or using the internet. Ads would pop up while I was checking text messages, and even on my home screen. So invasive! Since uninstalling, the pop ups have stopped. Thank God. Was about to flush my phone down the toilet. Download at your own risk.

I never had problems with ads before, but now any touch in the vicinity of the lower banner pops up a website. And that turns off the flashlight. And if my flashlight turns off unexpectedly while I need it, it isn't a good flashlight. If this doesn't get fixed soon, then it will be uninstall city.

Pretty good. I like the clean interface and easy switch to turn on and off. Also a few other features, such as an indication of incoming calls and sounds with on/off option. Ideally it would give ability to focus beam so you could read small print in the dark. It's not very good for that purpose.

I absolutely love how bright the light itself is!! It's very helpful especially at night time when you're outside. The only thing that I want to change is all the ads that CONSTANTLY pop up while I'm in the middle of using the application! GET RID OF THE ADS & the application would be absolutely PERFECT!

This app has the same lighting as the normal flashlight, and has a few more options for speed of strobing and SOS signals. Using your normal flashlight works just as well for simple illumination, but this app has more variety to offer. Overall it's a very good app, quite useful, and just what I was looking for.

use to be awesome tell update several months ago, now light comes on for 5 sec. then goes off due to ad. It's so annoying, you have to x ad then return on light for it to work making it difficult to use. I usually turn on a light when I need it and don't want it to turn back off 5 sec. later defeats the purpose!

Excellent job description of what the app does . No enhancements to the power of your phones light. Only the manipulations of what it says it does. Yet excellent quality in Graphics . If you can't stand the sounds of notifications of other Apps, then this flashes your light to notify you, but you wont know until you pick up the phone to see which App it is.

I love this app! I used it a few years back but when I got a new phone the icon picture had changed so I found another it worked well but I missed this app. Lost something in the middle of the night, could locate my previous app so I installed this one, glad to have it back! Love the simplicity of this the flick of the switch option to turn on and off!! Great app!

Does what I need. Simple. I'm not sure about its battery saving/charge optimizing feature. I don't know if it actually disables active background apps or if that's just theatrics.. Seems like it would need permission to do that since most apps ask if they can even access your photo gallery if you want to upload a picture. I'm not a software developer so I can't say for sure. Good app anyway.

WARNING !!! New version of app takes over your UI and makes phone practicaly unusable without jumping through hoops. You can't even snooze an alarm with the ads on the screen. I have used it for years and am now uninstalling immediately!!! New phones have a built in flashlight app. You don't need this anymore.
