To use a function it starts a video ad which it interrupts with a second ad. You have to wait for it to count down five, which usually takes 20+ seconds even though the ad has no problem playing. You then close it and it reopens the first ad that you now have to close. Then it opens a static ad that you need to close. After all that you need to confirm that you want to use the function which feels limk you requested hours ago.
Love your app. This is the only cleaner I have found so far that doesn't ask me to clean my phone every two minutes. My memory is almost full, in the 90 percent range and all the others interrupt me constantly telling me to clean my phone, to the point that I can barely use it. Your app functions on its own eating as needed. Five stars. Bravo!!
This version of the app has too many ads. Not just one or two. Like I am talking everytime I click something an advertisement pops up. Ive used this app for years so thats the 2 stars because its a great app but too many ads.
Works well when it does work. Since there are so many ads, if you don't have service, you can't use the app because it can't load all the ads it needs you to see. Very frustrating when I need the app to work when I don't have good service, especially in winter storms.
Your app is becoming more and more annoying. All these new ads that never appeared on it make the app useless. You're supposed to be cleaning my phone not cluttering it with so many ads. Miss the old version. Uninstalling.
This is the easiest app for cleaning and optimizing your device. It isn't full of 30-second ads, either. Highly recommended!
I open the app and I'm immediately greeted with an ad. I click on a button, another ad! And get this, I'm cleaning my memory and guess what!? You guessed it! ANOTHER AD! I used to love this app, helped keep my phone clean, battery at a steady pace, and phone from overheating! But now? It's just an app filled with more ads than any mobile .io game! I'm getting rid of this app until the ads are slowed down. Until then? I'M FINDING A NEW APP!!
I have used this app for years. It keeps the phone from lagging and glitching. It stopped for a bit, however I've noticed there's an update!!!! So if yours glitches, download update! : )
Was Great Until All The Ads! I've had this app for years and have loved it. This last update came with an atrocious amount of ads that's making this so inconvenient to use! I keep trying to see if there's a way to pay for an ad-free upgrade, but it looks like no such option exists. I just may have to delete this app and download something that works and has an ad-free option available.
It's practically useless now. Way too damn many ads. They interrupt the processes so you can't tell if it the app actually did anything or now. Not recommending anymore and uninstalling.
Way too many ads. I understand as are needed for free apps, but this app goes overboard. Not only that, even after performing cleaning, the phone still doesn't run any better. I previously thought app was good, but it seems the app got worse in terms of lack of cleaning and increase in ads. Deleted app and went with another.
The ads are crashing the operation of the app! Why ads after take over the full screen is ridiculous.... Was once a good app!
Pay for it because it gets rid of all that junk ....im constantly on the brink of running out of space ....this cleaner keeps my device running smoothly!
I like the app but there is something that drives me absolutely crazy about it. Whenever I slide my screen from the bottom up, there is a weird dark sliding menu popping up. Even when playing games. I don't see any options to disable this awful intrusive feature, so I think I'm just going to uninstall the whole app.
Have recommended over and over again to family and friends. WAS my only choice for cleaning my phone. Something has changed early November. In your face ads that are pushed over and over again, and are integrated in the cleaning process to confuse and deceive the user so that you think they are part of the Super Clean process. VERY unprofessional, the deception is extreme and 100% intentional! Shame on you, Super Clean!! I now have to tell everyone that my recommendation was wrong!
Not as good as many other free cleaning apps - when it comes to freeing up space on your device it doesn't tell you the specifics of what files you are getting rid of, like other free cleaning apps I've used in the past. This makes it easier to delete files which you may not want to. Would recommend trying something else if you don't want to worry about this
Clear whatsapp software "cache", but everyting are delete. All photos & videos from whatsapp are gone. It said "cache", but everything are gone. It should be software data, not cache.
This app is easy for me to use and does make a speed difference if I don't clean it regularly. This cleaner has been good to me for a while 🙂.
This is the best antivirus and cleaning app I have ever used. User-friendly quick and accurate. Has every feature that you could possibly need or want. Installed size takes up very little space. No ads interfering with you using it is also wonderful. Thank you for making Super Clean Master.
NOTHING BUT ADS. App doesn't clean at all. Too busy showing ads to clean the device. Typical Chinese junk. Minus 10 stars. 🖕🖕
I used to love this app, but now it is filled with a bunch of stupidness because of the ads. Can't figure out what button to push to finish the cleaning process, deleting the stupidness that this app has become.
I change my mind, Thè app is not working so well and when i want to delete cache it said it did but when i go to settings and see my app cache is still there. I dont know if the app is broken or whatsoever but im giving it a 3 stars.
It's ok... Does the job. UPDATE: way too many ads now.. I got to look at about 10 ads just to clean my phone.. irritating
Used to be good when you got add every now and then now you get add every time you click button it's literally turned into advertising add app.
Used to be great, until today. Now you get an ad with every click. Obtrusive video ads that don't allow you to exit. Takes you to the play store when trying to get back to the app & tries to trick you into downloading. Some ads are understandable but this is excessive and obnoxious. I have uninstalled and will be finding something else. Its unfortunate because it was a great phone cleaner.
