This game is pretty much unplayable for the most part. Starting with not being able to log in to the glitches and bugs making doing anything trying at best. Get it together and either fix the game or shut it down. This bs has gone on for far too long. Its the worse I have seen yet and I have played this game for going on 5 years. Edit: Its getting better but is in no way fixed. Get it together for once.
I played for a long long time, spending some money several hundred) along the way. At first the game was fun and tasks didn't require so many elements that were hard to come by free. After countless server mergers there were multiple people who spend thousands upon thousands of dollars on this game and that just makes it no fun for anyone else. Figure something out to spenders together and non spenders together.
The game problems keep getting worse and have reached a point where it takes a while to login then the problems start. The developers have been completely unresponsive to the games issues. I'm switching to steam (microsoft).
I don't like the new sea base. You have to build allot of ships for a few materials. I needed to get100 points for next upgrade. I got 33 then allot of failures and I only have 16, so I quit working on the sea base. The game stagnates, you get stuck.
Can only give it a one. Not sure if I can give it zero. Wasted my money on this game. You cant win when you are pitted against others than spend like crazy and then just keep bullying you. I cant spend enough to even have a chance. Lots of my friends have already exited the game and several more will. Spend over 2 year playing getting no where. They open up new servers for new guys but every server same thing, play for a month, then biggest spender dominates and fun over forever.
Been playing this game since the original s.16 server and while I enjoy it, I'm concerned with how the game seems to pop an android notification the the app has force closed whenever I open banking, finance, browser or other apps not even related. This happens even when I have closed the app properly. I then have to go to app info and force stop the app or it constantly crashes. Not sure why my banking and credit apps trigger this but it is concerning to say the least.
Extremely poor customer service. There are constant problems with the legion system affecting all servers. This has not been acknowledged by the developers yet they continue to add new events & features. This fault has occurred before,and even then, there was no acknowledgement or compensation paid to the many thousands of players. DO NOT INSTALL this game. The latest update (Apr 7th 2021) now prevents the game from running on Android Phone)
Most days the game won't load on my Samsung any more. Happens so often my fleets get attacked and hampers game when I can get it to load. Probably gonna quit playing if it continues. I am on day three of not being able to get the game to start up....
Marginal fun, but got old quickly. Was fun to level up at first, but soon it took hours to upgrade everything. Challenging with lots of variables and tasks. Takes a while to figure them all out, as there are no instructions written in King's English. However, as others have mentioned, even if you are minding your own business, the pre-teen sloths who waste Mommy and Daddy's money will stalk you and there is no defense. Had my entire fleet thrashed while helplessly mining oil. Uninstalled.
Beyond the multiple glitches, hangup, lack of support and development there is the added issue of not being able to get in contact with anyone. You go to oasis direct and they damned near tell you to screw telling you to contact the in game admin who will never return your request. I actually spent money on the garbage during multiplier event and received nothing. I want my money back.
Spend or waste of time. Once your on top, game over for everyone else. No real challenge or strategy. Added more stupid money grabbing elements such as alien tech, realism is gone.
Slow response when operating game, the game restricts and changes parameters constantly and it's obvious. Waste of money big time. The game manipulates battles and key progress during games and events. The developers change game and produce updates without any info on what the update is or when they change programming. Overall this game cheats, manipulates and misleads all players.
every time I try to contact customer service, I never get a reply! I keep having issues with the game, but I get no help
It is a good game, however, the updates are like nuclear explosion that went very wrong. I've been trying to log on after update and cant, very displeased to say the least.
For the last few weeks, the game has many bugs, and the developers seem to be MIA. Login issues, once logged in, you may or may not be in your legion, legion donations scarcely works properly, just to name a few.
It's a amazing game but they need to fix this game its messee up from the last update server merge. If yall get this fixed alot of us are talking on the world chat yall please give us sum in the game that will boost us up higher or sum because this is also making us lose power from kickin us out if legions we cant do what we have to do in the game . Please reply back so I can update people on my server
Had been playing this game for some years now,until,approx. ,3 weeks or so, ago ,at which time i am now unable to log in and retrieve my original account,will only let me start as a new player,which is totally un-acceptable after all the time,money,and effort that i've put in to this game ! Im a vip 9 and now i cant log in either ive spent plenty of money as well im getting sick of this update go wrong thing i got 4 years of playing lots of time and money and im being attacked if cant log in shield goes down after update server stuck on update finished.. Suport help S24 Jokerfleet
Got a new phone. Game will not let me log into my old account. Spent to much money on this game in the past. Will not start over. Good bye my friends on sealteam. Good by server s6 kraken.
love the game but so many people spend money on it like the would screwing someone cant have fun anymore and to many people spending money with different accounts and they all over powered just dont like the game anymore
Can be a pretty fun game but it's definitely a pay to win kind of game. The support is non existent. All the means of contact don't work.
Game updates keep crashing the game....updates are unannounced which means you cam have significant progress losses......also some players have apparent corporate access due to the unbelievable rate as t which they advance.....very unbalanced game player wise
Great game have played for several years and don't mind spending a little. How ever they no longer except Google play cards and won't respond to email

Game has been broken for weeks and they do nothing to fix it. Can't donate, power drops 55G, features don't work right. Fix it already will ya

I would give it 5 stars but I can't log on. I was way up there in the game. I have spent over $2000 on this game now i can't play it. I got my kids into playing this game but now I tell them dont.
Missing purchased items and can't contact support. I'm a vip level 8, so I've stuck a good chunk of money into it and I've bought certain upgrade items in the game that do not show up at all within the game. I have tried clicking the support button multiple times within the past month and get an error message. Don't waste your money on a game that has no support and screws you out of your purchases.
