Super Job Search India

First of all, it takes so many steps to set a profile..that u have to choose from the from limited list they have provided..which obviously doesn't consists of all the options. Secondly, if you somehow succeed in setting up ur account, u can't apply for jobs..u can only apply to whatever limited listings are shortlisted (the reason being that u don't find a proper job description, so u don't get proper listings too)..U can't even look for a company and what all positions it offers,in case u wanna do that..

It is an awesome app..a very good format of creating job profile.. ♦the key-words that descibe us the most .. ♦our expectations from job.. ♦job responsibilities we wish to hold are all appropriate criterias for building up a profile. The only problem is that it suggests very less job options..your app must display all available jobs..and let users choose among them,it would gear up the no. Of users on the app. ♥Additionally ,the real time conversations with hiring companies is an advantage of super⚡ over others.

Not relevant to anyone who has multiple roles eassyed in their jobs; something that every Indian company expects. The logic fails miserably in considering the total experience and the classification heads given fall way short of real world roles. The description is just a bunch of keywords and does not in anyway justify the JD the company puts out. Lastly, the response rate by companies after accepting is so lethargic, one would wonder if these companies are really serious about using Super for their hiring

It has been a month I had installed this app. Have got only 3 jobs listed now. Matching is still long way. Every time I open this app, it says 'adjust your filter'. What do you mean?? I need to change my specialisation/profession to view some jobs to be listed here. Stupid app. Uninstalling.

It's user friendly.. One thing you guys can improve on is to give an option to shortlist the jobs.. As of now we can only apply or skip..

It's an awesome app. However, there is nothing related to shipping industry apart from logistics. There should be option for sales support or coordinator for shipping industry

Unable to install app. It's always showing snakbar with retry on splash screen..

Firstly no responses from the employer even after a match secondly no new jobs no option at reapplying no option to view back the co.s that have been left. Poorly done and waste of time. .

Amazing app. And perfectly precised. You dont need to. Very happy with the user interface. Lovely colours and amazing design. They'll only show jobs suitable for you. Nothing else. And thats the best part.

This is cool app for jobs. I have just one concern if someone need me as an employee even I need to choose him. Often companies are not updating their profile and transparency is not there. I think transparency is best concept of this app.

Good enough app . First just downloaded to try it out . Surprise surprise got Interviews from it . Many of the companies here are IT based and are startups in general Good app nonetheless . Tinder like feature makes it easy

Not working at all, from traction point as well as from app point of view. Getting recommendations of unmatching jobs, hr never replies and also getting unable to connect repeatedly

One can't search for jobs nor can you chat with those interested in your profile. A very misleading app.

The app is really awesome in usability and design. Good for Super employers. But I think super people never find a job.

Good concept of gamifying the whole concept and making it look funky. Being a ui developer myself, I really like it and appreciate the work put into this.

I got connected to many company heads through this app, and it's a direct channel to get placed in a good company. I infact got my present job from this app.Thanks super!

I keep getting emails about matches on my profile but i can't see the matches on the app. I've tried writing to the too and have not got a response yet on this......

Nice interface with easy to understand things. Really liked it. Just try to connect more and more employers.

On opening app all it says is something went wrong , can't move further

I liked the app, functionally as well as aesthetically. The way it makes us connect to potential companies is awesome. Just need to add a bigger range of salary and an option to insert links to online portfolio for designers.

I was told to update another app I had and instead got this worthless app that deleted all my information...

Useless app. No job matches whatsoever. I guess this company has shut down like the other start ups in the market. Pathetic!

Well, its a helpful job app. You get instant mesages from HR managers if you apply in a company. Also there is a chat section where you can directly talk with recruiting manager. Keep it up. 😊😊👍
