Easy to follow. im on Day 1 although ive done this diet many times in the past. I have to tweak it some to be gluten free. What I have found is Ive had all 3 meals today and am only at 496 calories.
Great and you lose fat and not water, you see results fast! Pls try this, you won't regret it! You must stick to it to see the great results!

it said to drink 1/2 tsp of baking soda and drink it. Edit: you must have updated it. It was in your substitution section. I didnt just make that up on my own. Im trying to loose weight not sabotage apps. Wish I could give negative stars for your stupid comment instead of owning up and fixing your problem. Rating stays as it is. Have a nice day
Useful apps. The menu is simple and easy to get.
Don't try the plan at all. It's not even close to a military diet instead it's a messed up diet. Not healthy. The diet will make you visit a hospital

have not tried this yet but am going to start. I do have a question though. what are we supposed to do/eat during the off days that we arent dieting? are we free to eat what we want or? this is the one thing that is lacking explanation. also I dont like black coffee or tea. is it ok to use creamer in my coffee? if not is there something else I can drink? thank you!!!
this marks week 2 and ive lost almost 11 lbs. can i use salt and pepper or other spices??
Can i have cream and a tiny bit of sugar to my coffee?? cuz i really dont like to just drink it black its to bitter that way
this app is so trash i hate it has the nastyiest things you should drink more water than coffie or tea they are not heailthy

this is the old British heart foundation diet that patients were put on before surgery
such a joke , the first day it gives you ice cream and coffee in the meal plan.

Not much to this app. Basically it's an easy way to shop and menu guide. I would have rated it higher but they didn't get the menu correct. Day 2 dinner, should be 1/2 cup of ice cream.
I've just started this diet. So I can't comment on results ad of yet. The only critsism I have is in substitutions. I'm lactose and gluten sensitive and somethings in the diet I cannot consume. Needs to tend a bit more to intolerance for certain food groups.
Follow the plan exactly results were only 3 lb. Thought it would be more weight loss. The app was ok.
I checked the menu for this app. It is identical to the "3-day Diet, the Baptist Hospital Diet, the Cardiac Diet, and the Ice Cream Diet. It has been circulating for decades.
Perfect Diet to start with. It is also intermittent fasting. Because you are eating in a 8 hour window. 3 days on 4 days on 1200-1400 calories then back on 3 day . Easy peasy
Gonna start tommorow. Anyways great up i know you want this to be upgraded. You should have a donate system. And were you in the military? Because ice cream doesnt make sense. I saw the reply i thought it was a real military diet but the food choices in there are still pretty strict and healthy so im still ok with this

Does this diet work because of the mixture of the foods eaten or as long as we follow the calorie intake and mix up whatever foods we like it will still work?

Great apps...i've lost 700gr - 1kg each day when i was doin the diet. Total lost 3kg in 3days. Its quite easy...if you focus and wants great result. Just stick to the menu !
