I only just started using the app for a few days and I'm liking it so far. There is a great variety of exercises (with easy to understand visuals and instructions) and easily customisable. I also like the app that is designed to highlight achievements and encourage me to push my boundaries. The only thing that I'd suggest to improve on is the voice (sounds like a robot) and more obvious alerts about taking breaks between exercises (I had to keep checking the screen to get the prompt)

Great variety and selection of exercises for a quick workout. I'm new pilates and am really enjoying doing the exercises. They are challenging sometimes which is great, feels like I'm actually doing something for my body! Really appreciate there is a free version too! Like that you can modify the time of the exercises and have clear instructions. Good job!

Straightforward and easy to use. I put my sim in a new phone though and my progress & measurements did not transfer across, so having a proper account to save your details and progress would be useful. I like the short routines though. I just double up each time to get a bit of a better session. Great for a free app though, especially for an unfit beginner like me. Just remember to do a stretch afterward! My legs were v achy after just the first two sessions (because I'm rather unfit!!! 🤣).

Good app, you can see a virtual person as you work out which helps you to know if you are doing the moves right or not. You can also create your own routine free. And it gives audio description including breaks and how to do the movements, what more could you need! 10/10 for me. :-)

The fixed routines are great, as they cycle through a larger set of exercises. It is also easy to set different parameters - rest, break etc. What isn't as good is the colour scheme, it is awful. I am a designer and it grates on me - purple with cyan....really? Why not create a dark or a white mode! Super easy The description of exercises doesn't cut it for Pilates where nuance matters. I have moved on to another app, but this one is workable.

I love the variety and how you can modify each workout for your level. Only criticism I have is the posture looks really bad in the animation for some moves. Eg a hip bridge should have a straight back but the animation shows a curved back. Could cause injury in beginners who follow it exactly.

Application is Great! Able to customize workout from exercise down to recovery times. Not an aggressive app at all. Love how the free option plays ads at the end of workout. The only down side is that i can't complete a exercise plan without upgrading to premium.

Today was my first day using it. It announces each exercise move out loud, but does not announce when to rest, which is annoying! Because I have to keep breaking concentration checking for when my reps are done! Fix that for a higher rating. Adverts didn't pop up until after my work out, which was ok, no adverts would be ultimate.

It highlights the gap between a real trainer and a virtual trainer. Jumps directly to a higher level of an exercise without teaching the basic one. I'm using it for 14 days, the basic pilates program. Everyday 2 of the 6 exercises ain't doable. Might be a useful app for those with good core strength to further enhance it.

The workouts are great for a beginner. I would advise that if anyone has knee, back or neck injuries/chronic pain to check the positions with an appropriate person, such as physiotherapist, GP, gym instructor...my body could certainly feel the benefits. I think it is good to do warm up and end cool down stretches.

Nice way to do Pilates, with clear instructions and animated demonstrations of the exercise. The app has its glitches though, like keeps going back to the same voice no matter which one you select; forgets the default length of exercises.

This has been my first introduction to pilates. I love it! It is challenging but doable. I particularly like that you can change the length of the exercises and rest periods in between.

It looks nice, thought I use it not so long. It would be much better, if there is a sound signal of starting exercise after description, because I'm not stuck to the screen while listening to explanation to the next exercise.

If you enjoy yoga, I highly recommend this app! Pilates is basically yoga that uses more active muscle engagement rather than just stretching. Some of the exercises are modifications of existing yoga poses! I enjoy the program and the lifetime access is a one time charge of less than 5 USD! That's less than most apps charge a month! I also appreciate that it syncs to Google fit even in the free version. I enjoy the program and I feel I got a good value for my money.

Not a bad app for core work, with good cartoon illustrations of the exercises, but (with a few exceptions) most of the exercises aren't anything that Joseph Pilates would have recognized as his exercise system. Also, breathing is not addressed, which is an important part of Pilates.

Such a shame: I bought this app last week because of the 17 min pilates workouts and was very happy while it lasted. With the new update this workout is removed and replaced by a 7 min workout. I dont want to have to build my own workout routine or repeat the 7 min workout several times. I bought the app to give me the longer balanced workouts. Might consider getting a refund.

I really enjoy this app. The exercise is easy enough and I lost 10 lbs in 3months. I just wish I didn't take so long to start up. Might have something to do with weak wi-fi.

Liked the stretches, but no guidance for how fast or slow. No breathing tips. Program's voice is not pleasant, very artificial. I uninstalled.

Great app so far. Good guided exercises that progressively get more difficult. Voice is somewhat robotic but you get use to it.
