looks pretty, easy to navigate. but completely fails to integrate with Facebook logon or Google pay saved credit card. Even filling in with auto field values fails on phone number in +64 format. searching "airport" isn't smart enough to sort by distance
Terrible app. It does look good, open and you can book a shuttle, but it's frustrating to use as it won't save your profile details such as name, phone number and address and these have to be manually entered to make a booking
This seemed a good idea but having installed and followed the prompts to add my existing bookings the app kept crashing. Therefore pointless. I certainly will not be adding any credit card details as I have no confidence in the app's stability and therefore security!
Used to work well and be practical to follow my bookings and show these to driver when boarding. Since last update doesn't detect any internet network and cannot connect to its own central server anymore - had to uninstall.
Nigh unusable. Press the wrong button and you're starting all over again. Website gives specific times for shuttles to arrive. This app does not.
I downloaded this app after setting up an account online. I tried to log in and it told me the account name and password were incorrect. I reset the password and it still told me that. Literally unusable.
Slow, unresponsive and not intuitive at all. Got my god located address totally wrong. Stick with the website.
Drivers are amazing, they go well above and beyond. Had a hiccup with timings, but if you lodge them they will be sure to sort you out
this app would be way more useful if you could manage an existing booking. I e. To change Note 2 driver for pickup specifics

doesn't give any option to pay cash so they can have an extra $2.50 for a card transaction.
Only works for JAFAS. Useless in the South Island. Try hard app that disappoints.
Cant create a profile nor make a booking because the fields wont populate

Super useful app, well designed. For booked trips it pops up and shows where the shuttle is, other pickups and dropoffs, and expected eta, on a map.
Can't sign up through app, just reports my user name doesn't exist

Will not let me sign up. "Username does not exist." Well duh! That's why I'm signing up.
I cannot log in, because app does not accept my password. When I ask for the password to be reset, app says it has e-mailed a temporary password, bu that e-mail never arrives.
Not usable, wheel kept spinning. When you start entering address it disappears when you go to the next line.
Very useful to plan shuttle. Used in Nelson. Pop-up tells you where your driver is. Didn't see any of the bugs mentioned before.
I can't register. Gives me an error without instructions.
New version of app is great. Works perfectly. Convenient service too.
Only gave it 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. Impossible to use as the app does not work. Ended up taking a taxi to the airport which was only $3 more than the shuttle. Advised them over the phone their app is not working....No one seems to give a flying one.
Saved details several times. Wouldn't let me make payment. 30 minutes of my time I'll never get back
The idea of tha app is really good, but poorly implemented. I finally managed to make a booking after 3 attempts as it kept crashing. But now I can't see my booking because it throws an error when trying to retrieve it. Hopefully they'll fix all the bugs as it seems a useful app.
