Just trimmed and faded out a song so fast I'm amazed! And ecstatic. Edit: It took my 320 kbps MP3 and saved it as 128 kbps. Pretty disappointing. Edit 2: now when I email the song to iTunes somehow it goes from less than 4 minutes to almost 8 minutes. Not sure what is happening. Haven't gotten a response from my email I sent about the lowered quality bitrate, huge letdown.
I use this app almost daily. I use it to trim audio including music to add to my messaging. But also use it to adjust the volume because some of the songs through YouTube music aren't loud enough and there's no adjustment in that app. Also sometimes there's a video of a song that you can't find but not the song itself. With this app you can take the video get rid of the the visuals and just have the music or the song. Again I use the stuff almost daily
An excellent app. But still there's an issue, When I try to merge the audios and after all the modifications and editing, it doesn't get saved quickly. It keeps on showing that "Failed, please try again later" and I want this problem to get fixed. Instead, this application will be amazing. I would like to request to fix this issue. Thank you.
Full of ads, and garbage at sound editing. It doesn't let you do simple operations together, like trimming and adjusting volume. When you try to adjust volume, you can't tell before saving whether it will be clipped, because it gives no indication of waveform amplitude. It was much easier to just transfer the files I wanted to work on to my laptop and use Audacity to edit.
Before I found this app I tried many online platforms that would trim a really long audio saved to my phone, but it either resulted in the site failing to upload my file, or me having to pay for something so trivial as only 'trimming' a audio file. And then I thought, huh, maybe there would be audio trimmer apks or apps on Google Play. My thought did not disappoint, and neither did this app. It has great features, as well as simple options that would be awesome for beginners.
This app is absolutely amazing, u can even change the tone and voice of a song !!!! Now if u guys want to be perfect, u will have to add a beat extraction/instrumental extraction function and also modify the trimming function in a way that allows us to cut out or silence sections of a song that are not just at the beginning or the end of a song...
The app has almost everything you'd need to edit sound for most people. Interface is lovely and the app is a joy to use. Free version is featured enough to make it worthwhile. Pro version is worth getting and it's nice that there's a permanent license option rather than having to rely on a monthly subscription. I just hope the developers continue to support the app.
I was only able to add music I had recorded on my phone to videos. The only thing I was able to do on the app. Everything else I tried and didn't work and had to be paid for. Tried to add music to video multiple times today and it failed. It no longer works will try a different app. Uninstalled. It has ads and takes forever to load if it does load.
Paid for the pro version, just finished a 2 hour mix which took a few hours to edit on this app only to find that it did not save properly and was corrupt somehow and wouldn't play. It's also annoying how the split feature cuts out a portion of the audio, makes making a seamless mix impossible without trying to blend it together somehow using the multitrack tool.
By Far this is the best user friendly, Audio Editor that I've gotten a chance to use that is free. I'm on a very limited budget and I have tried numerous audio editing apps. Some save them in crazy formats that can't be used until you upgrade to a pro version. I have not seen that on this all as of yet and that's wonderful for me and how I need the all to work.
It does what it's made to do, but has a few major issues that I can't seem to get around. 1st, I can't figure out how to get out of an ad and back to the app. No matter where I touch my screen it takes me to the PlayStore. 2nd, while I appreciate that if I leave the app when I'm simply using it as a player it remains as a notification with controls, I can't get the app to shut down without going to my settings and doing a force stop. I would appreciate some help from the developer with this.
Super Sound has everything I have ever needed in a media file-editing App, and the experience is indeed amazing. I particularly love how every function button is clearly and nicely labeled, ensuring a simplified but efficient interface. I am in fact a totally blind user, and I am quite thrilled by how reliably the App has been designed to facilitate an easy meaningful navigation within the App and all its functions; making sure that users gain the most from using Super Sound.
I just needed to cut an audio file in half. I couldn't do that in the "trim file" option. It wouldn't let me save the file. The app is straightforward, but between it not working correctly right away, lots of ads, and them begging for a review five times in the hour or so I used it, I'll look elsewhere if I need a sound editor again.
absolutely perfect for what I needed, a quick, simple and easy way to trim audio. only reason its four stars is because I know some might want more, however it does also have plenty of other free features and even more with premium. it can get pretty accurate with the cutting and I had no issues, very cool and useful app
Mostly used this to trim stuff I already have. A bit jumpy, but still most of what I wanted to do was done. If it had a bit finer controls on some screens, and less trying to get you to buy something, this app would be a solid 5/5. ADS ARE FINE IF NOT OVER DONE.
This Super Sound app has the best UI/way to cut parts out of the audio, but of course you'd have to be Pro to save the resulting file. You can speed up audio to 2x max. (wish it were 3x though) and you can save the resulted file without being Pro. It's cheap to be Pro for lifetime though!
It does not work. It keep saying Please try later!?? Cannot play audio either!? Have to use another player to find out Star/Stop min. sec's. Then it won't cut or copy that selected portion. I was trying to select 10 min. Of an Hour speech.mp3. Uninstall...now.
I gave 5 stars at the beginning but this app is more n more becoming BAD! thing you could easily do before now it’s impossible to perform them. PLUS THE INVASIVE ADDS. At the end, when you save, they begin: not 1 long one, from which you can't go out even when they are over, but in sequence one after the other n you can't go out! ARE YOU CRAZY OFFERING SUCH A BAD PRODUCT?!!
A despicable amount of ads and redirects in the free version. I would have bought the software, but I'm going to look elsewhere now, because I can't work through the app to fully test it without the obstrusive amount of ads.
Great app, edits well but I am confused on how to save my work as it doesn't save automatically and the save button is just an ad. Do I need to pay to save my work? I've worked on this project for several hours, and I really do not want to have to start again!
If you are like me and can't afford to pay for an app, do not apply this app to your phone. It's a scam that says it's for free use but you actually have to sign up for payments to use anything. Please stop falsely advertising. I am reporting this app, there is a difference between in app purchases and needing to pay to use the app. If this can be fixed I would be 100x happier.
Nice app. Very nice options for audio and voice manipulation. Would be nice to be able to save some of my own changes to a file as a preset for next time you want easy access to the same parameters for future eiditing.
This is the best app for editing audio\ video etc. There are so many possibilities!!! I use it to edit my podcast for Spotify and YouTube! Very simple interface and LOADED with features. A++++++++ from me.
I love the app because it can easily used. But the thing here is, the vocal removal when I convert the audio there is no background music anymore like it was void and I am so sad because the vocal remover will be a big help for my dubbing subject but now I can't used it anymore. Please do something for the vocal remover🙏
There's so many ads it's almost impossible to use.. you definitely can't get in the groove of doing anything even though there's lots of choices. I never got to use them because there were constant ads, that you can't turn off. really sad
This app has an occasional glitch where if I open it up in my video editing program after an ad plays, it will rotate the screen and play another ad infinitely, until I close the program. Sometimes it saves my audio, but it won't show up in my other program, so I have to double save everything just to make sure it shows up in my video editor. Besides that, it's a great program and I enjoyed it enough to purchase the license because I'm sick of the ad glitch.
