This app is terrible. This was my second shot at it. The first time I was rather repulsed by the real lack of coupons or deals. Especially since other restaurants' apps do. Since I was contemplating Hardee's this morning, I was like "let's give this app a try again". Wrong. It wouldn't even allow me to log in. Complete waste of 2 minutes of my life that I will not get back.
Thought I was doing something wrong. but see others have same problem. Can't log in. Says server won't connect. Had used app over year ago and uninstalled as coupons were on tier system. Didn't like first tier options so never used, thus never made it to next tier. Since I can't even log in this time, I give up. Will uninstall and the heck with it.
same problem as most. the app always says network error no matter what I do. I cannot connect to any Carl's Jr so I can never check in. this app needs an update or they are going to have no users. please fix
Will never connect anymore so i can't log in. Always says "could not connect to server. please check your network connection". My network connection is just fine since everything else works on my phone. Please fix so i can redeem my rewards that inhave built up.
Trying to sign in while in US. "Network error", meaning the app can't find it's own connection. Every other Hardee's app is for the middle east. Not a wise way to run a business.
It stopped letting me check in months ago. I don't do Facebook or Twitter so I don't care about bonus points. It would be nice to check in like it used to let me. Abondonware. Hasn't been updated in years.
Unusable, since the COVID kicked in I not been able to get food from here since the app does not work. Been ordering from other places that have working apps.
It can't log me in and can't creat account I guess they have discontinued the app it's been 3 years since the last update.
Worked good for a while. Then us started not giving points for check in and now it doesn't work at all. Won't let me log in even.
this app is completely worthless because you can't even log into it because they've got it in development only mode and you have to have a special test account
Wrthless, never works, always network error and no one in my store knows anything about it. Waste of time!!!!

It's been way over a year. I have tired creating a new account, nothing works. It use to be a great app.
I had to uninstall because app would not work. It would come on but if you tried to do anything it would not work

Can no longer login or even attempt to create a new account. App says server not available for almost a year now. Terrible! Didn't really like the tiered coupon system to begin with but at least it was something. Amazing that Burger King has one of top apps for food coupons plus you can order now. Carl's Jr/Hardee's need to get an IT team on staff and work this out. I haven't eaten there since the app stopped working.
