Super Vault - hide pictures

I hv facing an issue for many days..whenevr i play mp3 file in vault, nd selct the music player option to play, it force closes everytime. Not updated since dwnld then why this problm arose suddenly And plus there is no email address provided in the app to contact its developers..vry unprofessional

Overall it is a good video vault. However, The vault video is still accessible through recent video player (MX PLAYER) which played the video even though I exited the vault. It is better to clear the memory of the video player or remove it from recent apps list. another problem is no external sd card access. I have Samsung S4 lollipop.

Like the idea of being able to lock pics. I don't want everyone to see. I forgot my password and can seem to get help with getting to recover pics. I have reported issue, sent recovery email password request and nobody has responded. Visited website listed below and it isn't fir this app. Very disappointed ib no response.

tried most apps and it's the best in hiding with good encryption .. only lacks reading some video formats. PS: sometimes the app shows that the files became corrupted, you need to go to where they are located and experiment with renaming them to their original extension.. etc and it will work again, would be great if this bug gets fixed.

This should be set up like a email, saved to some account and pulled out when ever I need to view. My phone broke from screen and I've just lost everything because my pics are not even saved to sd card. It would be amazing if I could pull out pictures from an account I had on a older phone.

[Edit, 1/7] Functions well to protect privacy. Two complaints: 1. App rotates some of the photos I hide for no reason, and trying to rotate them back to their original orientation in-app force closes SuperVault. 2. Asks me to rate this app every time I use it, even though I did that a while back. It's very annoying.

This use to be one of the best apps I ever downloaded, until lately. It always force stops every time I try to hide or un vault pictures or videos. Also there are some videos that now says encrypted so they will no longer play. I would really appreciate it if this problem was fixed.

Great app, but have some issues. Not all sms can be hid In app notes has crashed so I can't access a note, note is now also growing and is undeleteable, plz fix Would be better if gifs could be played Files can become corrupt Otherwise, good app

Hiding pics, etc has been easy and effective. However, since moving to a Galaxy phone it crashes all the time and runs slowly. I want to uninstall and reinstall but don't know if that will make me lose my pictures.

1 great application but I have been having a problem for the last 24 hours where an image I tried to hide is still in progress but shows 0% completed. The app seems to be stuck and will not allow me to hide anything until this process is complete. I also cannot stop this current process....please help.

App is awesome, however its lacking 1 thing, wat gud is it to have an app to hide stuff u dnt want other ppl to see, when the icon can be seen in the list of installed apps. This app needs to be completely invisable once its done ill give 5 stars.

A good app I got to secure my private data. But there are some issue which if corrected will do a great job. Such as 1. Allow to delete the files on both level i.e Preview level (without entering to proctected zone) and Protected Level. 2. In protected files media files such as images shows preview of another image files. 3. And Allow replacing files if already existing. Once this bugs get fixed its ***** app.

Crashes, loses file data, and corrupts data.... Do not use if you want to hide files your not willing to lose... it encrypts files so that way they cannot be found through other programs, but eventually it will not be able to decrypt them thus losing them forever. Not only will it not be able to decrypt them but you will not be able to move them, share them, view them, or unvault them.

The app got uninstalled idk how but when i installed it back everythin was gone :O like same email same everythin and now its gone... is there anything you guys can do so i can get my pics ect. back PLEASE! You can still keep the 5 starts cuz the app is awesome (:

WHENS THE UPDATE?! attempting to keep them long periods of time or unvaulting them wasn't always the best feeling. I'd say to check back on any file types frequently, cuz I sill can't figure out what causes files to corrupt in the app. And now it crashes when u try to unvaulting, when u go back to try different files it's still stuck on the previous command. This is my 2nd time using it, worse luck each time. Needs an update BAD

There is no option ti hide apps ( just lock), no option if someone accidently find vault icon asking for password, media still remains at original position which can be easily viewed with any file manager, no option to hide app from app drawr( friends already know about this app)..... Hope developers will add more features soon.......

Easy to use, although occasionally a bit cumbersome to navigate. Perfect for when children want to play games on my tablet and I don't want to risk them seeing mature humor stuff I've saved or even when I don't want Mom to accidentally see my party night type pics.

When i got this app I loved it. It worked perfectly. When I knew i was getting a new phone I even created a recovery email thinking it would do such when I redownloaded the app in the new phone but NOPE. I lost everything. Well... maybe not. When i stick the memory card back in the computer I can see all the files but it's ridiculously hard to retrieve them! I tried searching for help and I didn't find much on the web. What i found didn't work. So i resorted to contact the developers for a lil extra help. A

I've used this app for a year now. I liked that you can make & name many folders, but you can only unhide one pic at a time. When trying to rotate photos, it always force closes. The website isn't real, and there is no way to contact the developer if issues arise. After reviewing other apps, I'm going with Hide It instead.

I Love this app, that it blends really well without giving itself away. I only have one question; it offers you the chance to put in an email so you can recover what you store, yet I don't have access to recover anything. My previous phone crashed -unusable. I now have no way to gain my photos back even though my memory card is unharmed. I'm hoping someone out there can offer help.

Excellent app. Seriously, just love this. Simple, yet so effective. I've been able to hide my files safely without losing them. I had to format my phone once and lost everything but SuperVault was able to restore the files backed up. Excellent choice, strongly recommended.

Will no longer load videos. Keeps showing error "Files cannot be moved. Your ST card. May be removed or mounted to a PC." Neither of these conditions apply and I just used the hide function for some photos.
