Super8Pro (NES Emulator)

The onscreen buttons dramatically grew in size and i can no longer play. Most of them aren't even on screen anymore so i can't resize them. I had to uninstall and reinstall to fix it which isn't great. But the prompt dev response gives them back a few stars, even if the advice didn't help. Hopefully it was a one time thing, but i will update if it goes wrong again

The Pro version is cheap enough to not have all the adds. I'll give the paid version 5 stars because it emulates perfectly and works great with my controller. The free "Plus" version should only be installed to test it. Once you know it works get this version and uninstall the free version. The adds drive me nuts. It's worth a few dollars to get rid of the adds.

Bought this app thinking it would be nice to play nes ROMs. Unfortunately, the buttons aren't as customizable as it appears. The D-Pad is limited to 1 large button, no matter what size adjusted. The response time is horrible, no matter how many times the buttons are pressed in a row. Games that require alternating between A and B buttons are impossible. ***It gets worse*** The screen and buttons cannot be customized or adjusted when trying to play the phone horizontal (Landscape). No option.

By far the best NES emulator, well worth the App price! Perfect game play, the amazing free version motivated me to buy the paid version because of how cool it is. Flawless gameplay for hours of fun with my favorite NES cartridges! Five thousand stars for both versions if you ask me, lol!!!

Good. It would be nice if there were different scaling options other than perfect pixel and force full screen. It was also pretty annoying that it pestered me to rate the app every time I would exit a game. The only reason I am leaving a review here.

Paid for pro and can’t get it to load roms. It searches, finds the files in the download folder and doesn't load them. Tried everything from downloading from different sources to extracting roms from the zip files. Maybe because I’m using an ancient tablet with Android 6? I’m in the middle of the Texas deep freeze blackout and this old LG tablet from 2015 was the only thing beside my cellphone that runs on celluar.

Works great on all my Games. So far they all run smooth. Has many settings and resize options, each button can be resized individually, also has the A plus B button needed for some games. Thanks!

The best Emu I have used. Clear menus, especially on Game selection, runs games perfectly, controls are well positioned and adjustable. It enables me to play games to completion rather than just a few minutes, such is the playability of this Emu.

I have several smc files on my device. I can open them with Snex9x, Retroarch, and pretty much any other emulator available on the play store. This is the only emulator on the play store that does not recognize any of my ROMs. You can't even direct the app to look in different directories. I'm guessing this app only looks in 1 directory for ROMs and ignores the rest of the phone's storage, but... Why am I paying $2 for an app that restricts more settings than its free counterparts? Dumb. Refund.

gonna have to refund this. i can't get my ps4 controller to work on it like i can for other emulators. the dpad works but i can't get any other buttons to work. i went through all the settings several times and if you can set your buttons, i can't figure out how to do it.

This isnkt reading my blackberry keyboard correctly. Iit does recognise key input but mapping is totally wrong. I had to file a refund due to this as Nostalgia NES is reading and mapping all key inputs correctly..

Got the pro version to get rid of the ads. Works well. Does what it says on the tin. Better than the other NES emulators on chromebook

Crashes repeatedly when scanning for roms which is does the first time you load it. Couldn't ever get past scanning for roms, and couldn't cancel the search due to it crashing instantly.

You had me on 'rewind feature'! UI not the most attractive but it does what it says on the tin and that's all that matters.

Over all great. Very good emulation. Controller need work even after config. But Bluetooth controller 8bitdo Snes works great.

This app can't find any of my snes roms. I payed $2.99 for this app for nothing. No option to choose a directory. Have nothing good to say about this emulator because I can't play a game to play. I'm pissed!

I rather enjoy it. I like that I can customize the button layout and size. Not quite the same as a Nintendo controller but it works!

I have played quite a few emulators, and this one is pretty awesome. Pristine interface and super user friendly.

The best app for playing, Nes games But needs an improvement, which is a search button in the menu to browse easier the games.

Very good emulator for 8 bit games. I upgraded to the pro after trying out the free version.

Great app but it really needs an IMMERSIVE MODE where full screen is really full screen n not show the phone bar at the bottom.

Refund, bought it to play dragon warrior and it was in Portuguese. Could not change it to English.

It wouldn't find the ROMs that I have. I downloaded a free one, and that one worked.

UI is trash. xbox one controller doesnt work. free app at best.

It's a great app the only problem is that i have to use two websites for games like super mario bros 2

Simple and good. Played a Tetris ROM through my flight, was good fun.
