The app is good for phones. However the optimization for tablets is not good. here are my few suggestions. 1- Make the presentation zoomable on tablets, it works on phone but on tablets it doesn't. make the zoom feature available for tablets as the presentation has very small text ,making it hard to read hence zoom feature Required 2- The PDF files that are created are of very low Quality good for viewing on phone but on laptops or tablets the presentation Is all pixelated and of no use.

Have been using this app since 2016-17. It was all good till last 2 years approx. Now no timely update of plans...new posters have become boring (even free one on other apps seem to be good than this). And now they are continuously sending renewal reminders when my renewal is after 6 months. On top of that they reply saying reminder is sent to all users! Why? There is no point in sending reminder to all when it's not due !

I had raised issue regarding proposal shared with prospects not being saved on mobile. But no resolution given till date. As well as there is no point of contact where we can get help. Earlier there was help section in app itself but that is also not available now. There contact numbers are also switched off

I have renewed my subscription a week ago. I was told if I renew now I will get 2 months extra. But I haven't got any such extra validity. Now I am unable to login to also. Saying you are using the older version of the app, renew the same from Play Store. If I go to play store no updates available as of now. Very bad experience. Half the time now working properly. Pls reply.

You failed to provide policy servicing area to reinstall. From the February 1st 2020 max all the LIC plans started with 9 series, but you couldn't able to provide it so far. This customer support team may not responding properly. I am it's 4 years experience. After completion my subscription I want to exist from this app.

As per help desk instructions for upgrading new version I had uninstalled & trying to install super agent for upgrading new version it keeps rotating still not installed app..even though our net as good speed ... what is the issue from 2 days I am trying yesterday I had renewed ...

Used it in trial period. Nice ap. In today's world, where people wants to know the details fast & in a crisper way, driving home the concept of taking a policy is made easier by this ap. I feel, subscription rates are quite high, especially when it should be paid every year. Reducing the subscription by 50 % from the current rate will attract many agents.

Don't install this App. It's waste of Money and waste of time. i used Super Agent App, today I felt very very BAD about this APP and the support they are giving. I contacted Support team with the available number, and requested for phone number change, she told me I will change it by 6:30pm, now mobile switched off Earlier policy serving facility was available, but now they removed it from their App. For premium Calculation no need to Rs 1000 per annum. There many free Apps available.

The team works on updating the app regularly. Daily posters, new content are added punctually. It will be great if they can add a combination plan like retire and enjoy in visual magic software from datacomp.

My first app is this SUPER AGENT. At that time, policy servicing option was excellent. And also no.1 in posters. That's why I was sooo impressed and still continuing since 5 years. I hope, as soon as possible try to get back to POLICY SERVICING issue. Thank you very much

Despite costliest app for LIC agent, this app does not contain all the plan to give presentation, not even updated plan available table no 906 still not updated, there is good side too as it's more presentable than other apps but it's defeating the very important purpose of having paid app if it's not timly updated and all the plans is not there. I hope that promoter of this app would think seriously about this, I also want this to refer this app to my fellow freinds but not worth enough now

Worst app. I don't know how it got 4+ rating. Very very sslow in updating. Developer sleeping don't know what is happening in LIC. No new plans are added. Posters of closed policies are posted.

0 🌟...Please please please don't even download the app and don't renew your subscription.... Friends Do not purchase this application... Very poor customer response and no useful marketing images been uploaded by them... Only Good Morning/Night, Festival and particular days related posters are their upload... For that many free application are available on play store... And I request all insurance Agent not to subscribe to this application...

I believe they have realised the problems now. This is the first time I am seeing proactive customer support from Super Agent. The right way to survive and grow in the competitive field. Keep it up If same zeal continues by the support team, my full all 5 stars on the table.. 🙏🙏

Update of plans very slow. Need to do fast because this time is very important. March closing is very near. All apps without any payment complete this work. Why super agent is slow. One month and 4 days passed away but not all plans are updated till now. Very poor app at this fees

I have use this app.from last 3 yrs. In starting this app.is performing great, but now a days, I have faced no.of issues such as not getting poster of the day regularly after synchronized the app.no.of times, and not getting combinations help card.

Very worst and adamant to accept suggestions. They deliver what they like, don't accept suggestions. Not gets improved. No more options to update footer information section.

After update (which is always late, no new marketing posters or new videos) the app is not working at all. It is not opening. It seems this was a very bad idea to opt for this app over Magic Gyan. Think twice before investing 1800 rupees in this app. Support System very poor & updating takes ages..

Very handy for LIC agent, Good customer support , hope it will reach more people with more innovative ideas; But now I am not able open the app

Something is wrong. I am not able to go ahead then the 1st page. It shuts down. I have Uninstaller amd re installed. The problem persists. Pls help.

This application was super before now a days no update and stopped customer service, now application closed automatically everytime.. i think App team want to avoid this app..

Nice marketing app for LIC agents and D.O.s but update part is very sluggish. Since 9 Jun there is no update. Bonus rates have been changed, Few plans are taken back and new are inducted. Medical rules to updates. Free apps are providing all updates in time but this is being paid app, there is no updates from time to time. Developer is requestted to do needful and it should be on regular basis.

I am using this app since last 3 years. No updation. No new plan posters. Now it's crashing so many times. After uninstalling can't get into app as. Worst service

I have been using this BAKWASS' app since 2015, really it's works very slow even it premium calculation is always less then actual calculation. Policy service tools always out of order. So I would not suggest to buy this App.

I have paid the subscription fees to use the app, but its still showing the purchase is pending, please check the issue on urgent basis. and there is no help desk support email or phone number on which i can call or contact.

After a long period of 6 month finally the correct the DAB bug. But still Jeevan Akshay and New plans are missing. I talked their representative to compensate the 6 month period but she dinied telling it is against our policy. My Question is ,"Is it your policy to not fix the bug or update app for 6 month & trapping new persons by offering lower subscription rates ?" Still in my opinion only presentation part is good otherwise they are the slowest in whole paid app section.

Third class application....Inspite of msny reminders....Yet Bima Jyoti plan has not been added.... As well as in any plans, premium is not calculated exactly. There is always difference. There are many nice APP available.... Dont pay single amount for this THIRD CLASS app.
