Ordered a few items. Paid. Order cancelled by Superbalist on the day of delivery due to an "inventory error". All items refunded, including items intended as gifts. Regardless of the "inventory error" all items remain available for purchase on the app, the same sizes I ordered too. App is great to view items. Not so much if you're actually trying to engage in commerce. Look elsewhere if you'd like to receive your goods. Amateurs. UPDATE: A week later and still awaiting my refund. Ridiculous.
They made an inventory error to my order, and then had to cancel it and sent an email requesting for banking details so they can return my money. I responded on the same day with banking details only for them to load the money into my wallet. Now I am forced to order something again from them or else just have money lying around on the app. Not to mention that they don't respond to a single email, they can send informing me of their mistake, but cannot check emails to assist customer
Wrong colour automatically selected. I selected a size 32 polo franceso belt, which stated available, thus selected. However. When i saw in my order it changed to the color blue. I then tried to select the black again out of curiosity and it automatically changed to brown being selected. If superbalist doesnt have stock of the item just state it. Rather than giving alternatives which im sure customers dont want,when trying to purchase items that you personally want.
I've found amazing clothing for absolutely amazing prices and the entire experience from browsing clothing to the delivery process was more than satisfactory. Out of all the online clothing stores I've tried, Superbalist is without a doubt the best. The "Find your fit" feature is great and its helped me to find clothing that fits my body type perfectly. On my behalf, please download this app and bring your fashion sense to a new level!
I love the app and the service from Superbalist really is top notch - I buy there way too often! One thing and I see someone else mentioned it as well but it really is very annoying when I get ads on my social media and click on a product I like but it doesn't open that item just the app homepage.
Filters don't work very well. For example, I searched "coats" and selected the 'mens' subfilter but the results were only shoes, I tried again but searching "mens coats" and got results of childrens attire. Not sure what to make of the correlation between coats and shoes or children's attire.
The app was going good for me delivery was on time and perfect however one of my shoes I ordered was one size too big. It's been 3 weeks now and they keep on rescheduling my order. Not to mention that their customer service lines don't work. Taking money is the easy part having to do the right however is hard for them🙄
Great options for clothing that are within my taste and the delivery options are convenient. They always keep in contact with you regarding when your products will be delivered and there are rarely if ever delays. Overall great app.
I love the app but it can be annoying on Facebook, when you click on a certain item, it takes you to another thing. Otherwise it's cool. This app is getting boring really, I want to see the product that I'm clicking on immediately
I paid for an order, but the status says the order has been cancelled, and I was referred to payfast by superbalist and payfast said they can't help me, only superbalist can refund me or process my order. I would like this issue to get resolved as have paid for the order. This was my first order with superbalist and I must I am really disappointed as I am now spending going back and forth calling payfast and superbalist support.
An apl that doesn't allow you to do everything you can on the website is a waste of an app. Cant update my address and payment details when trying to checkout. Screen doesn't even load. Pointless. Too tedious to go on the desktop so best shop elsewhere.
Superbalist are excellent. They deliver quickly, their items are quality and they have good discounts and promos. Very very good service to their customers. plus they offer Payflex at no interest, four payments over six weeks.
Love the app and the simplicity of ordering!! But it is a real, real schlep to log a return on the app. In fact, you can't becasue the front end doesn't allow for the 'Accept terms and conditions' tick box to be ticked. Therefore, I always have to log a return via the web browser. Please look into this, it has been in a non-working order for far too long and is 100% within the best interest of the client to simplify the returns process. Thanks.
I have ordered from them for a while but it seems like their returns/finance department is sleeping because my refund that was logged on the 16th of February has not been processed till now. I have phoned their non working line, emailed multiple times and no one cares about it. If you're going to buy from them, ensure that you're buying exactly what you need to avoid experiencing my frustrations with a measly refund.
Great company, excellent service I'm updating my compliment to complaint. This company went downhill, possibly as a victim of their success; bigger didn't mean better😮💨 missing items from the delivery on 2 occasions and extremely difficult to make contact 😔😔
The app is the easiest part ,however I'm very disappointed . I paid for next work day delivery and it's now 4days later I haven't received my parcel & I cannot cancel my order to get a refund . There is no way for me to change the delivery to collection ,nothing . Extremely disappointed and highly upset .
Used to love my shopping experience with Superbalist but 3 mishaps in one month with both the app AND the service makes me think it's time to move on. Something changed and sorry guys its NOT working for your clients. Bye bye
I had the worse first purchase experience ever, so on the 29 april i placed and order, and it was scheduled to be delivered on the 5th of may, i was so excited for that day to arrive, but on the day of the delivery i got an email saying my delivery has been cancelled "because of inventory error" i mean all the waiting just to get that!!! And they told me that they will refund me my money, till today am still waiting for my money, so my experience with superbalist has truly been the worse ever!!
The app works great if they send you what you ordered however, I pla Ed an order and got the incorrect shoes. I logged a return and sent them back which was also a pretty easy procedure. Almost 2 months later I am still waiting for the refund. I've contacted customer service 7 times and they are completely useless. Everything they tell me the same thing. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and was told they would call me. I have not received any calls and still no refund. PATHETIC customer service
Drives me crazy when I see an add for a garment I like, click on it and it just directs me to the full Surperbalist site, not to the garment that I saw and would like to buy, nd then you can't find the item. Now I don't even bother clicking on it or even trying to find the garment. I realise it's a way of pulling people to your site, but in this busy world many of us dont have the time to go thru the irritation of trying to find it and just pass it by and use a shop with a decent search engine
I made an order on the 30th of April and delivery was scheduled to be on the 6th of May but haven't received my order until now, May 9th. I've written countless emails and called multiple times but they all go unanswered. It's frustrating.
My first order was good , also delivered on time , the second one i regret for trusting superbalist with my money , very very very poor service , try them at your own risk ,
Don't expect any service if you return an item. They keep on rebooking your collection date stating the courier was at your premises but as on cameras there was no one at all to collect. It's been 2weeks and still no refund!
Currently not working. Its just seems to load continuously as soon as I open the app. I've had to use the web app instead.
The visual aspect is of the most unattractive I have seen on online shopping sites. Looking at GStar jeans I experienced a total negative impression of the product (I own more that 20 - all bought in stores around the world) the visual images on the models make them look cheap, unattractive and made me exit without looking at anything else. Online shopping is done by sight and this one is one for sore eyes, I am afraid to say.
Bad experience 😪 An empty box 📦 was delivered to me on Tuesday 29 my watch was missing. I sent them email but even today they never came back to me..I phoned them again today they promised me that they will email me with the update on my issue but nothing. So will I get a replacement or money?
I love superbalist ,but I downloaded the app and it works fine but when I want to check out and pay than it stops working. I even deleted and downloaded it again but I still have the same problem.
My experience with Superbalist has only been positive. I'm a fan of not only the app but the level of service I received from the staff. The app is simple to navigate. I also like their prices, always competitive. I have been a fan of Pierre Cardin but it became increasingly costly over the years. Not anymore with Superbalist. I'd love to see more Pierre Cardin clothing though.
