SuperBru Tipping & Fantasy

Once an ad pops up, there is no option to close it, so every time I get an ad, I need to restart the app. A friend with a different phone had the same issue. Needs fixing. I feel like it's trying to get you to pay for the ad free version. Otherwise, a good app, when you can get around the adverts. If the ads were not so invasive and limiting, it would be a four or five star review.

Superbru has gone down hill. The app is ok, except for the ads you have to watch even when there are already ads on the app. Everything else is really bad as well . The website crashes, the game engine takes 2-3 hours to update the end of a game. When covid started they kept charging for their premium service when all sport stopped and sent no email with explanation. If I wasn't in a pool with a R10k prise, I wouldn't use their service.

Horrible implimentation of adverts has ruined the experience of the otherwise neat and fun app. Ads are OK - or pay to rid them, sure - but AUDIO ads can get in the sea. One star.

Clunky, not very responsive and completely useless when results are coming in. Beware it's full of ads that you sometimes can't get rid of and so have to restart the app. Don't pay for premium, it's a waste of money. Other than that it's a fun app to play with friends

Hi Superbru Dantê here I would just like to tell you that I have played Superbru for over 7 years now and I never had a problem with the aap. The problem that I have now Is since I've got a new phone I asked them to to send me a link so that I can receive my password but every time I go into the link it says there is an application era and this link is not permitted please help me and sort out this problem. It would be much appreciated thank you.😑😑😁😁😕😕

I really like to Superbru. It is a great sports prediction game. But the app leaves a lot to be desired. It is often very slow to load and the amount of times the app hangs is irritating. Come on Superbru, such a great sports predictor deserves a great app

The app used to be good but now is terrible, so hard to navigate and ends up taking you to a web page half the time, which seems pointless when you've downloaded the app. I have been trying to find out the scoring system for one of the fantasy tournaments but have no idea how to do that anymore, I don't even know if I have that tournament selected at the time and if not how to select it. Probably the most confusing app I've ever used!!

Too complicated to navigate. Trying to add sports I compete in to the top of the home page so it's one click away doesn't work. And nothing is loading when I start the app to predict scores. Any unmade picks just see the loading icon but nothing loads. Used to be a good app but now it's unusable

where'd my notifications go? I've now missed two tips from 8 total in two weeks. I've tried the notification settings with no luck, they don't seem to give an option anymore to give you tips reminders ~45min prior to kickoff? what's the point of an tipping app without reminder notifications?

I've been a SuperBru enjoyer for many years and I realize that it takes time and money to run stuff like this but my pet hate is chasing the money. When I first created an account SuperBru was nice and simple, no smartphone apps and no paid for options. The layout of this app is awful, screen is completely cluttered, what is gaming mode? Why give me an ad for Amazon shopping app when it iss already installed. Ads just take up use-able screen space.

Cannot paste my password into the password field, so I cannot even log in. Some of us, who are very security conscious, generate super strong passwords externally and store them in a password manager. Need a way to copy and paste it into the password field for first login. And if you even think of telling me that pasting a password is a security risk, you don't are not worthy of your job.

Using the Android version. The app is badly designed. Text is going off screen and doesn't fit in buttons. Sometimes a white block covers the bottom of the screen. Other than that, the app works well. Giving it 3 stars.

Horrible app experience, the interface is slow and constantly needs to load. Keeps forcing adds on the non-paid version that are intrusive and confuses my picks. It is easier to use the website on mobile than the app so complete waste to get the app if you dont want to pay R420 a year (less than a cup of coffee)

I actually really like the league/website but the app is unusable. It doesn't load at all, I managed to use the website on my phone but it doesn't work properly either. I could pick my team for the week. The website only works on my computer.

Awesome app. We love to play superbru at work. Just one thing that can be worked on.... That all the functions can be available on the app. Make it that we do not need to go into the browser function. Otherwise this is rocking!!

outstanding app. Excellent customer support from Dawid and his colleagues- the best I have ever come across. Updates the results and leaderboards very promptly. Makes the football season so much more fun. Would give it six stars if I could. All my group can't wait until next season. Keep up the amazing work! Well done.

Although the app is a tad clunky and slow it works well enough. However, do not make the mistake of signing up for a premium membership. The insights are about as credible as your know-it-all mate Nigel when he's had a few too many pints, and Superbru do not provide an obvious way to cancel your sub either in the app or on their website. (Credible firms always make this easy because they know few people will actually cancel and they care about their brand reputation.)

Fun and exciting. Scores are accurate. Never a lag. Just takes a few seconds to upload a score once a game is completed. Been playing Superbru for 9 yrs.

The new update has ruined the app, every single selection by the user results in a pop-up notifying the user that they are about to see and ad and asking to support the app and go ad free. Completely unusable as a free app now.

Waste of time application. They had no player stats prior to the world cup. The app is constantly loading and hanging. They couldn't confirm certain teams starting 15, so it made playing fantasy pretty backward. Either trash the fantasy feature and focus on something, because its a waste of time. Maybe look at the premiere leagues app for inspiration

app feels like a beta version very slow and sometimes unresponsive luckily there is a lot of room for improvement. i do however enjoy playing Superbru!

Really good app for compeating with friends picking sports results

I really like this app. Up until the start of the new NFL season, I had only used the Superbru website. But this app has greatly enhanced my Superbru experience. Highly recommended.

I disabled all emails and yet still receive emails from superbru. On the point of deleting the whole account. Please sort this out. So it is few months later and still not sorted out. This is Ftup.......

The app would be a lot better if it was more user friendly, it's like navigating though a toilet covered in $£€¥. Sort that out and it would be whole lot better, wont be paying for this unless it's better to use.

The app was nice, but they changed something and now you constantly get a pop-up asking if you want to pay for an ads-free version. It is really terrible.

Fun as is not easy to get the right score. Always looking forward to the games. The team table as contestants is also encouraging.

I hope I'm not being dumb, but I can't find settings? Account info, profile picture and details, notifications... According to the FAQ it's under Account/Settings but I simply can't find either. Am I missing something? Am I getting old?

Adds, adds and adds. Pop ups and adds. Does not function without continuous adds. Soo bad.
