Enjoying the app. Nice pics, responsive, audio is good, & I like the playback. Little small gripe, I dislike that when I try to leave the app it has to ask me if I want to close it instead of just closing it. It would be nice if it was an option.

I've had no problems and there are regular updates with improvements. But I'm not a image/camera specialist, it's great having all the settings and adjustments but I don't know how to apply them to get the best result.

It would take more time than this app is worth to list all its faults. In a nutshell it's slow at best, needing constant device restarts to get any performance at all. Developers ignore all requests! Total rubbish. 🤬

I was very disappointed with this app initially but it's been very stable the last few months and it seems like they've done a lot to repair their cloud access. I would highly recommend this application

-slow in displaying the current view -after 1 month of use, it is now not even showing anything. - it has stopped working now I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software.

Needs a lot of improvement. App is very slow. Have to wait for at least 30-40 secs to watch the live video. Sometime it shows device is offline even if it's connected to the internet. If i have to watch the playback video of any specific time, I have to move and drag the time frame line to that specific time which is very irritating bcoz it doesn't come to the correct time. It should have the manual process where you can put the specific time and watch the playback video.

Absolute garbage. Apart from the stupid app wanting me to rate it every time I open it, it rarely brings the cameras up without having to constantly reload them over and over again. Tonight for example... no matter how many times I try to connect.... it fails and I can't view what's happening outside. Not impressed. However I have been able to record an unwanted visitor to give to police in the end. But fixing these issues should be a priority which sadly hasn't happened for over 2 years now.

My app doesn't work now and the system seems to cut all wifi from house We had to remove ethernet cable to let Ring doorbell and Floodlight be able to work My son says it has something to do do with broadwith or something If anyone camshe some light before I just reset/reboot the whole system would be nice Thanks

Very slow app, most of the time it is not connecting to the cameras and show that device is offline Fedup of this app, and showing no improvement

Need to have more than one fast forward and Rewind speed control to view the footages. It's very tedious with 4sec FF. Also the app has to be optimised better for performance improvement. The User interface has to be improved. The video playback thumbnail feature should be enabled for easy access to the video play back feature.

Which folder images are saved on Samsung Note 10 Plus ? Not able to find, please help.

App keeps saying cameras are off-line when they are actually working. Notifications not received for many activations.

Good when it works, but it keeps dropping out the cameras, hard to get it going again. No point if I cant see what is going on at home while away 😕

Very useful and easy to use. At the time one month with it and no issues. I'm very satisfied with it.

To sort out settings is difficult. App work at home but not away from home.

Good app, but it takes too long to load the cameras. If you minimize the program and later open it again, you wait a few minutes for it to pick up the NVR. You end up having to close the app and open it again, which takes a bit of time. This time feels long if you hear someone in your backyard and you want to verify on the cameras!

Very good app, and I like that you are able to download recorded segments in the time bar. For those of you with a slow connection,it could be internet related, but I recommend Running a DDNS server and that will solve your issues.

Not able to view cameras upon starting the app. It doesn't get connected to the Wifi or Mobile network. Whereas I am having Jio Fibre Connectivity with 300Mbps speed. I have to close and restart the app multiple times to get the view from Cameras. Kindly see at application using Android 11 in Samsung Note 20Ultra even checked with friends iphone 11 and 12 too. Taking too much time to make all the cameras viewable.

The app was working really well. There was no problem whatsoever with display and playback or anything else. But as soon as I updated the app, it asked to agree for a policy. And then I was not able to view the cameras, or playback. Please help me fix this issue as soon as possible.

app takes a long time to load and when it does often is frozen or screen images appear black. very frustrating and inconvenient as constantly having to close down the app and re open only to have it happen again. Multiple uninstallation and re installing with no difference at all.

Developer include new options I like it but there is one more important thing that should be place in this app. Is cut and and download video options... It's too much slow function to start record video on phone to download a specific time clip on phone

As a complex supervisor with cctv cameras at our automated main-gate & pedestrian-gate, with no security guard on duty, this app, gave me remote access to watch, record, replay, take snapshot from any where in South Africa, or the world, always running fast on Wi-Fi & 4G, never crashes or freeze. Great app.

This app is one of the few that actually work but disconnects way to much. pretty much any time you want to review your cameras you have to restart the app. Gets very annoying after awhile. Hopefully someone recommends a better alternative

apps allgood. the system itself throws out alot of false alarms. even with the trip wire and grids set up and trimmed down, also the sensitivity turned to minimum. still picks up shadows, moths, sand flys, a spide laid a single strand of web which set my alarms of with 100+ movments for an hour. unreal

Picture isn't the clearest and the playback is slow.
