SuperCity: Building game

I played supercity for almost 5 years. After a year of absence, I started playing again. It's very similar to the way it used to be & I still love it. With much invested, my game will no longer load & it's been unable for several days now. I'm very discouraged about it not loading anymore! PLEASE help me get this frustrating issue resolved asap Sincerely; Kim

Great game. Very addictive and challenging. Like many games there are frustrating aspects to it...for example having to acquire a high number of articles that take a long time to come up. Also, having to acquire the same items over and over and over again. The system needs to mix up the articles you need to complete a quest more often and stop putting in 10 or more items that take over an hour to come up. These are the main frustrating parts of the game but overall I'm still a big fan.

Update: taking off 2 stars because after the last update it keeps running errors. The latest one is while loading - it gets to 79% and shows error. Won't load up past the 79%. Please fix this. I love this game - you are never bored. It's fun to participate in events, lottery, timed quests. And if you're patient you don't necessarily have to spend real money on this. Having lots of neighbors is a plus but you don't depend on them like in other games.

I had given this app 4 stars, but now that I've advanced to level 12 I am experiencing the same connectivity issues others have been complaining about. It's a great idea, and the game could be fun, but the constant crashing makes it impossible to play. The last update did NOTHING to address this issue. I'm unimpressed with the Developers and am uninstalling the game.

This game has to many glitches, the screen does not move smoothly. Im on level 60 and would be a lot further if not for the constant need to restart, reload or wait for the game to respond. I've lost out on so many buildings, holiday specials, special events within the game I wanted. I'm so angry that I've wasted money on purchasing buildings & other items within the game, I'll never use, I'm uninstalling this game. Take a screenshot of the problem, of what, a blank screen after the 100th reset?

This game has some neat graphics, and its fun to play, however I do get overwhelmed with so many quests that come up especially when I complete one quest, two or three more are added, I still have quest from when I started the game, and its disappointing that some buildings cost in SuperBucks, which explains why I cant complete all of the quests. The events however are fun to play, especially the current Event with the Chickens!!

A nice game.. too many of the challenges need buildings built with cash.. and their cost is unreasonably high.. and for me even if I was thinking of purchasing cash.. I'm never able to load that screen or buy any special packages. The bingo game is a great feature.. just the rewards aren't exciting for the tasks being done to get them.. the prices should match how long it took to fill the card/difficulty. I enjoy getting free energy but that gets frustrating when you've been playing for hours and still at the same point. The game is always freezing as well.. but otherwise the game is very addictive.

This is a very nice and relaxing game. I love that there's a lot to do, they constantly have contests and events. Other similar games tend to get boring after a while because there's nothing to do. The problem with this game is that the bigger your city gets the glitchier and slower the game becomes. It takes a while to load, and sometimes it freezes. Also, too many quests require special buildings that cost a lot of superbucks, which are hard to get unless you pay real money. Yes, you can save up by collecting from special buildings and playing the lucky wheel, but many quests are timed, which means you can't do them.

For the most park Supercity is a great game to play, with fairly easy tasks that don't cost money. It's easy to have 'friends' inside the game and if you are patient you can technically get away without having to spend real money. Many of their 'special' tournaments is really where it gets hard to not have money as they often require building that cost 'bucks' which are difficult to get and some of the tasks require near constant playing to achieve, even then I've often not even come close.

Its a great game, except I'm getting rather sick of spending my money in order to buy buildings required for challenges. Kind if a scam really, seeing as you don't find that out until your into the game. Get it fixed. I don't mind putting money in a game occasionally, and on my terms, but I don't think its right that your forcing it in order to complete tasks/challenges. You do realize that young people and kids probably play this game. Have some decency, challenges should never require money in. Please fox or I will end up getting rid of the game.

I absolutely love the game, however I'm going to give you 3 stars because I am having problems with regards to planting crops or putting a task in the production building. I have to literally do it like one at a time..unlike before I can do all of that continuously. Kindly fix this bug, then I will change my rating. thank you!!!

Fun but can get expensive.Ive spent $100s, I play for hours. Timed task are hard to finish when you collect items needed from only 1 building and that building doesnt regenerate for 6 hrs, after all your hard work time runs out and you miss out on that building and lost all your energy and coins. Some of the special task are very hard to complete, when you get over a certain level you need to get 5x more items and it takes hours or days to try to finish task. But overall its a great game.

I really enjoy the game. One glitch is that I have timed quests indicated on my screen but they don't respond when I click on them. They appear over the building and dock quests. I've also noticed something pops up in the lower, left, corner under the 'neighbors' bar. Other than that the game is great. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I play on a tablet.

Before you even start know that this game can't be played without spending real money! The tasks become ridiculous eg. Having to collect 30 items from buildings you have 1 of. It often takes days to complete one task out of 3. Clearing land is a battle which over time costs a fortune. Then you have to clear numerous trees, rocks and whatever those other things are. Throw in the energy requirements and by around level 45 it's not fun anymore.

Edit: I uninstalled the game. I emailed customer support two days ago and have still not heard anything back. I had holiday time limit quests going, some of which I know are over. Very disappointed. Okay, I really like this game but I keep getting a message that says "technical error, please reload". I noticed that there was an update so I just did the newest update a few minutes ago and I am still getting that error message and I can't load into the game. It's very annoying.

the game has so much to be fix that playing is really a challenge. I love the game but is impossible to play without a problem. I dont want to rate it*** now i can rate SuperCity like it should be. I can deny that this is really my game, still we have a few bugs really dont bother me much, no game is perfect and this is almost super perfect. I appreciate all the work developers are doing. Best thing? the support is incredible good! Facebook page for mobile is awesome, really good!

I don't know what happened to the review I just left by clicking through from the app, but I'll say it again here. 3 Stars, because I absolutely LOVE Super City, but absolutely HATE the problem with VISITS! The app CONTINUALLY closes itself after going to two or three neighbors, or after an hour of play it hangs so bad it'll freeze up my entire phone! And don't let a call come in just as it's stalled! Why can't this problem be fixed? The lip service is NOT helpful. FIX the freezing and crashing!

It is lots of fun playing the game, it's free but it's annoying how you have to purchase real money into it, not that I did anyways. There's also another annoying thing about this game is that you have to individually take piece by piece of each item from the screen, sometimes it doesn't take the one you want so you have to pack them away like eg. Footpaths, trees, plants and other annoying stuff that can be taken out in one click.

I absolutely hate the new update. I can't exit the plot view when I move my buildings. I have to exit the game and restart it so I can be able to collect money etc. I also spent hours moving buildings but once I exited the game and restarted, my buildings went back to where they were before, now I have to restart all over again. Alot needs to be improved, new residences, more bucks should be given and more options when collecting items to be able to finish levels.

this was an excellent game until the update. I hate not being able to produce an item like corn or wool several times without going into each one again, instead of just tapping it like you could before. it's also severely lagging a lot. it's making it hard to pkay. Please fix both of these issues asap, as I love this game!

This game was going great until today. Suddenly, I can't do anything in the Enchanted Valley. Everything there is distorted. I can't even click on any of the new quests that have come up. Then on the main screen, I have properties that have disappeared and the coin thingy disappeared too. I have cleared the cache and uninstalled the game many times and it still hasn't worked. I even restarted my Kindled 3 times, no go.

Editing my review..... Very nice game with nice graphics. Plenty to keep your busy without overwhelming you with tasks. Reason for 4 stars: Adding friends is clunky. You can go to the fan page to look for friends, but the game will not let you directly post to Facebook asking friends to join the page, nor is there a way to ask friends independently to join without going through email.

At 1st this was fun. Spent a lot of time and money on it. Quit spending money and unable to get any items offered on the quests. Quests require way more than a person can physically do. But decided to play for fun. Then about a month or so it quit loading up. I tried several things, suggestions to get it yo work. Nothing. My comment on fb went unanswered. My message went unanswered. I put alot of time, money and effort for it to just be taken away.

Unplayable. Game freezes on start, takes 4 or 5 tries to load. Wouldn't be so bad if loading didn't take 5 minutes. Once it does load, it's skippy and laggy. Quests require you to visit multiple friends, loading screen between friends is another 5 minutes each time. Quests require spending in game cash which is hard to come by without spending real money. It's a shame too because it could be a great game.

up until today, the was a 5 🌟 game. i havent been able to get it to load past 11% then i get a message that theres been a technical error. No matter what I try, keep getting the same "technical error..." message 🤪. is there any way to fix this? Please?! 7/619 UPDATE: Thank-you to the support team for fixing this issue for me. I really do love this game. It's fun and stress-free. I've changed it to a 4 🌟 rating. I'll give it 5 🌟 if they can stop all the crashing. 🤪

2nd review, 1st one disappeared..Terrible performance. It took me 10 minutes for the game to load then half of my buildings are just blank squares. Quests are blank, cannot visit the zoo area to search. I've cleared my cache, made sure I am up to date on my phone, unibstalled and reinstalled the game and it still won't load properly. I cannot recommend this game if the devs won't fix existing problems. It's been almost a yr between updates, current problems should warrant a major overhaul.

Literally cooked my Sony Xperia XZ PREMIUM since having the Halloween event. Phone overheated and is now ready for the bin! Playing on my old phone and even that doesn't make it any better. The game is slow as well, not very responsive and STOP asking us to pay a ridiculous amount to get certain buildings which we now always end up needing to continue with quests. Overall, I used to love playing this game but they're now totally trying to squeeze money out of us for EVERYTHING.
