Supercuts – Hair Salon

I am puzzled by the high reviews for this app because I haven't seen it work for a good two years. I've installed all the updates, tried multiple devices, etc, but all the Supercuts in my area just say every single appointment time is unavailable. At first I thought maybe it was just one of the stores doing something wrong online, but all the ones in my city are like this, so it must be the app.

This app needs a very serious updating. It shows the Supercuts store in Monaca Pennsylvania is open for business and you can schedule an appointment. I just drove to the store to find it closed & empty. I called the number on the app and the call got forwarded to another store in another city and the girl there told me they've been fighting with Google to update this so that the customers are not misled by what's on the app. So how about it Google, get it together and fix the app.

The app is the worst, it shows the appointment times but when you click check me in, the slot isn't available. You return to the slot selection and that time is still there. They should do something about that. I'm uninstalling it and going other place.

impossible to get first appointment of the day if trying to get a particular stylist. There should be allowance for picking from stylist scheduled to come in and then notify if necessary if obstacles occur. Put a disclaimer if need be that this is not a guarantee that the stylist they pick will absolutely be there.

Fatima is perfect.She always does exactly as asked and directed to my preferences of the way she cuts my hair. I have never left Super Cuts disappointed with her services. She is also kind and pleasant every single time. Always smiling too. And the result is a total pleasant package for Super Cuts. Keep up the good work Fatima!

app is full of bugs, I'm unable to check-in to most salons. crashed multiple times attempting to utilize, was finally able to get a spot, at a salon I didn't want to go to.

Not what I would expect from a big company. Very clunky and not responsive. I was hoping for a reliable app that made my appointment experience as nice as when I go in person. But often I end up having to call and confirm just to make sure.

the application is very easy and very convenient. as long as it keeps working, I will keep using it. please do not go back to the walk-in or call in. the online is effective and efficient and should remain.

AWFUL. I know it has good reviews, but of you read the reviews, all the 5 star ones are about people's local salon, NOT this TERRIBLE APP!! There are many flaws in this app, but the main flaw is that it doesn't filter out available appointments, so you can click & click and waste your time filling out the contact info but never get an appointment. My local SC only takes apptmnts through the app - it's too bad because I'm so frustrated with it that I can't use it and have to go elsewhere.

I'm so happy I found this place. I had the same barber for over 20 years in NY. Not many people can cut a high and tight fade correctly. Alma cuts my hair perfect! I've been going to her for 8 months now and she's totally awesome.

I can only review Shawnli and Tia. They are both awesome at their job, professional, courteous and friendly. This is where I go now; I use the app to see if they are there and then make an appt. Unsure if you need an appt because if they are busy there is still a little wait.

Even if the times are fully booked they will still show up and only tell you it is booked after you have put in your information for that time. This can lead to you putting in your information over and over until you give up or randomly find a time that happens to have availability.

Best experience I've ever had at a salon. The girls were polite very pleasant made it feel like home and were and are very nolgiable. Great prices lowest I've found. The place is clean organized and filled with products. Janice and Janelle are super sweet and know how to keep you engaged with excitement. This is my new place to get my hair done Everytime. Love these two woman and the place, glad I went there.

Super great service. Stylists are busy and still provide excellent service. During these up and down times they really are giving their all. Never go anywhere else.

veronica woods does an awesome job on my son's hair. He is mixed and his hair texture is hard to keep managed but she does an awesome job with it. she also colored my hair and it lasted for over a month!!

I have great experiences at my local Supercuts salon. Everyone is treated with respect, all staff are professional and the atmosphere is so down to earth. I will keep coming back as long as Supercuts is there. I highly recommend this salon.

Garbage app doesn't ever work. I always have to call the local solon and set up an appointment or "check in" dont waste your time or resources on your phone.

This is a very easy and convenient app for booking an appointment. Update: the staff seems to ignore if you make an appointment, making the app pointless.

Absolutely love coming to Alicia to do my hair. She knows what colors will work well together and what style to cut my hair. She is very personable and makes sure you get the cut and color you want. I would highly recommend her...

The first time I came in, it was a bit "chilly", but the 2nd time was awesome (they were totally booked the first time and busy!). I was in and out very quickly. Everyone was smiling, professional, and made me want to make another appointment! Thank you.
