Terrible, so many times I order through the app and then have to get emergency supplies because the system does not work. I was told its easier than through my gp but always have to wait and call the gp in desperation for my meds. Not ideal when severe anxiety is the main problem!
No issues with using the app. Quick, easy and convenient. Would love an option of local delivery for my prescription down the line. Happy to recommend.
Makes everything so much easier. Due to them being busy all the time it's a struggle to get through on the phone and I can't be bothered walking 45 mis to town or paying a fortune on the bus so being able to do it all by phone and get delivery it's just AWSOME !!!!!!!!!!!
I was happy to find this app, spent a long time setting it all up to find it doesn't appear to have the function to get prescriptions delivered to home, only collect in store, even though I am a home delivery customer. Hope this changes.
So easy to use and saves contacting my surgery unnecessarily. You are kept up to date with your prescriptions progress and you can even set reminders of when to re-order so that you never run short of your medicines. Really great app!
Easy to use really well designed app. The scan barcode facility instead of a manual search is also fantastic, and indeed quicker!Our pharmacist is happier as they have less time answering calls and can help the community more as a result. He is a legend anyway (Slough, Farnham Road) but this helps him more. Make your life less stressful to and use the app, prescription ordered in seconds!
This is the worst app ever, no validation emails received during setup stage at all, so would not progress past validation screen, waste of my time, when you press email not received send another validation email it opens Gmail, what a joke, come on superdrug you are better than this
Fastastic service, really quick and easy to use. Have been telling everyone to download the app! It will be easy to book flu jabs through.
This app is border line fraud. Used it to try and book a flu jab. No suitable dates so deleted the app.then spammed via email but no unsubscribe button, have to do in app which I deleted. But far worse, went to collect my repeat prescription today from doctors 2 mins away to be told that superdrug have it 25 miles away. I never gave permission for this to happen. Very deceptive app.Suggest you steer well clear
The app is so easy to use, I like the reminders I get when my meds are about to run out. If I place an order I'm kept up to date with the progress of the order. Excellent app, I really can't fault it at all.
Just place my first repeat prescription order and this is so much easier than the NHS app already, not checked out the other features yet but they all seem very easy to access and use.
Very useful app, saves me having to take my repeat prescription to the surgery and let's me know when it's ready to pick up. Love it. Since 2021 the app has stopped telling me when my order is ready to collect, which is annoying to say the least. I'm hoping it's just because of extra users due to COVID-19.
