This app worked great for awhile, now just a blank screen. Have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Still get a blank screen. Zero help from my bank.
Loved the app before the bank updated it! HATE that you can't see your previous balances before/after transactions. Very hard to tell if a mistake was made, or anything really. I feel the app is kind of useless now. I'm able to see my current balance and transfer money from one account to another, that's about it. PLEASE consider going back to the old version where it showed balances before or after a transaction/withdrawl/deposit.
Application violated security policy and will not even open. Very frustrating.
This app is not very good. I have been locked out of my account many times for no reason. I have had to reinstall it so many times. Now I can't get in and change password or set up the finger print Id. I do like it when it works but it's so often that I will give it a 1 star. It always tells me to contact the bank but that in itself is so hard because of the the dump phone tree. Not a great experience.
Problems fixed. App now works well with my s22 phone. No issues.
Great service. Easy to set up and use. Will save me a lot of driving.
Today my app will not open on my s7 Always worked well until this.
Useful! I have always been horrible at watching my account so I like the app. It glitches sometimes at login stating your credentials don't match but then will eventually log you in. I wish it was better and showing pending transactions as it doesn't show everything but still helps to stay on track.
App crashes constantly, is a toss up if it's going to work at all when you log in. Been a common theme going on for over a year. A physical branch location isn't much better. Talk slow and have everything wrote down that you need to accomplish and it still will get mess up.
Poor setup, difficult to use. I like to see breakdowns and log my purchase history. The naming of transactions is confusing and you can't name accounts. Transfers are difficult as well. Overall, not user friendly.
The app randomly started freezing for me recently; and the mobile check deposit sucks: I can hardly ever get the app to focus on the check correctly, even if in good lighting and on solid backgrounds (if I use my phone's camera app I can see the check just fine; for some reason it's just the banking app that can't focus the camera correctly)
The app is fine when it works, but it only works about half the time. Every improvement seems to make the app worse for a few weeks until they can fix the problems they created. Edit: reduced from 2 star to 1 star. Now that banks are opening up again, definitely going to look for a new. Besides the app, sccu is just a pain to deal with.
It is easy to access with finger recognized. I do most all of my banking online and dislike very much the new app and the limited amount of information i can see in my accounts activity. Slso you have been taking dollars out in my savings i just seen i was negative $4. Why? I transfered in some cash which that went great no complaints there.
Worst banking app ever. I get an error message almost every time I try to log in. Ive uninstalled and installed too many times to count. The previous app was super user friendly and worked great for the most part. This one sucks!
Not a fan of how the app shows withdrawals or deposits. Be better if it showed you the amount with each transaction, so you'd be able to monitor your account easier.
I type in my password correctly multiple times and it still says its wrong. I have to close the app reopen it and very rarely it works. I always type it slowly to make sure it's right. Horrible bug that needs to be fixed.
Just an absolutely aweful app. Almost never loads and when it finally does it'll still give errors when you want to check your accounts. Easily one of the worst platforms SCCU has incorporated into its business.
Fingerprint option rarely works, and even when I reset my password, I get the error I have to call for assistance because they can't validate my login info. The old app worked much better. This new app is a pain!
Edit, now 3 instead of 5 and here's why... it's convenient, and I love accessing my account finger print log in. BUT I take my 5 star rating away because over the past 2 months the mobile app has kicked me out, locked me out, forced password changes, and at one point I was unable to access my banking info for over a week. Not sure why suddenly they are having so many issues... will increase rating again if they resolve.
Ok. Update. They finally told me the problem. You're required to change your password every 3 months. If you don't you're locked out. So while it works good I still only give it 3 stars as it's a PINA to have to keep coming up with good passwords every 3 months!!!!!
Worked poorly on my note 10 , will not start up on my S22 ultra , I do not believe it supports Android 12 yet though it say it does . When it does work it is convenient but the website works better
Usually works great, but lately hasn't been recognizing my fingerprint. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but still isn't functioning. Would give 5 stars if that was fixed.
The app is very clunky and not very easy to navigate for things like bill pay and transferring funds. But the most recent is the lack of partnership and communication with the new zelle feature. I am out of town on business and was running low on funds as one does when they work in the Las Vegas area that being said I had $450.00 dollars transfered from a person that we both have sent funds back and forth with zelle well it's now 3 days later not a dime to my name. Extremely P/O zero respect

Piece of an app honestly there is no tech support at all it's down more than it's up... Blood raw I find myself on a screen I can't do anything on and when I call for help they ask me what phone I have etc they need a new tech person who knows how to run an app... It's becoming exhausting trying to pay my bills, when it's working etc... When I call and want my limit changed etc they're great it's just the app, y'all need a new technician
Mostly really great and useful. Occasionally won't let me into my account at all and forces me to login to my browser or computer which can be a little frustrating.
I like everything, but the fact that I can't see what is actually in my account. Is the amount pending accounted for in the available balance or is it going to come out later. I liked being able to see all of my money and how much was there and bot there with the amount being subtracted.
The app hardly works half the time. It does have half the options the old app did. It is not as easy to navigate.
This app is trash and hardly ever works. Likes to tell me I don't have a network connection when my connection is perfectly fine.
New update on phone software, it works great. Much easier than trying to navigate the web page. If the next update to the app makes it crash, read on... If you have a Samsung a10 this POS will not work. It did for a few years, a few updates, then it puked. They half assed fixed it, it worked for 2 months, now it's just wasting space on my phone.
