This app was fairly simple the first time I used it. The only issue I encountered was the instructions would disappear too quickly-I needed more time to read the instructions when I was taking a picture of the check I was depositing into my account.
Easy to navigate as well as implement changes. If one needs assistance with their accounts, there is a chat tab which is quite convenient.
Wish this institution would allow pay by phone using all three methods (apple, Google and Samsung). Would also like to see multiple accounts of same person. That is kind of stupid that they don't. It just feels like an app from 2010. Do like the fingerprint login though. That is nice.
Garbage complete trash company trash too neither the app or the company is willing to work or give a chance always messing something up every sooooo often the dang app just goes down for a few days tells you to update the app but you got the latest version that their is super super slow definitely do not recommend
App works well except alot of times the transfer option doesn't always work. It will not always transfer please fix the transfer process and this would be a pretty good app.
App works great. Instant transfers have always worked. Info is always accurate. Very easy to navigate as well.
Nice ease of use. Simple to navigate. Would like to see check deposit ability to be larger, but overall I love the app! I enjoy the notifications I get when making purchases. Very pleased.
Got a new phone and the app will not let me sign in. Keeps saying temporary password expired so i do what it tells me to and have a new one texted to me. One minute later its expired somehow. I can sign in online just fine, but it doesn't let me pay my loan from there. Guess next time i need a loan ill go somewhere that lets me pay it
Transfers don't work after latest update. So many issues with this app. Highly considering switching to a bank so I can at least take full advantage of a banking app.
Mobile deposit is hard to use. The front and back of the check have to be same size, if it comes through a different size it's not accepted.
The apps ability to take quality photos of paper checks for deposit is poor. I have used other apps which take better photos and are more user friendly when it comes to depositing checks.
This is old app with slide bottom to save user ID. This app should have been removed causes login problems if you have a lady in a cape with a fingerprint on screen you have newer app and put check in box to save user ID this is per credit union march 12 2021
Fricking Horrible. Doesn't recognize my fingerprint. Electronic Check deposit takes 20 tries (or more) before recognizing that YES, the check already has an endorsement signature. By then you're ready to change banks, or smash your phone.
Amazing bank and app. Just always wished for more website look. Ability to transfer external and see other accounts available externally like on the website .
Pretty easy to use, but I wish there was an easier way to login. My other credit union let's us use a personal 4 digit PIN on our mobile app instead of having to type in our long password each time.
It truly has been and continues to be an easier and more convenient way of online banking for me. I definitely give it a very high recommendation.
Can not log in like a lot of other people. Should have left well enough alone. Customer support leaves a lot to be desired. Cinco was better. Also I have a problem the way they control YOUR money.
Idk what they did , but the bill pay section of the app is gone. I can't manage it now. All I wanted was to check when a payment was coming out next and now I can't check.
User friendly...information at my fingertips. Saves me trips to the bank. Notifications are great to keep me informed of activities.

App's fine...when it works! Not a reliable app for a financial institution, but that seems to be true for many CUs
This App is great! Transactions usually show right away, and easy to transfer money to different accounts!
Always have a issue with getting the app to focus when doing a mobil deposit. Never have that issue with another banks mobile deposit app.
l wish we would get an automatic update when any purchases were made off our debit/credit card but I do love how easy the app is.
It would be a great app but the transfer service keeps going down and it stays down for days.
I like the security system, if you forget to logout it logs you out. The security system also has where if you enter the wrong password more than 3 times it locks you out. You can transfer money from a checking to savings or vice versa. And it's easy to keep your eyes on your money.
