Earning coins is easy, but they're worthless. Upgrades (minus the first basic few) cost diamonds. However, once you earn all possible diamonds in a town (by playing each level 5 times), it's still barely enough to cover the cost of one upgrade that won't carry over to the next town (which costs diamonds to access) so you can't even use it. You can purchase diamonds with real money, but you'd need to invest over $10 to afford one upgrade. This is a rip off compared to similar games.

I love the gameplay & graphics. However, almost every level is cut exactly to serving all the customers; losing even one customer won't let U win, which is frustrating! Another major factor to get tired of the game is the number of diamonds U need to upgrade the items & the diamonds we win from the levels are nowhere closer to the number we need for even a 2star upgrades! So, U may continue to play ONLY if U can spend truck loads of real money. Others, just quit eventually.

Can get a tad bit boring when you want to earn gold stars for each level, but I understand the meaning of it here—when you put a lot of effort, you at least earn a valuable reward in the end—and this technique applies to the real world. Anyways, though this is a fair game, I prefer the desktop version that focuses on the plot, not the gold stars.

It has great music, graphics, colors,shops including the food ,upgrades,name of the shops,and everything else in the shop, backgrounds , having to achieve goals to win the levels,that there are hundreds of levels to play which makes the game last longer,and that on the fish play off a level you get bronze and that you then you have to work to get gold , and I would say the same for everything in the game. I think that it is great and addictive and there is nothing that I dislike. All that I would say is that you should make more and more levels like all the time so I never have to stop playing your game.

Super fun game, second time playing it through multiple devices. My issue is that when you get further along in the game (after spending money to pass levels) it is impossible to move on without spending more money on all the upgrades. Hella potential just cost too much. Most of the upgrades should be way cheaper or at least earn more for level passed. Not enough perks.

The problem is this is an AMAZING game. But the pay to play setup ruins it entirely. It gets so difficult, so fast, that you can't keep up without spending money. YES I KNOW you can play slots. But that doesn't pay out well either. You get 6 diamonds per level and the major upgrades cost a minimum of 40 diamonds, the minor a minimum of 5, and unlocking each town costs a minimum of 10. I'd watch ads, but there are none.

Fun, very addicting. Many years ago I used to play it all the time.They changed this game, now in order to move along in the game you have to buy crystals they make it too hard to earn them. When you visit the slot machine you can win cash but barely win crystals. And then you lose all you earned on every level. Then it gets frustrating and you stop playing. I love the old version much better, why they have to change it!!!

I would rate it a 3 star because it entertained me till a point. The game is good till a limited levels as it has so many levels but as soon as we move to higher levels the game begins to become hard and at some point u dont have any coins to buy or upgrade any item because it's very hard to proceed further and u have to play the previous levels in order to upgrade items so as to complete the level. But if u are a person that plays for a shorter period of time then the game is fun. Thank you.❤

Really loved playing this game at first until you reach different levels and all upgrades you spent your gems on in previous levels are gone. You have to start from scratch again. Very frustrating because you don't accumulate much gems and it gets more expensive each level for the cashier. I really wished that we're able to keep all the upgrades as you level up. Will uninstall soon.

The game gets way too difficult and you have to spend money to get power ups and gems to keep playing. It wouldn't be so irratating if I didn't almost complete a level but then needed 40 more cents (when I would get the 300+ for Cleaned and Stocked) and have to use gems (which are hard to get anyhow, even without paying) to continue the game. The upgrades are a bit expensive too and don't even stay through the whole game. Other than that, it's a fun game.

I like the game, love the controls, I enjoy it but idk why, this game consume lots of data. I've been playing only like around 5 minutes and it already consumes around 200MB. Sorry but I also need those data for other things. also the upgrades are too expensive. Each time we move to another gate, a new store, it's just like we start from the beginning, we have to upgrade the security, the cleaning tool, the cart etc. Can u make it just 1 time upgrade, and we can use it in the next shop.

I rate this game 1 star and even lesser if there's an option. You need to upgrade this game soon because it's extremely difficult to upgrade to another level because of the costs,the baskets are not supposed to finish,the juice marker ought to be automatic. If this isn't done and some other things people have complained about. I see no point in referring more friends to play this game because the ones I have referred ain't happy with this game. Thanks

I enjoy this game. I even spend some money on it. But I am frustrated every upgrade past the 1st requires so many gems. AND I saved up plus purchased gems to upgrade to a cashier just to play one more level and find out it was a waste of money. The cashier doesn't transfer to the next level. I considered no longer playing after that. i worked to get all the upgrades and wasted my money to purchase gems for upgrades just to use it one level. upgrades to things outside of the cases should transfer!

Good fun game that can pass the time quickly, however it needs lots of improvements to advance the game and make it more enjoyable. For example having to constantly spend coins and diamonds on the same thing everytime you get to a new section is hard when you hardly receive those and makes it harder when to complete a level as you need to constantly upgrade. Also a few customers are too slow which gets annoying at times when your waiting for one customer to slowly walk around the shop

I used to play this game on my pc and loved it. I was reminded of it so I downloaded it to my phone. 1. Hate that upgrades don't transfer into new levels. 2. Hate that you need MORE gems to unlock each level (like way more than the previous levels) 3. Hate that you need gems to basically upgrade most things that help pass diffucult levels 4. HATE that you have to play the same round several times, each time getting increasingly difficult, to get the maximum gems available for beating the level.

this was my childhood game and i had fond memories replaying it. however, all the levels are incredibly tedious as you have to replay them over and over to earn crystals, and upgrades are rarely possible due to the difficulty of obtaining crystals. i understand that this is the game developers' source of income, but repeatedly playing every level is frustrating. moreover, the game moves at a unbelievably slow speed and customers take their time when entering the store.

a very good game animation is a little bit cool but I have given 4 stars out of 5 because the lives take time to refill and I have improved a security guard but after one or two levels it was not there and the price money for which I bought that was doubled. So I am not able to purchase it again because of this irritating thing I can't win the levels and mostly lose😩😩

This app is fun. I have played it before with the older version and loved it. However this version requires so many diamonds to succeed and gives very few so if you want to do well you have to keep spending money and everh level starts you completely over. So you have a cashier for the first store, took you most of the levels to get her, then you go to the next store bam, no cashier or any upgrades and now they cost 3 times as many diamonds. It's ridiculous. I'd rather just pay $3 for the app.

Love the game but level is impossible to pass unless you can afford the security guard, which I can't. Every time a robber. Comes in to steal and leaves, it is counted toward the amount of customers lost. If I'm only allowed 4 lost customers, and I have 5 robbers come in, I lose the level. I don't lose any other customers. Its ridiculous and impossible. Security guard should be given for free. Or very cheap.

Ive been playing game for years; and although I love the game, towards the end the creater mkes it difficult to make enough gems or mney after a shift. Ive played the same level several times with no angry costumers and making sure to stay cleaned and stalked, BUT if I want to move on to the next level Im required to PAY for exra gems since they barely distrute them thrughout the levels (but require them for EVERTHING.) I Love the game, but towards the good levels it starts to feel like a scam !

At first it was fun but when I reached the second stage around level 16 or so it was a lot harder I thought I was up for a challenge until the theives came I kept selecting it but the character kept trying to refill the shelf. Nothing I can do to stop it. then he would leave and it would be counted as an angry cust against me. It's very annoying. I ignored the fact that the SAME woman lost her child twice in a row and still tried to get the crook which was very hard, nearly impossible.

Got too hard!! Like, stupid, crazy, impossible hard!! I needed so many upgrades, but it took such massive amounts of crystals to buy them! The amount I earned playing was way too low and the slots hardly ever gave me any. I was willing to start buying them till I saw how much money it cost to get a significant amount. This game is basically designed to cost the player huge amounts of real money just to continue playing. Nothing but angry now. So disappointed, cause I was having a lot of fun.

Its a fun and interesting game. Unfortunately i have found the same problem with it that i have with other games by this company: it is very pay to advance. Each upgrade takes so much $ and gems and the levels have very little reward. To upgrade quickly you must buy gems. You can beat the lower levels without a lot of the gem priced upgrades but i am not sure if you can on the upper levels.

The game is fun but it eventually requires only gems to upgrade anything. Unless you buy them, it makes getting the upgrades take forever. The level requirements become too much to be able to complete without the upgrades. If this got fixed, it would earn 5 stars.
