I placed my phone number on the orders in case an inconvenience. Nonetheless, I was left without essential products such as rice and toilet paper, instead of contacting me for another option. When I got home, I noticed that I was charged for the items I purchased, but was given a product of smaller size. Dog food on the flavors nor sizes I did not order. Missing products that are on my receipt. Disastrous service and lack of organization.They are taking advantage of clients due to COVID-19.
Generally quite good. Only problem is that too often goods that I've ordered prove to be unavailable. They seem to be working on this problem, however. Recently items that are not available are marked out of stock.
When I order an item, I have no idea what store I'm ordering from and when I go to pickup my order half of the items are missing. Should correct this in the app.
Great app. Will be nice to edit the order 48 hours before the delivery date and also to filter to see only products in the shopper.
The only recommendation will be more accurate inventory. If you choose the store 1st the app could show inventory per store.
Horrible waist of time, No matter what time you try to place an order always freezes and cant go through with the purchase.
Nice experience, they call you to replace any items they don't have plus they are very friendly.

It's a waste of time, spent two hours waiting for them to give me my groceries.
I cannot get the english speaking all. It keeps setting it to spanish!

Excelent service! The app is super easy to use and the employees are great. If something you want is not available they call and ask if you want to change the product or they offer something similar. You can do your grocery from home early in the morning and get it when you get home or the next day. I really recomend it.
