Easy app to use. I really enjoy the real time tracker feature and that it allows for you and your driver to communicate directly if needed.

I really enjoy using Super Shuttle, the drivers are very nice & safe drivers, I also like the fact that if your flight is delayed for any reason, Super Shuttle is on top of it and makes sure you are taken to your drop off point no matter the time, Super Shuttle takes care of its customers and treats you as such. Thanks Super Shuttle for all that you and your drivers do It's most appreciated. Happy customer

Very good experience. On time and, if your flight gets delayed (like mine did) they'll accommodate your trip in the next shuttles. They have live shuttle positioning maps so you know exactly where it is and who the driver is by name. It would be good (if not existent already, I couldn't find it) for a direct driver phone number for finding a certain vehicle more easily. Besides that, they're great! Will use again in the future.

Knowing that most of my time out of town would be dominated with the business conference I was attending, I just did not want to pay for a rental car and parking I researched online and found that Super Shuttle is in a lot of the cities I fly to... I downloaded this app, entered my flights and hotel, and was even more impressed by the awesome service and caring driver. The app welcomed me to the new airport and gave me step by step directions to walk through the airport and meet Rodger for my group ride. I may not rent a car out of town for a single site conference again! Thank you SuperShuttle!!

The app is easy enough but could use some tweaks. I use Super Shuttle a lot, once a month each way, it is comparable to driving and leaving car in the hot sun. The comparable price makes it easy to justify business travel reimbursement. I hope that any tweaks to the app are just that, don't make people on the go have to relearn, so far so good. Once logged in to my trips, provide a call mechanism that is quicker once in, don't tell me I can use the app as I am already in. I would add that the receipt email contain an attachment of a .tif and .jpeg because the attachment need to be submitted electronically to reimbursement. I like the opportunity to check in upon having my bags, e.g. no bag claim so ready, and the driver is on his way nearby, I like the map, real time indication of where my driver was as he arrived to pick me up.

Used this service while in San Francisco & it was great! However, just updated the app, tried to play a pickup for my upcoming trip to Washington and suddenly it gives me error message that it doesn't serve ANY airport in DC / DC Area. So I tested the so again (I rebooted, reset my phone) and same issue. So, out of curiosity, I tried both main airports in Chicago..same...then NYC..same. Regardless of what major city / airport I tried, it was the same result. Did SuperShuttle go out of business??

I had a 8:05 to 8:20 pickup. I was waiting by 8. At 8:18 I called because I got a notification my ride was completed. The dispatcher acknowledged that it showed the ride was completed and that we were still within the pickup window so she would transfer me to local dispatch to get another driver sent. I waited on hold for over 5 minutes. The new dispatch said because I was now past the pickup window I had to purchase another ride and would not be refunded. I tried talking to others, all equally unhelpful. It was a very unpleasant experience. Hopefully keeping my $20 was worth losing a customer.

I needed a ride to get from point A to point B at an affortable pricing range and came across supershuttle. I am completely satisfied with the service I was provided. My driver was quick, professional, and dedicated to his job. The suppershuttle check in guide at the airport was also very helpful, also dedicated and pumped to help me and the others.

Booked a shuttle from Manhattan to Newark at 9pm for 1:50am. They said my booking was fine and took my money. Some time later they sent me an email and a message from an unknown number saying that "because I booked last minute" they will probably not be able to take me to the airport and canceled my trip with no other notification at 1 am. I noticed it when it was almost time for my supposed pick up. Had to get a 90 dollar lyft drive since buses were not running that late. Completely unreliable.

Super Shuttle service is reliable and simple to coordinate - and I first used the service in 2006. I have booked using the web site and now also through the app - multiple times. The app is user friendly and more convenient than the web site, so it will facilitate smooth transportation transitions while you are traveling. Book it!

I paid for a round trip ticket in advance. For my return, I needed an earlier pick up time and tried to edit my ticket. After 5 tries, I finally had to cancel that trip and buy a new one to get an earlier pick up time. I ended up having to spend another $11 on top of the $10 I had already paid. Disfunctional app and no phone # to call.

It gave the wrong pick-up address even though it is saved in my record. It switched the price of the ride when it came time to "submit" jacking up the total! Would not allow to select the actual flight # and departure time. And then it did not allow to edit the wrong selection. POS

Pretty easy and convenient. The only issue I had is it does not tell you which numbers it wants for AAA. If you enter the shortened numbers on the card, it rejects. If you enter all the numbers on the card, it's invalid. Then you have to call to get it sorted out. So much trouble that could be avoided with a ? feature

There are bugs in this App. I've to try several times b4 it shows the destination selection when I enter an address or a hotel name. And it doesn't always give me the option for shared rides!!! It gave me only premium rides! If it's not because it's the only shared ride service in AUS I'd have chosen some other services!

Not last year's SuperShuttle. Now that I use the app on my phone, I get faster service and better information. The vans are cleaner, and the drivers appear to be safer than they used to be. This is my airport transport of choice wherever I go.

Such a great app!! Only takes minutes to book a ride, is VERY easy to use. Plus, I am a disabled Veteran who uses a wheelchair and they make it easy to book an ADA equipped shuttle. Thank you for a fantastic app! I've been a long time user and will continue to be. I highly recommend your service!!

Easy to book and cancel rides. But, the app stopped working when trying to rate the driver. We could only give the driver 3 stars without crashing the app. Our driver clearly needed 5 stars. Disappointed i couldn't make that happen. Fix the bug, would love to give the app 5 stars in the future.

This app sends confirmations to email vs your cell. . .We are traveling & cell texts ought to at least be an option. While I despise that they IMPOSE a TIP on you IN ADVANCE vs letting the person EARN their gratuity through their SERVICE, at least this app allows you to select paying the tip in person or making an adjustment to a different amount. I pay cash in person because it IS more personal & helps them at tax time.

Good, but sometimes they want to pick you up earlier than agreed upon time. Sometimes its just a few minutes earlier, but another time they picked me up an hour and a half earlier than the agreed upon time, which wasn't too great for me, as I arrived at the airport way earlier than needed. Also, if you're the first one picked up be prepared to get a scenic route of the city. Drivers ate friendly though, so that's always good.

Great experience with supeshuttle. I received text updates with time and car number for pickups. I was called about an change in pick up just 10 minutes earlier to comfirm if that was ok with me. Great job Evan in Vegas very upbeat for 3 am. I will be using the service again. Vehicles were clean and drivers professional.

Love supershuttle app, makes it really easy to book and prepay your ride, really good about sending you updates about your upcoming ride. When arriving by plane to the airport, it immediately texts you to let you know how to check in and where to find your shuttle. I love this app, makes it very very convenient to get your ride.

My wife and I were left waiting in the cold at the airport for a ride that didn't show up. The text message I received stated that the driver was outside in a black Lincoln Continental waiting, however; there was no such vehicle in the pick up area of the airport. We ended up getting a taxi ride to our hotel and it was cheaper then what SuperShuttle charged us. We're still trying to get our money refunded. STAY FAR AWAY FROM SUPERSHUTTLE!!!

Totally frustrated that I had to start over so many times. Then offered discount if I downloaded ap which didnt work at all. Then offered another discount which I tried to do but then again lost the screen where all my info was. Took my payment info, lost it and then had to start over. So far fast service took over an hour. Wish I could have found a tel. # to call under help but no such thing.

great app, easy to use. only complaint is when the map pointer can't find your exact address there are no options. I couldn't find anywhere to correct it. you have to use a close address generated by app.

The app works perfectly, gives update and accurate information, no problems whatsoever with the app nor the drivers that were dispatched. I would definitely recommend this app and this service for future trips. I've used the executive cars as well as the buses/vans and all of the vehicles were clean, neat and tidy.
