game crashes/glitches during every song which causes me to miss a lot of the beats and sometimes even when i have tapped/held the beats, it's counted as a miss?? it's infuriating because it causes me to get really low scores or even lose when i could have done so much better. it's so unfair and unreasonable. PLEASE FIX THIS. I'M SO FRUSTRATED. at this point y'all are doing it on purpose bcs i've seen so many other reviews saying the same thing and still you haven't done anything.

Been playing this for years, but after the new update it become more lag than ever, loading sometimes stops after playing a song or when visiting shop and sometimes when playing, after long note press, key got stock causing it to miss a few notes. (I'm using the latest phone model of android). I already tried re-download,clear cache and etc. Is this because, this game become more compatible on other devices? My friend doesn't seem to have this problems with her iPhone.

it's a very fun and addicting game, i would definitely recommend other to play it, but recent updates have just downgraded it more than it really upgraded it, and i feel like the profile(/avatar?) update was a little unnecessary. but every game and app does this, so if you could just ignore it and focus on playing the songs instead, it's pretty fun, after around two years of playing it i haven't really encountered anything wrong with it :)

I redownloaded this after a few years then remembered why I deleted it. like many others, I have the issue of the game not detecting the tap, causing me to get misses. then I end up without 3 stars and getting a lower score than I should have. pls fix this it just ruins the game.

I just recently installed this application on my mobile phone. Its just that it can't be open. It will just show the logo, the company, then a text will show that "Please restart the application." I restarted it for a hundredth time and still not working. Please fix this. I installed it again this time, and it fortunately worked. But after playing a few times, the game didn't load. Please fix rhis again because it's annoying. I recently re-installed the app and it's still loading.

loading screen stuck at 89.2% . Already tried restarting my phone, uninstall & reinstall the app and still got the same result. PLEASE FIX IT. I play it everyday so it feels weird that I didn't get to play even for 1 day .

im so dissappointed with this game i swear. its not the same as it was before. first, i had to open and close the game for more than 5 times because it simply woudn't let me play. second the game is so laggy. just after you finish one song the game will have and you have to restart the whole thing again. SO DISSAPPOINTED

1.This is a really good game but sometimes when I want to watch an ad for rewards it just doesn't work.Instead of an reward it shuts off. 2.Sometimes when I start a song the tiles don't show up at all and I fail.I really hope you fix this

I wanted to try this game out but I'm been stuck at the downloading thing I tried so many times but it would still say "error",and I needed to retry:( I want to play this game so badly😖, it seems so fun🙃, is there anyway to fix this or something? I know it may be the Wi-Fi but I've refreshed my WiFi many times and it still says error😕, I need help with this. Ill keep trying to see if it somehow doesn't say " error" any more😪

Loading times are too damn long! This game is really fun and have some good maps for songs. But it's hard to get into a game where you need to wait 3/4 minutes when you get in and than between menus loading times take 50 seconds eacg time.

It got a lot worse, what happened? The game became unresponsive at some point and it got really choppy, lags, bugs, and boom jumps to the next sequence. Please fix the program! Everyone is having a hard time!

It's good that majority of the songs from the artists are in the game but it would be so much appreciated if you also add the Japanese songs of artists TWICE and Itzy etc. on the game instead of releasing a new game only for japanese songs which you already did. And also NMIXX's 'Tank' is pretty much unbeatable, I've seen many expert players play it and they couldn't even finish the song and of course I also cannot.

These games are great, and I've downloaded and played most of them. My only complaint is with the update system. Even if you choose in the Play Store for it to American update, it won't, and then the Update button won't even show when it's supposed to on the Store page. This isn't even a gripe with the game as much as the Play Store.

it keeps getting worse everytime. how am i supposed to enjoy a RHYTHM GAME with it lagging everytime??? the updates happen way too often and the into/update loading just made my whole mood to play disappear bc its way too slow that sometimes i cant even open the app since it tells me to keep reattempt download. it really annoys me

please start fixing the loading screen, it took me like 30 mins to enter the game. i even had the time to take a nap while waiting 🧍🏻‍♀️. I really enjoy playing this game but please for the love of god, i trying to get my full attendance here without waiting for a whole 30 mins just to play the game

To Devs, notes in some songs have slow response to the sync of the player, given that it is synced to the player's preference and accuracy of the game, some of the songs have notes that does not work and just gets the player to sometimes 'miss' the note or rather have 'good' rating. this would make the 'SYNC OPTION' useless. Kindly fix optimization for this.

Honestly, I love this game, it just these days it keeps lagging when I play the weekly challenges. Also I get it that with new song update there is also new cards but please, it's already pass 2GB on storage alone, don't always ask to upgrade and such. Is it really necessary to do so? Edit: So there is another "necessary" update but I can't even open the app now. What's up?

I love this game but there is a bug after the daily login it's stuck at the loading screen and won't load the main lobby, I couldn't try uninstalling and reinstalling the game because I'm on a guest account and I might lose my progress. I tried emailing the support team but haven't received a response it's been 4 days since i emailed them.

After a samsung galaxy update, this app wouldnt work, just a black screen with the logo, i reset my phone and uninstalled, reinstalled this app, i'vs seen some other people complaining about the same thing.I LOVE this app so if you could please fix this or let us know how to. Thank you!

I really love the game. Playing it for years but the recent updates makes the game a little annoying. Game sometimes don't load, stucked on attendance and wont load, advertisement sometimes dont play and causes crashes of the game, missed beats even though you tapped on the notes, syncing doesn't do anything much on the game since some beats were faster and slower. Hoping to get this game back on its top performance just like few years ago

"YOU NEED MORE PRACTICE" How can I practice exactly? I mean its not like y'all have an option to practice a song lmao. The only way to master a song is constantly practicing it through playing to get familiar with the design of the level (easy, normal, or hard) but how can we practice exactly if we can't even finish the song??? Tell me how.

This is a really good game that I recommend u like kpop. The only downside is that u run out of inventory for your cards quick and that in the event missions it requires u to spend a bit of money.in my opinion I don't think ot should. Bit overall it is a good game.

Game goes through usual loading screens until the final loading sequence ends. The entrance screen does not show "Press to Play" and whenever you tap on the screen, the menu freezes and starts back up again. It seems this game gets unstable every update and won't load in correctly, i suggest you correct it so this issue does not occur in further updates, but I will have only a little hope, as this has been going on since November of last year.

it's a nice game, good enough to keep you entertained for a few hours. but why is collecting the login rewards taking so long? all i need to collect is 10 dias, an A card and a card pack but it just keeps on loading, it's taking forever till the point you just give up and skip getting it, hell, you can't even NOT collect it, it forces you to collect it and it loads for eternity. i don't have the time and energy to wait for the loading screen, i just wanna play, if its a bug, please fix it then.

It's a great game but the loading screen takes much time,memory, and battery. Sometimes the game lags when I'm going to the home screen.

Still a good game. Minor bugs here and there. For people whose songs get stuck on a certain %, choose another song and download it *cancel it before it finishes*, then go back to your song. Should be loading again. Another thing is that everything is so expensive, especially Dalcom coins which you can only earn in superstar but then superstar (3 games/day) only gives like 28 coins per game.

Now I'm having problems with downloading the needed resources to play the game. It just won't download, it keeps retrying and retrying. Even with a good internet connection. I used to like it but now that it has 1 gb of resources. I don't like it anymore. It's too furstrating to download the resources even with a good internet connection. Sometimes it won't load. When you first launch the app it just stays on a white screen. Problems increases every update of this game

First of all. I like the superstar games that you've published but its really annoying when the loading screen stays on 99% after this new update. I have un installed and reinstalled it but the problem is still there and it takes hours for the game to load sometimes it doesn't load at all. please fix this issue.

the game is fun, but it's hard for me. recently i downloaded this app again bcus i miss playing this game, and i am experiencing this problem. once it's installed, the loading screen is so long to load, like my internet literally fast. pls fix this kind of problem
