I've been playing this game for 2 years and I love this app, I just hate the previous update since there are some buttons that's not working causing me to lose points when playing, but I'm sure you can fix that I love that you can still level up, upgrade, and buy the cards you want with no charge, you just have to be patient and play the game and watch some ads to collect diamonds, rythym points and such.

There is still LONG time going between the loading screen, main screen, missions and cards. It's annoying waiting so long and makes me want to just close the game in frustration. I'm frustrated, I've been playing this game for years. Very disappointing.

I'm really really really irritated because it's either a LOT of my taps aren't being detected or the game really needs to widen that area for us players to tap when playing the songs. I downloaded this game because most of my favorite k-pop songs are from artists under SM and I'm completely willing to play a game like this that involves those artists. Now, this inconvenience is making me think otherwise.

The game keeps getting slower and buggier with every update, now sometimes it won't start at all and if you manage to get in everything will be slower, from changing menus to selling cards and upgrading cards, watching ads will just break the game making it unusable unless you close it and try to open it again if you're even lucky enough to get past the loading screen it's almost impossible to play without it lagging or having to wait to do anything.

Compared to japanese rhythm games I plahed, this one is pretty basic and very easy to play which makes it quite boring after some time. The gameplay also didn't look pretty, more like rough looking one. Well, the selling point of this game is the songs, I couldn't complain about anything else.

I've always found it to be one of the funniest rhythm games, but lately it has had a horrible optimization, where the game takes more than 5 minutes to open or load something in the menu...

So disappointed. I've made so much progress in this app and decided to reinstall to play the new songs.. BUT IT KEEPS GETTING STUCK AT THE LOADING PAGE!!!! 89.2% SO FRUSTRATING!!! regardless of how strong my connection is, it is always stuck. I've tried switching between wifi and data, still no change. STILL STUCK!!! I've uninstalled and re-installed the game so many times, no change. Seems like im not the only one with this problem. I emailed before, and they took so long to respond.

Too many updates and constant "minor bugs" that make it impossible for you to open the game or if you are lucky enough to get it to start, it's only after 15 minutes and 4 restartings. I like this game a lot but i find it infuriating that with every update the issues keep being the same, it makes it very hard to ignore and i end up losing hope and a lot of time. You are losing players with your impotence to make this game playable. This version of superstar is the worst one of all.

SMTOWN is my favorite Dalcomsoft game! There is a huge library of songs and artists, and it has sooo much more in terms of rewards, challenges, quests, events, etc ! Whichhhh makes me wonder if this has ballooned into such a behemoth that the developers are struggling to keep things running... Like many others mentioned, there are soooo many issues with the 99% load screen of doom, the insane lagging, the app crashing every 5 mins! It is unplayable. I hope the creators find a solution soon. :(

Game's not bad, music is great, and the game play itself works great. But the time it takes to go from menu to menu is a nightmare. I have more loading time than play-time, and that kind of waiting, where it takes over a full minute to go from finishing a song, hitting lobby, and having the lobby load.

I really love the SUPERSTAR games, but this one has made me rate it a 1 star, simply beacuse the game takes way to long to load, it gets to 99% and then it suddenly stops. I tried uninstalled and installed it, I thought that maybe it was the update, but that just made it worse. i even left the app loading for about an hour and still nothing.. hope this is fixed.

As i expected. I can't go pass the loading at the opening. Can't get pass the daily rewards and just stuck loading there. Just as others complaining about. Fix this bug pls. I want to play it if it keeps on doing this it's really annoying and wont be fun anymore. I updated it every time and always encounter this issue. Pls fix it. You can do better. I can see why many stopped playing in the long run. Because of this. Always update and yet this kind of bug cannot be fixed.

No matter what I click the app crashes. I can't download songs to play because it crashes. I try to go to the shop to purchase cards and it crashes. I used to enjoy this game so I redownloaded it after 2 years of not playing but so far it's just annoying. It also took an hour to get the dalcom account set up because every time I would go to my email to get the verification code the app would reload and it wouldn't accept the code. Someone needs to fix the crashing issues.

I have been playing SuperStar SMTOWN for years now. After taking some time off the game, I returned and there are still a lot of problems. Just recently, I cannot proceed to the game because every time I click the attendance rewards, it will load endlessly. It's been two days; as much as I want to finish my tasks and collect their respective rewards, the endless loading prevents me to do so.

From 5⭐ to 3⭐. Ever since the update on 1/12, the game's been so slow. It's not because of my internet. I'm not the only one experiencing it. For every click i do in-game, it takes 15s to 30s to load. And it's much longer if i go back to lobby cause it takes 1 min just loading. Please fix this. It gets tiring grinding now that it takes 3 to 4 minutes per song. I don't wanna stop playing this game because it's fun, so please fix the loading bug. Thank you!

Played this game for years and have never had any trouble up until now. Loading screen is stuck at 99%, even after minutes of waiting. Was able to get in once I uninstalled the game and re-download it, but next time I tried to play it I was once again stuck with the loading screen at 99%. They claim it's our internet giving us these issues, but is very clearly their servers that aren't working. I absolutely love this game, but right now it is impossible to play and I am very disappointed.

The game is stuck at 99% and has been for the last week. Edit: after fixing the problem almost 3 weeks later they didn't give any rewards or tier jump passes or really any benefits or accommodation for the problem that they caused with their own error. The internal loading times are even slower than before as well, the game is extremely laggy now.

why do i receive the same cards but different grade in one event? i can't even get an A or B grade card of a certain member to finally upgrade my card and complete the mission. one more mission and i'll complete and receive a wallpaper but y'all have just to make it hard for me and other players. it also restarts a lot and lags i hope you fix those bugs.

I love playing this game and I appreciate the fact that they fixed the 99% loading screen issue, however, there's still an issue with the internal loading screens in the game. I've been trying for a while to collect my rewards in the daily attendance but the loading screen comes up and it loads, loads and loads some more and even after waiting for literal hours, it still hasn't changed (this has been happening before the update too). Please fix this. I really want to continue playing this game😔

why tf this game keep having problems?! when i play in my ipad, they keep crashing. like for real the app will automatically quit everytime i open shop. when i play in my phone, the app cant read the rhythm that i tap. IT KEEP MAKING ME LOSE ! please fix this bug before i start compare this app to another app 🤡

Drop rate is ridiculous. How come not a single LE has appeared in 20 packs????? I know it's a low change but c'mon. ------ How to rate this game -1000? The game keeps crashing when it loads to 99% or it freezes just after that and I have to log in like 5 times each day because it says server connection expired or that there's not Internet connection. I've never played a game that needs so much resources and has so many issues as this one. Very annoying.

App has become very slow. Ads for rewards won't load on any connection. Game still works, but overall a very frustrating experience.

My experience with this at first was good, it was smooth sailing but for the past weeks is so frustrating because of lags that sometimes i lost headphones and lost the game. Please fix this.

I like the game its fun but I just have ONE major problem which is how easily it lags.This happens when I play aespas songs I click on the tile but it lags then says "miss".Please fix this so that I can give it five stars.Also another problem i started to face is HOW LONG IT TAKES TO OPEN its not the net i have fast internet but it takes around 15-30 seconds then tells me to try agian,please fix this other vise it is a good game

Can't give a review of the gameplay because I somehow can't download the additional resources (about 1.4GB). My internet connection is fine, I can download Genshin Impact monstrous resources without problems. Meanwhile, this game is stuck at 1.2% and always say fail to download. The access they need is weird too. Why would they need access to my contact & phone calls?

It's an enjoyable game. I enjoy playing this game for hours. Even with minor bug issues. The major issue I see a lot of other players are having might be linked to storage. Compared to the other superstar games, SM is catering to all their artists therefore it's a lot more data. I don't have ad issues, I don't have loading screen errors and my game doesn't glitch.

Edit 1/30/22: after having this problem be a minor one that could be fixed with a restart of my phone, i can now no longer avoid the problem of the game loading stopping at 99% every time every single time i have attempted playing for the last week. Even after a uninstall and reinstallation the game does not load. And yes, i am on a stable connection as other superstar games do load! I cannot leave my review at 5 stars when so many people including myself are having the same severe problem.
