Please fix your audio in Shine Forever. I don't think you noticed but the audio suddenly got cut during kihyun's part so the tap didn't match with the music. Please fix this asap. Thank you

games from dalcomsoft are the best, although there are a few bugs, but it depends on your own phone, if the initial phone is not original then, the game will be lag.

Nice game but still waiting on Wonho solo to be added (and fingers crossed all his cards from Monsta X pre 2019 songs?) It would be great to Have his content added since he has built up a discography after being solo for nearly 3 years compared to some of the newer added artists.

I played this game before and I really love it, but the problem is that I barely get ive cards and I only have 2 ive cards even though I played this game for 3 hours straight and still don't get ive cards. Please fix this or I'll delete it. Thank you.

the cards given by card packs are very uneven. after buying 15 card packs i got 80% cravity cards and 0 ive cards. not a fan of cravity and the only group i like in starship is ive. really annoying since im not planning to download songs form other groups ever so these cards are basically useless expect to sacrifice them to upgrade the ive cards that i dont have.

I've been playing this game since the release, things were very fun that time, there were a lot of rewards and claimable items. But now i feel like it's pay to win, you know what I'm sayin, if you want this certain profile you have to buy this or that, the coins needed to upgrade R cards is so hilariously expensive. Overall not bad nor good, just right

I like this game a lot. There are songs by BOYFRIEND & SISTAR, who I miss, and songs by Monsta X. Although if there's a way you can keep Wonho's cards in the game, please do. There are 7 guys in that group and lies shouldn't change that. Please don't remove Wonho's cards from the game. *I recently uninstalled the app and a couple other of these DalcomSoft games due to low space on my phone. I've since reinstalled them, but when I open the app it wants me to make a new account. I already have one

I don't like it, it's taking forever to load I have to off my WiFi even if I do it's stuck in 82.9 it's so annoying

Tell me where I can redeem my rewards for monthly record on the month of May. I tried so hard to get atleast the 2nd highest reward but as I open it now, I got nothing. Where did it go? Hopefully my confusion will be given a relative answer.

this is an amazing game. i love rhythm games and i've played some superstar games before. i'm only facing one problem now and that is, the group "boyfriend" 's songs will not download at all. the downloading bar becomes completely yellow but the number stays at zero percent. and i've checked all the other artists but they work perfectly fine. i don't know why this is happening.

Keeps crashing. Doesn't work and their support team doesn't provide any help

Its a good app and I had no problems with it, but one day it said I needed to download 11 MB and I clicked download, but it said something was wrong. I thought it was storage, so I went there. I had enough storage to download it though. Now today, it says it needs to update so I went to update, but there's no update? There's only the uninstall button and the play button. What do I do?

I've waiting for so long for this game, I've emailed you around 2016 to see if you guys can create this game (I'm a monbebe and used to play SM superstar) but I'm disappointed. Buttons are so insensitive, I'm getting tired of playing the songs over and over again. It's always in the same button in every song, I pay super attention and the game doesn't count it and it's a miss. I understand that this rarely happens in other games, but this is failing a lot.

The game is good but I can't play right now because the screen is freezed meanwhile the game is charging in the beginning. Yesterday I could play normal but today I don't know why I can't. Is there a problem with the game?

Yesterday I logged in with my Google account and today in the afternoon I tried to enter the game, it asked me to log in again, and it did not let me enter with my Google account. I am very disappointed and angry.

Sometimes the app would glitch on me and delay my key inputs which makes my combos mess up. A Perfect would either be Good or a Miss because of the delays. It makes playing Normal slightly buggy and Hard impossible (and it's already hard as is). That and the upcoming removal of Wonho when other artists who's contracts had expired are in this game? In past songs, he was a part of Monsta X, and his contract has not terminated yet either, so this change is just wrong on so many levels.

The game freezes and I hate it. It so hard to get 3 stars even in normal mode cause it didn't register my fingerprint. I sync over and over again but nothing change. That's not all, the game keep on shutting down by itself which is very irritating for me and other users if you the comments. If you want to create a game, then create a game that everyone can play. Please do something. Thank you for you hard work and cooperation. I hope the game is fix as soon as possible.

There's no IVE, I can't get why starship didn't put IVE in the game, they are the most popular group owned by starship recently!

Many players said that this game force closed when they about to play, but not for me, it run well. Actually it depends on the device we use, not the servers problem. I really enjoy playing it.

The game is great the only problem is that when I play a song, it goes black at times, not all the time, and I have to exit out of the app for it to work again

The interface is simple and easy to navigate to. I'm not sure of it's possible but I would like to have the same league as the SSJYPe, the one where you earn dalcom coins. [edit] please fix Monsta X's Hero, it's not playing... It's stuck on the page and I have to reload/exit the game to fix.

2 days ago the game logged me out and I've been trying to log in through my email, registered account and dalcom ID but it wouldn't let me log in, and I didn't connect my facebook account so it's not possible to log in through it. And when I try to log in with the email my account was created with, it says "Welcome to the game!" And to enjoy playing, as if I've never made an account with that email before. I really need help with this or all my progress will be gone. Thank you.

This is the first SuperStar game I've ever downloaded so far. All because I love rhythm game and it have my favourite Starship groups: WJSN and Sistar. Now I'm loving all the songs from different artists/groups available in there! The events are kinda unique and interesting. The cost of the upgrading our deck cards is one of the challenges in this game. Some of the songs in Hard mode are really hard and very difficult but that doesn't stops me from playing it daily as much as possible 😀📱🎶

Never a dull moment with the amount of events that happen and they are all pretty innovative and fun. One gripe about the game are the challenge missions, once you upgrade past a certain extent, it becomes extremely costly to try the challenges if it is your main 5 teams. Alter it to 3 star clears maybe? Just a suggestion

Please... for the love of God.... FIX THE TOUCH SENSITIVITY 😭😭😭 No matter how many times i recalibrate, i still have problems with the falling notes not registering fast enough/at all even though i KNOW im hitting them or following the swipe motion. I play all the Superstar games, and this one has given me the most problems in regards to this. Its super annoying tbh. Also... the start-up & inbetween loading is kind of slow 🤨

it was all good but the problem was when you're going to download first before signing in, we're having a problem because of the MB. The MB was like 1000+ i hope you lessen the MB so we can avoid the lag and also the storage problem, I wish you can fix about this. Thank you!

i've been playing for weeks now, but when i opened the app yesterday i did not load and taking forever. the other superstars are loading properly but this one doesn't. i tried uninstalling it re-downloading it but, still nothing happens please fix it. and btw i like it cuz it has CRAVITY. edit (03/24/20): it worked for 2 days, it loaded perfectly, it was smooth but today it doesn't load again. fix it please!!

good overall but full of p2w mechanics (well its superstar nothing to be surprised about), the idea of spending 2k+ diamonds and still not being able to get one (1) full set of LE cards is insane?? but that's just my opinion. Nice game; easy to learn but difficult to master, fun to play to pass time and has lots of events. Been playing for 3 months and 3-star-ed almost all of my fav artists songs (damned you fantasia). Also I think it's about time to add more highline artists such as WONHO.

What's weird is when I installed this game, I cannot play any song? I tried clicking on different songs but it only displays: "Not connected to network." even though I clearly just opened the app while connecting to the WIFI. I actually installed this last week and I assumed that since the game is recently launched it still has bugs. What frustratres me is that I reinstalled this game today and still has the same problem. I never encountered this issue before when SSP was newly released.

I'm sure you're aware and working on it, but the game crashes everytime I'm able to get in. Sometimes it's longer, other times shorter. Will wait to play it until the bugs are fixed. None of your other games like this crash. Will give better rating when it's fixed because I love all the other games as well.
