Superuser Update Fixer

This app is designed to fix update problems that come from mismatched signatures between Superuser.apk on your phone, and Superuser.apk on the Market. If successful, this app will let you update from the market even if you've had trouble before.

Note: This app requires busybox. A static build of busybox is included in the app, but is only used if you do not have busybox already installed. The included version should work on most phones. If it does not work for you, please email me at the link below so we can get it working.
Support request emails that simply say "Doesn't work" or something to that effect are automatically deleted by our stupidity filter and will not be answered.

this is regarding sony x8 which i have... i tried to download your KM tamil unicode... but unfortunately i could not complete because of root permission... it keep on saying asking root permission... i could found that my SU file missing which was in my SDcard when i formatted it.. when i tried to update SU binary using superuser tool it says the below error: An error occurred and su was not updated. A zip file (SU-2.3.1-BIN-SIGNED.ZIP) has been placed on your sdcard, please reboot into recovery mode and
I was going crazy trying to root my phone for two days. I was hesitate from some of the mixed reviews; however, it work as a charm. i just had to reboot, clear thd cache of SU old and fixer four or five times. also i had to allow access! thank you!
SU failed to update. Ran SU Fixer, got the force close error, reported the error and closed the SU Fixer APP. Ran the SU update, and it installed successfully on my Pandigital SuperNova.....
I love Superusers development department, they're witty, obviously talented! SUPER DUPER APPLICATION! I bet you get tired of all the "I would rate it 5 stars if...(if I knew what I was frigin doing)" Seriously you guys should dev all the apps in the app store.

Sprint did an update within the last few days and now I can get my root to work anymore.
On Start up it says checking signatures okay noproblems there I think. fix and ticks it closes the app TEC GUYS what's going on with that
Well i have not used this app. But it looks like it is going to work. Hopefully it does. I really need it because my phone is really slow. (:
I followed the instructions, as you should when rooting, and it worked as stated. I see that folks are still assuming this is a magical app that will fix root permissions LOL! If everyone rooted properly, and dowloaded this in the way the directions state, youll gain the update. Shouldnt be difficult to a know it all...
I had the same error as everyone else here. THIS apparently didn't fix it. I REMOVED THIS APP. After the root u needs the ES File Explorer for the root to work though. Hope this helps
I hope that a quick email will take care of this so I'll edit afterwards. My signatures don't match. App offered to fix. I press FIX and the bar fills abt 30% and stops. Force it and nothing. From reviews i can see that it doesn't work on A LOT of devices and if that's the case why aren't the supported phones and tabs listed? Simple. It found the issue so even tho it didn't work, It would be unfair to rate 1 star b4 i email devs so there's 2. Fixed nothing! And yes, i am rooted. Towelroot.
well did not notice ne issues with my update but i installed ut neways..so gud app over all
I did an updayte on superuser( manual) then my root access is gone...fix das not wont to fix it nither
Just says SU not installed - which of course it is - and I can't even click the FORCE button. Waste of time.

I used super user to root my Samsunggalaxys34G.I dnt root proply.its shows unfortunately super user stop.I am trying updatefixer.its showing root accessnot gaing after bufferlong time.please make my phone roots fulfill.

Updated daily which is nice! Been keepin my eye open for something that will truelly be,"A One Click Root" 4 my evo shift 2.3.4 w/o having 2 use a pc. I always end up having 2 dl another app; a busybox couldn't b found on my phone, apk, sdk, su, xbin, a correctinstal path etc...I haven't actually been able 2 successfully root yet,but a cpl more days testing every possibility online n I'm sure I'll succeed! good job on all ur other work as well btw. it's people like u that keep it fun!
Says nothing wrong but superuser crashes all the time. Forced fix and won't gain root access. Maybe I don't get it.
Still did not fix my signatures match... Please help. Whenever my phone gets to update, it locks up because of this.
All says ok but several times a day # su binary fail on Samsung Infuse infused -gb rom. Run this su updater app then su binary update all says good. But pops up a few more time a day.
SU FC after last update on Thunderbolt. Lordoja.3x6 on gmail otherwise great set of apps deff will pay if issue resolved
Mobile alerted that su out date, but when updated, it failed. So I install your app to solve my problem. App screen shew that everything ok. I clicked "force", your app ran and restart my phone. Not very hours passed, Mobile screen shew to alert again "SU OUT DATE", your app cant help. But thank you very much for your kindly giving free apps for us.
