Absolute nonsense of an app it said log in with Facebook account so I did because i couldn't set it up any outher way i tryed and now i see theres a new Facebook page with my photo this did all happen thru you app and trying to set up an account I would like it fixed adaptive tryed to go back to where I was with this and undo it but nothing is working
Fantastic App, really easy to use and loads quickly. Since switching to home delivery I can use the App to do my shopping anywhere and anytime. Highly recommended.
Have ordered from the app few times. Preferred slots are available always, compared to other online grocery apps. Fantastic and on time delivery experience each time. Fruits and vegetables delivered have been of good quality and had reasonable expiry dates.
Excellent app especially considering the vast range and constant maintenance they have to do for pricing and offers. Really intuitive for the most part
Won't let me register my card, online support wants last transaction amount.. Which was last night but didn't have my card!! And binned old receipts... So they won't register my card either... Even the scanner on this app says your card is invalid. Back to tesco I go, where I can actally get and use my points!!!
It only does online shopping hard to get on to online weekly leaflet they are only interested in making a sale the other supermarket apps are excellent compared to supervalu app as soon as you click ln have to sign in to buy straight away app not suitable for me
Fantastic, never had a issue with it, i use it on a weekly basis, and everything went well, so far so good. And delivery is always on time.
I just love shopping in super value shop in the lucan shopping centre. The staff are so friendly and I have fallen a few times but the staff at the supervalu have been so good. Laura the assistant manager is the best member of the supervalu dream team. Just ask for the question and I promise you that the supervalu staff will always do their best.
Not a bit user friendly hard to use tesco app is much easier to use. Took nearly 50 mins to do the shopping would have been easier to go into shop and do it myself
find it brilliant. I'm in carlow and they come from kilkenny to drop the stuff , delivery is bigger value than Tesco and there baby offers are brilliant. drivers so nice aswell highly recommend them
Far Far too complicated to get registered on this App. Very anxiety building; LIFE IS TOO SHORT & THERE ARE SERIOUSLY FAR FAR MORE IMPORTANT & NECESSARY THINGS TO DO, RATHER THAN DOING SUPERVALU WORK!!!
Annoying how many times I've changed my password for this bloody app to never let me log in. I could see why people are switching their app purchases to Tesco, Lidl and Dunnes
Old unused vouchers don't disappear when out of date so it gets a bit confusing

Not exactly a good restart... Selected Forgot Password, followed instructions on email, but it still refused to let me in. Back to the paper vouchers...
Lots of help with my password but not with my real rewards card cant change my password because I forgot my password. Thank you.

You need to save a delivery or pick time before buding your shopping list, even if you plan on going to the store to do the shopping yourself. Seems stupid to have to do that, especially when those slots are always a booked out up to a week away.
