View only option is not available . Suppose I have not any debit card then how can I check my account statement online by this app . You should add view only option on when we will register as a new consumer.

Absolutely poor service, the app never works properly.

My overall experience with this app is pathetic. I am writing this review because I am fed up with this app and its customer care (I doubt if its there). I am having issues with signup and for past 4-5months I tried calling/contacting bank employees customer care everyone. But no one paid a heed to my complaint. Emails are not reaching customer care numbers are wrong. Bank manager know nothing about the app. My decision of opening account in this bank was pretty wrong. I am saddened.

The app is really bugged..... Even after completing everything twice the app still shows my account non-kyc compliant...... Really frustrating and pathetic..... Kindly improve this for better rating.....

This application not perfect because other application👉📱 perfect as money transfer, bill payment, mobile recharge and other Ficharse so not good very slow working application (plzz update this application👉📱 ) UPI Transaction Option not Available please Update

After sign up, it shows user data is not available. But again in sign-up it shows that user data is available. After so many attempts sign in is not working. Please fix this issue..

First of all thanx 4 d app..n UI is gud.. i like it though i have some recommendation I have 2 account in pupgb 1 current acc n second saving n want to bind both account In bind my device" option only current is shown n dont able to switch to saving... I want u to unlock this option so i can access both my account in single app...

This is very poor condition because I downloaded the NetBanking app, i created the ID and password, then when I started to login, it is not showing the login ID. When I contacted the bank, they did not even know that I now get the login ID because I forgot the login ID in So please do something about that

I fed up this app. I m every time getting error to login my user Id-and password. There error "host is not available" . Please get this resolved. Also UPI not working showing error invalid debit card even all detail is correctly entered.

There are many reasons for giving one star to this application but the major reason is- I have lost my Rs. 399+98 for two recharge which is not refunded till now. And also a pop up window is occurred every time i.e. "Your request is unable to process."

there are no less than a star otherwise I gave same. this app is take unusually charge. today my ₹ 94 rupess without any transaction. Please don't open your account in Any Gramin Bank. After long a update but problems are same. No UPI option available. Transaction charge 5.9 rupess per time. Other bank never be charge for transaction fee. Please update UPI Option & other service & Control your Transaction charges

Very bad apps this app is not working many times and urgent transition then app fail and phone recharge options is very bad and not recharge phone . I have used this app a long time this service is very bad and I will complaint many time for email no complant solve and no response email I suggest to all do not used prathama up gramin bank online banking this app service is very poor so pls do not download this I suggest for used other Bank acount

This is very loud app of Supgb. There is a problem of login to the case of no pin for the secondary. The operator of jio is not sleeping Mobile Mobile recharge I do not have any updates, so this is very loud app

This is totally waste of time.i spend one week to trying to create account but everytime I got error and try after sometime and also it's Castmer service is too bad .they don't know anything. Totally useless app 😡.

Worst app ever seen, mobile no showing not registered for the user though it is registered in the bank record. unable to change the login and transaction password as well.

This app is the worst app i have ever seen. Complete wastage of time, whenever i try to login ..it never logged in & Also not able to view balance & transaction

This is the big reason for giving one star ⭐ . I had tried many times to reset my password but yet I have not able to reset my password. showing that "SESSION HAS EXPIRED PLEASE LOGIN AGAIN!"

I am trying to register as a new user , but everytime things go well and finally it tells that registration failed please try after some time without any logical reason ..😬 very very bad experience 🙂🙂

I m trying to transfer money for 3 days but everytime it is shown as declined. And the customer care is not responsive at all. If this is a technical issue kindly resolve it ASAP.

Very Bad application for transactions and online recharge.i have used one week but many problems. Etc. Session expired only 2 minutes after login.

Very bad experiance. I think Development team is not good.unable to login. There is no option to download the statement. There is no option for download e-statement.

I tried to login but didn't accepted my password, then i changed my password and again tried to login ...alas device locked as attempted 5 times...showing to login with registered device...thats my same device. Really poor app.

Never ever open your account in this fraud bank... They jst need a chance to remove your balance.. The policy of this bank is really worst... There is no security, gaurantee of your money in this bank.. They never refund your amount even if fault is on their part. I myself regret why I opened my account in this bank.. Because of their fault I had sustain loss of my money for two times.. This bank is not reliable..

When I try to login it shows data not available. When I try as a new user It shows user I'd already registered. I am unable to login in both situations.
