SupportPay - Child Support
SupportPay enables parents who live apart to easily share expenses and manage child support. Support Pay by Ittavi streamlines the complex and time consuming process of sharing, splitting and managing child expenses including scheduling and making child support expenses. Support Pay is built for parents who no longer live in the same home and want to manage their child support. A parent can enter a child expense and provide a receipt, showing the cost is for the child, thereby increasing the likelihood of child support reimbursement because the parent sees the expense is for their child. The paying parent can view the expense and immediately make a payment, either manually or online. Now both parents have a transparent and certified history of all child support payments and expenses shared between each other. Parents can now spend less time arguing over child support and managing child expenses and more time raising happy, healthy children.

My ex and I have used this for four years now. It’s wonderful! It has strengthened the communication between both parents. Before SupportPay most of our conversations would turn into arguments, but now that everything is on the app, all of our conversations have become easier and better.
The app makes disagreements easier to deal with, and makes my kid's life better because I can quickly make a payment without having to share my bank information with my ex. SupportPay is a very helpful app when it comes to sharing these expenses. Plus, I can dispute any item I don't agree with while continuing to pay for items I do agree with.
I loved this app and paid for a subscription to get all the features within the first 2 months. If there were some app bugs they were handled promptly and even with communications from the same person so much that I was considered a super user. (Note: I have worked in IT for over 10 years.) When the company changed the App suffered. Marketing started to handle all app feedback which meant that it barely functioned at all. I actually complained enough to the "right people" that they reinstated the original team to handle the technology side. Unfortunately my happiness was short lived. While they continue to roll out new features at a great speed, the app barely functions at its original base level. I am permanently done trying to work with a company that is just accepting payments for a non-useful tool. It was a great idea, sorely needed to help divorced parents and had so much promise. Too bad they didn't follow through to see it truly succeed and be the best of similar apps.
Have to pay to register more than one transaction per month, making it a paying app immediately. Also, the info is not resident on your device so every time you want to do something it loads info from the net, making it slow. Of course almost right away you are offered a free month in exchange for a five star review, which I've never seen a an ethical practice, but it explains the good rating.
Works great for easy communication and payments. I have been using SupportPay for about 4 years now and it is easy to use with great features that makes co-parenting easy. Any divorced or separated parents need to have this if things seem to get too stressful. There will be no more he said she said situations.
I was told that I need to talk with the other parent of our child. SupportPay was my first choice, but my ex didn't want to use it. She chose AppClose, which SupportPay is superior to. This is an amazing app. The eChecks, document saving, the courts being able to use them, etc. This app helps with communication problems. This app is my favorite.
Ever since Florida changed the ability to send shared expenses payments thru the state my clients have been frustrated. Then I found SupportPay! I have included SupportPay as a requirement in 22 of my clients child support orders. They can easily manage shared expenses, see receipts, make payments and have a certified record. The state of Florida failed these parents and SupportPay has saved them. I will be including SupportPay as a standard in all my clients orders moving forward!
A must have if things tend to get a little difficult at times. I have been using this app for about 2.5 years now and this makes communication easier than before. Simple to use and many of the awesome features make things much easier. No more he said she said type conflicts. It is all in the app!
The court told us to use SupportPay 3 years ago. It has been helpful, especially when we began co-parenting. You can upload documents that will show time of payments and can use it in court if there is ever trouble. We are not able to lie. The app is very user friendly. I recommend SupportPay to anyone I know who will be coparenting.

I had a very toxic relationship with a co-parent. Allowed for no face to face talks. Our lawyers directed us towards SupportPay so no conflict would arise. Best decision! We didn't need to talk face to face, so it was safer. It also allows you to upload documents to show when payments were made. Definitely could not have continued without it.
Before using this app the aggressions from my son’s father never stopped. We tried communicating. This was the greatest thing that has happened to my son and I. Scheduling child support payments thru this app has made our lives easier. We talk only thru here. The father of my son finally understood that he has a limitation. No unwanted calls.
After 3 years of harassment, I finally got the court to order the use of SupportPay replacing all communications. It got rid of great amount of stress for my fiance & I. Its also a plus that the record keeping goes beyond just talk, such as child support, medical, etc. Customer support of this app is there whenever you need them. Vrey dependable!
This is a well thought out app. It can take some time to learn, but it can be learned. The document uploading is in my opinion the most useful features as yet. The customer support is knowledgeable, quick, and cares about the users and their problems. This app has impresses me. I don't usually write reviews, but a good app like this deserves one.
Keeps up with expenses and child support easily. There is a monthly or a yearly subscription fee if you want premium but not completely neccessary. It depends on your situation.
I am including SupportPay in all my clients child support orders. As a divorce lawyer I found SupportPay and am now including the requirement that they use SupportPay to manage all of their child support and expenses such as medical, child care & school expenses. Having my clients on the platform has helped them co-parent much easier, has reduced the conflict and when they needed a child support modification I could file the paperwork immediately and had all the data I needed.
I wasn't sure that this app would actually help my situation, but boy was I wrong! This is my favorite app. Anything you think co-parenting or separated parent will need, this has it. Document uploading, eCheck payments, custom categories. Thank you for having a wonderful, helpful product.
After reading the negative reviews I was skeptical of using this at first but after trying the app I'm so glad I did & don't understand what the other reviewers mean. The free version provides lots of features but the price they are asking for pales in comparison to the time I would be going thru trying to managing my child support without the app.
The features this app has are amazing! I highly recommend SupportPay to anyone to use it to hold the other parent accountable for their payments and expenses. Uploading the documents of child support payments is such a great thing. SupportPay has been a life saver!
I was hoping to use this app like the site on my computer so i dont always have to drag out my computer. But its nothing like it. Why do you have to pay to get everything but the free stuff. I cant afford that. Im quite dissapointed. I was hoping it would be easier to do this way but i was way wrong.
Simple, reliable, and with a friendly staff. Such an outstanding app! One less thing to worry about when co-parenting with my ex.
I am so grateful for SupportPay. It is a great way to talk about the kids and their child support without having to do face to face talks. It has made co-parenting less stressful. I really wanted to like this app. Unfortunately, the free portion does not have enough to offer and the premium is unbelievably expensive. I would gladly have paid $5/mo for the features. I think it's well worth that. $20/mo, though? I don't see how that is justifiable. Maybe there could be a middle ground option. I don't need unlimited live customer support or fancy charts. I just want to send receipts and have the option to mark when something has already been paid. Very disappointed.
