Absolutely horrible experience. Avoid this app. I Tried to recharge supr wallet. The amount is deducted from my bank account however it is not credited to supr wallet. The supr customer care is hopeless and useless. Deducted amount is still not credited to my account. Kindly refund . Edit - unable to access link provided to escalate.
I wish I could give zero rating for the trouble you are causing to me. After I recharged my subscription for a month, you have sent a message stating that the area is unservicable immediately after 3-4 days after I recharged. I have cancelled the subscription on 10-May and so far, I haven't received refund. I have sent so many emails to support mail address and I have not received even a single acknowledgement. Such a ridiculous experience and don't even recommend to anyone.
Good in terms of delivery reliability. Don't like the app much. Pretty confusing especially when money is loaded onto the wallet for payment. Need to improve payments flow. Options are pretty good. Supr monthly subscription price is slowly increasing as well.
Athletic user interface. When open the app, it asks to update the latest version. When go to update it just ask to open the app. No update. Then if I go back to app, it closes by itself. Just frustrated. I didn't received my delivery for today, as a first step, could you help me with the support executive number which I can call to? Since you don't provide any number for customer support and we need to raise a complain via app only (with lot of struggle), but the app is also not working.
Revising my feedback for Super Daily... they have become notorious for canceling delivery in the last one month... Swiggy take over seems to have made it a mess... I don't think canceling and refund is a way of business... you think I'm happy when my order is not arriving... I am switching over on the next cancelation
Best application ever. Superb service. Great convenience. Have been using this application from last 26 months. Undeniably the best service one can expect from grocery delivery platforms. I am sad that they are shutting their operations from my city.
The deliveries are super convenient. I've had some quality issues and they got resolved. Great service too. Although if you're buying groceries they're more costly vs bigbasket. The cost is definitely on higher side but quality is better than others.
Always had very good experience. Saviour for people who stay outside their hometown. To add another point, as I had to move out of the city wasn't able to continue buying. But I had balance in my super daily wallet for which they have given a reminder inspite of a long gap and refunded immediately which is so honest of them. Even I had forgotten about the wallet balance.
Bad experience, they fail to deliver their promises. They deceive you with offers but you dont get them after you make the payment. I used SUPR500 on 2-Feb-2022 for a 500 cashback on 2000 recharge. Only 100 was credited. Waste of time, money and effort. I still continued with them for their ontime delivery. Now delivery has not happened for 4 consecutive days. If you reach the support they extend the subscription. Is this the solution? They dont figure out the cause why deliveries don't happen.
This was the best daily grocery and milk delivery app, I've ever used! Since they have shut down their services in pune, we're left with no choice as I have almost downloaded 7-8 grocery apps but the options, products and service this app was provided is unmatched! We hope you guys could start your operations back! Love from pune!
Subscription/Scheduling options are great! . Useful especially for working people as it allows item wise rescheduling according to the changing needs. Good sevice, product quality, variety. App response ebbs & flows and hangs at times.
The UI looks very bad, I just installed it and signed in, the application is asking me to fill in first name and last name. Though I fill them, I'm unable to proceed. The 'Compleate sign-up' button is disabled. Please fix this.
Was pretty happy at the start, however recently they have started to charge for everything. In order to sell the membership they have started to raise the delivery charge even for the milk subscriptions. Update : i dont understand, if you are suspending services in select cities, then why are you sending notifications of subscriptions ended and all and taking orders for future dates? I see you are also accepting payments even today. Really stupid things. Already gave just 2 days notice
The mobile app lags a lot even though I have enough memory (43.6gb used out of 64gb) and RAM (2.7gb used out of 4gb) on my phone. The phone model is Samsung A50 (Android 11). It becomes very frustrating to use the app for daily needs in that case . Please look into this.
I had given it 5 stars initially for the near perfect service for the last 3.5 years. Changed it to 1 star because of swiggy upper management's moronic decision of stopping the service entirely with a notice of only 2 days. And then I had not received refunds for a few transactions even after a week. Now I've received the entire refund so I am updating my review to 4 stars. I will miss your service but I am still bitter about what swiggy upper management has done.
I have been part of Super daily from around past one year. The product they send are old and about to expire. Customer service is pathetic. I made a complaint regarding expired product sent to me, no refund has been given. In customer service app, response is after one hour. Will not be part of super daily now. Will not recommended to new user. Update - Service has Improved alot. Upgrading my rating
Support and delivery at worst, they always has answer for not delivering the products which refund, let me tell you guys refund is not answer, and surprisingly they are charging for delivery and not extending the time if they dont deliver the product, playing plame game between support and delivery and no one taking the accountability of the issue. I had good experience with Supr daily earlier with their timely delivery. In the last 1 month, I haven't received milk before 7AM, instead I get a whatsapp notification from them ON TIME almost every day that says "due to operational challenges, delivery will be delayed". When it rains, I can understand that it'll be difficult to deliver on time, when it doesn't rain also you've these challenges. Wondering if someone is checking what is happening at the backend. Highly disappointed.
One of the worst App. They take order and also lure to take paid super access membership for free delivery. Most often they are not delivering the goods just stating that due to operational reasons and it goes on every day. Never waste money in super access. Strongly recommend that no body should go for it.
Good till it lasted in Chennai. They abruptly stopped all deliveries and refunded my subscription money. They are quite good with their calendars, we can add or cancel delivery till upto 10 or 11 pm and the change is affected the next day morning. Discrepancies and support teams performance were decent. Pity they couldn't manage their supply side issues and abruptly closing down. I won't recommend due to lost trust.
Worst app...they do not deliver stuff untill evening saying operational issues......1 or 2 days can be acceptable but late delivery is a routine now...reaching out to customer service is very difficult....every hour i have to check for delivery... It was a good app but now from few days it has became worst... I am unsubscribing the service... Thank you
Update : Bye Bye Supr Daily. Too bad Swiggy acquired you to close your business. Switching to Big Basket. Supr Daily was doing great in 2020. But in between service got poor. So after a long time I started ordering things. But for the past 1 week it's going great. I think they have sorted out the issues. The service is really helpful for me. So increasing the stars to 5 again.
I had 2 subscription on . I was notified that money is less and i have to recharge. Inspite of having enough money in my balance. They stopped 1 subscription randomly stating that you did not have money in that particular subscription. I had talked to support team and was assured that my delivery will not be stopped as I had enough money balance. Horrible experience with support. They have absolutely no idea of what the issue is. They are well trained in repeated memorized response. 💯 Unhappy
Service is good, I have used the app for almost 2 years and referred many but now stopped as they have increased the service charges to 100rs per month as it is too much for people like us who take only milk that too only 15 days per month. Y should I pay 7rs extra per packet. Earlier there was no service charges for milk, it was just 2rs extra per packet. If I take milk without subscription, they charge 29rs for 19rs pouch. Anyways U lost 1 customer that's it, not a big deal for super daily
Customer for almost 2 years. Till now had a smooth experience and hassle free delivery in the mornings. Now, it has become pathetic. Why to advertise before 7am delivery when they can't deliver before 7am. Everyday delivery or logistics issue is it. Downgrading from 5 stars to 1 star.
Scammers. What they do is they deduct the next month's delivery fee on last day of current month in advance. So customer has to either continue with the subscription for next month if they don't want to lose this amount, or if the customer decides to stop using their services, they still got this delivery fee deducted amount as a free money. Never had any bad experience after switching to Tata's bbdaily app.
Fraud company. Never resolves issues. Delivery boys way too impolite. Just now, they sent a message that they are discontinuing operations in my city while my subscription is pending. Just 2 days notice before doing this. I can understand Supr is now on the verge of collapse due to the way it has been providing its services.
My orders are getting delayed and delivered around 11-12 PM or in most of the cases those are cancelled. Very frustrating this is happening since more than 2 weeks. Earlier it was so smooth. I have no idea how long i can go like this. No choice left. Contacted multiple times customer care service, everytime i get assurance that it will be delivered on time from tomorrow but tomorrow is all same again.
Editing my review: earlier I gave 1 star for this.. bcz the service was poor..I would have given 5 star bcz it is working fine very well, it improved a lot... I am able to set vacations frequently... But I'm lessening 2 stars bcz they stopped delivering in my city Hyderabad.. I'm not sure y... Can u pls start the deliveries bcz i couldn't find any app this much comfortable.
With swiggy introduced, app has become better in terms of technical glitch but worse in terms of offers. Supr access membership is waste of money where you pay even when you are not using the services. Prices are higher than market price for all vegetables and fruits. For any product issue, they just do reverse pick up instead of replacement so either don't raise the issue and stay with problematic product or get your day plan ruined.
