My Android S10 (android version 10) constantly freezes on the eKey pro app. I downgraded to basic and it worked perfectly then they took the basic away and forced me to use the pro version and again back to freezing and locking up when I try getting into homes or even setting the keyboxes. Completely unprofessional. I don't even use any of the features for the pro app nor plan to. Upset that I have to pay more for an app that doesn't work most of the time. 😔 Extremely frustrating.

Horrible with an android phone. Will pair with the ibox only out of the app. Has left me stranded and looking like an amateur. Can't unlock the boxes. I'm lucky if it pairs after 20 tries. So frustrating!

YOU need to go back to the old system, this one stinks, got to a house to install a box and the shackle would not open, tried about 25 times and it just would not open, drove back to the office and called SUPRA, The walked me through the process and after 5 times it opened.. Went back to the house and took an extra box with me. The original box would not open again.. Fortunately I brought a second box and that one worked.. New system is terrible.. Would not recommend this box to anyone

I hate this app and everything it represents. Any agent who uses these are excluding a huge portion of realtors who don't have access to this. You have to call into your local board of realtors to even activate the app, and if your board is anything like mine, it's very difficult to contact them. So, for $10/month you have the privilege of using a difficult to activate, unreliable app that will make you look unprofessional in front of your clients as you scramble to unlock a door.

Horrible app, it never updates on cellular when it's supposed to, even with really strong connections. It's a waste of time if you have to go back to Wi-Fi just to sync the app so that you can open up a lock. Added a bunch of bells and whistles that have no value to the end user, just open the locks. 12/07/2020. No changes, still junk. No cellular updating is possible. 2 yrs now. Several different phones.

I switched to Project Fi back in March after four months of not being able to make phone calls in my house with AT&T. Had no issues until about November. Couldn't access homes reliably and it happened with the same out of town clients on THREE separate occasions. I uninstalled again and reinstalled and it worked while at home. I got out in the field and denied. On hold for 45 minutes but ultimately, my client downloaded it on his iPhone and got access that way. Thankfully, my client was a long time friend. So embarrassing. Can't even do my job effectively. I noticed a new logo on the app so I tried to get that to work. Apparently I have used all of my authorization code requests. I have tried to call twice tonight (per Supra instructions after 5 PT) and still no luck after 15 minutes on hold. Do something, please!!!!

It's great if it works. Unfortunately since I have project fi it kicks me out at least once a week, often more. For whatever reason, overnight, it thinks that it's installed on multiple phones, when I haven't touched it. I'm really getting tired of uninstalling, reinstalling, and entering a 30 digit code every time I go to do showings.

Better interface than before. But still it's frequently unreliable connecting and working, although this could be a function of how the key boxes are designed or their hardware. Just spent ten minutes trying to open one of my own key boxes. Doesn't even seem to connect if the box is turned on before the app tries to link. If box is turned in after PIN is input, it said it's connecting but it never opened. Yet it worked two days ago and has opened for others.

this is a slow working app and does not seem to keep up with today's technology. While I have not experienced the dreaded black screen I do think for the price it should be faster and 100% reliable. I would like to suggest an easy user interface that allows Brokers to change keybox access hours remotely. This is a common necessity, especially in my area where Brokers often disregard the agent only remarks and showing instructions.

I long for the old, unimproved app. This new, "improved" app responds slower and less reliably than any othe app on my phone. I am never certain it will work when I get to the iBox often getting a black screen when selecting any feature. I only select "obtain key" or "open shackle" now for fear of the non-responsive black screen. Even with limited use, I have had to uninstall & reinstall twice, while standing in front of a property trying to show. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

I am not really excited about this type of access. Too many times I have found my e key on my mobile phone is not compatible with the lock boxes that are here in my local area of service. It is hit and miss. Talk about looking unprofessional on a showing appointment. I suggest all agents use a back up lock box placed out of sight in case this happens. My big gripe is that this is needed and necessary.

Hard to use. Have to keep your phone out and screen on to unlock box. (older version you could put in code and close phone, put back in pocket and wait for the completion tone) this one stops running as soon as you turn the screen off. CBS option makes no sense. You either keep it on and half to put in a random number for boxes without CBS code, or have to change the settings if the box has CBS and again if it doesn't. Why did they take the CBS? checkbox away from the get key scene? A step back.

Key serviced worked I guess but I am leaving this company 1 star. I am no longer an agent they continue to charge my account. Be aware, if your license expires and you want to cancel your subscription they make it extremely difficult. You can't unsub from the app and if you go through the link in email it tells your account is disabled. Then you call and get transfered to someone who doesn't answer. Would never recommend.

I'm underwhelmed by the new design. It would also be great if the app turned Bluetooth on at the start of the session and off when done. I'm very frustrated when I get in my car after showings and suddenly lose audio on my phone because it's connected to my car because the Bluetooth is still on.

The key works fine opening the new IBOX. The only issues I have is you can’t trust the show times in or out on the reports. This sometimes updates the next day even when you manually update the key. Most all times default to show a one hour show time and is not correct. Approx 20% of the showings log the correct times and all agents are now using the same systems in our area in S Florida. IMPROVEMENTS are needed and the data needs to be real time ! I had a known showing that did not report at all to Supra app or web.

Ever since they updated this software, it has been a frustrating experience! I am at the doors attempting to show and the app opens and becomes NON RESPONSIVE! It locks up or gives you a black screen! Not only am I frustrated but so are my buyers! Yesterday was the worst!! After 15 mins of attempting to use the app - as usual NON RESPONSIVE the only thing that saved the showing was me calling the Listing agent to see if seller was near by to provide access!! No solutions provided by Support

Since the new app appeared, my eKey will not automatically update. Always asks for update code and I have to jump through those hoops. I spent over 30 minutes this past week on phone with support and they had me doing all kinds of changes. Still doesn't automatically update. Very inconvenient.

New build working good for me... I have not had any of the problems others seem to be having... LockBoxes open faster than the older version. It seems to always be up to date each day. I have not yet had to update manually because the overnight update didn't come through like the old version frequently did...

When you drive over an hour to get to a property and then can't access it that is a major issue. On top if that your phone support has a hold time of half an hour typically, rediculous. Why why why did you change it?? This needs to work every time I don't want some bizarre work around what is this trash? How dare you force some buggy product on us while were paying full price. They basically told me I now have to get a new phone since this app has issues with Samsung j series, not very old.

I'm in the Los Angeles / Orange County areas and luckily have not had the connection issues that a lot of other users have had. However, I have had problems with the app connecting to the lockboxes on the first try. Also, this app hurts my eyes. It looks like it was designed when the first Android phone was released… then again so do many of the other apps for the real estate industry. There's so much money in real estate yet it's one of the most technologically handicapped. It's no wonder why companies like Zillow and Purple Bricks are taking over.

My eKey stopped working after an Android update and support was unable to resolve the issue. The issue went unresolved for several months until I emailed them through their customer support form online requesting to cancel. They never responded to my request and continued to bill me. I finally just disputed the charges through my bank. I don't understand why they make it so impossibly difficult to cancel service. BTW - I tried calling and couldn't get through to anyone. But, I did send three support requests online using their secure form from my account requesting to cancel and nobody ever responded - so I don't feel bad disputing the charges. They need to consider revising the ability for users to cancel service.
