Supreme

The app use to work great but for some reason on 05/28/2020 it was on the supreme loading page and stayed stuck. Every since then it doesnt even load up. Its been like this even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I read the reviews and it happened to alot of other people aswell. I have a samsung note 9. I hope they fix the bug soon.

Cannot make purchases through app! Have tried multiple times with 3 different cards. A phone call to the bank verifies that the charge never even was attempted. Supreme is blocking my purchase and I have triple checked my info to be correct! Thought this might be easier than the website, but they both have the same problem. Don't waste your time trying to participate, the bots and resellers will be happy about this dissapointing bug :(

Sometimes it won't take your card for no reason & gets really frustrating when you're really trying to buy something & actually manage to put it in your cart. I've ordered here multiple times & never bought anything popular that sells out fast so I never really dealt with that much frustration but today I struggled to get a keychain I really wanted that I knew would be difficult to get & somehow managed to. Really happy about that cuz it didn't say I did on app but I got email confirmation. 🖤

SAME!!! App worked fine for a year or 2 but lately its been NOT WORKING AT ALL!! stay in the beginning with the logo like loading the page but does go thru that. So literally is not working I have to go to the desktop version, the APP doesn't work. FIX IT PLEASE.!!

Cannot make purchases! The purchases are stopped by app before they get to the bank, tried using multiple cards double checked my info, DECLINED. Called the bank and there wasn't an attempted purchase. Tried contacting support over a month ago and have gotten no response on how to properly fill out my payment info. Don't waste your time, the website doesn't work any better and I'm honestly done frustrating myself. Get out while you can!

App doesn't work on the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. Odd because it's fine on the same version but my S9+. I'm sure you guys are aware of it by now, it just doesn't load when opened. Review will be changed whenever bug is fixed.

I've been trying to get on the app for a while now and it won't open. Is there a bug in the app because it just freezes on me everytime I try to open to view at the products or it won't let me in period. Need to know when the app will be fixed, thank you guys

Because the app wouldn't function properly I got screwed out of my chance to buy the shoes I've been planning to buy at retail price. I'm really tempted to take all of my Supreme gear off right now and never do business with them again unless they can find a way to get me a pair of those Nike SB x Supreme Dunk Lows Black/Silver size 10.5 for $110.

I've been using this for a year or so, bought a few things. Since about a month ago it hasnt been loading and keeps getting stuck on the loading screen with just the supreme logo in the centre.

Just stopped working for no reason. Stuck on loading screen, force stop, uninstall, reinstall... nothing seems to work. Was good while it lasted though, on to the next.

Worst app ever. Tried buying on 3 different phones with 3 different addresses and 3 different cards at the same time! It truly is a stupid app and not only that but you can only buy one of each style not color.. bunch of idiots in supreme marketing and developing department

Hey staff ! I'm on a Xiaomi redmi note 8 and when I start your application, I got stuck on the supreme logo page. Can you help me please ? I already tried to reinstall this application, and that's not working. Thanks for your response.

The app is to slow when loading i tried to pick out something it took to long load and took long to go to check out too. I also got a six minute delay on the supreme app. Fix the app or take it down.

I never have problems with the app. Supreme is my favorite clothing. I just wish it didn't get botted so much.

This app was working great. Up until 5/28/2020 now when you open the app it stays on the loading Supreme logo. I see that this happened to alot of Android users, I have a Galaxy S10+. Hope they fix this ASAP in the meantime I'll be using my laptop!!!!!!

I used to use the app for all of my purchasing, worked great. Now, it doesn't work at all. Literally, do not even bother downloading. The app will just display the Supreme logo and never do anything else.

As of 6/10/2020 the app remains at a standstill on the loading page so all's I see is "Supreme" and the page won't load. I've made a few purchases, happy with the quality, app just isn't working well now

Can't give any stars when the app won't even open on a galaxy s10. Everything is updated but just sits on white screen. Tried on wifi on mobile data this app is trash unless you have an iPhone

The supreme app after a while doesn't even load. It gets stuck on the loading screen and you can't use it.

Payment declined before I even entered my info! Item is still in stock! This app is awful and they don't care about fixing it. Avoid, complete waste of time!

Lately, fall/winter2020 nearly impossible to open the app, like others, app worked great for about 3 seasons then unable to open the app!

Very bad app. You didn't have opportunity to see the status of your order, it's impossible to register or create an account, now one Replay to you with the status. Very bad service.

Pointless. App stopped working over a month ago... but then again, trying to buy Supreme is impossible. How about an update that stops bots, so that people who actually want the brand get a chance to buy it? Ridiculous.

1st problem is having to copy and paste everything into settings....bar your payment info. 2nd problem is payment info saves but is never used on task run. ATC works fine though, thats why you get 3. Fix the errors and it might be a winner

It has stopped working for about a month and there has been no effort to fix this issue. I don't know if this is just an issue for android users. Supreme do something!

App doesn't load pass the logo screen. Stopped working after week 12 drop. Please fix, website crashes too often.

Scam!! i went through the app bought a bunch of stuff on this ss19. i put all the info in clicked to pay and it says i couldnt purchase and my card not charged. monday morning bam $800 on my card charged. no reply back from supreme on the charge. dont get scammed.

Does not work anymore waste of time as bots get all the good drops, a lot of the designs are horrible also get a better designer.
