Utterly useless app. Asks for permission for everything including contacts and photos and videos. Can't upload a complaint, tried multiple times. App is only for show.

Not working as expected after recent update. Never get any email to finalize registration process. Once payment failed and also sent related email on support before one.month ago but still no reply. Worst app ever.

One of the most easiest app to use. Nicely designed and as a citizen i can literally use it for everything from paying taxes, lodging complaints and more. What makes the app so useful is the system set up by the corporation. As most minor complaints are solved in 24 hours.

Application work nice but slowly work by SMC after complain

Good initiative by SMC. It is very useful to get information on finger touch. Online payment on many aspects also very helpful. Rated 4 out of 5 stars as eLibrary login not provided. Hope SMC will consider it in next updates. Better to provide details for public awareness on clean city & healthcare . Try to provide app in Local language also. It will be useful for max people.

Nice app... And had also become a necessity after covid19 pandemic. But still i feel that updates of cases should be precise and accurate which is missing currently. Thankyou

Everytime I Open SMC App It asks to Update again and again . We SMC is our City Going to be an future Metro CITY, AND NOW AN SMART CITY WE SHOULD HAVE AND SMART APPLICATION WITH GOOD FEATURES AND EASE OF OPERATING THE APP BUT WE LACK A LOT Why Don't SMC Hire and Good Software company Such as TCS OR INFOSYS In GUJARAT SMC COMES FIRST AND INDIA SMC COMES SECOND AS AN Smart CITY SO WHT NOT SMC APPLICATION COME FIRST. Don't consider this as an complaint its our suggestion for SURAT CITY THANKS

Can't even register account. It is showing password must be 8 words long and one upper case,middle and lower case character and one letter also, even though I 've tried 50 passwords but couldn't set the password

POOR! Why are you asking permission of getting contacts and call logs. Do not steal user data and sell. App doesn't work without it.

The complain was solved very fast and respond time also so good 😊.

My app shows last updated on 30-05-2021. Now I am trying to use the App for property tax payments but it shows pls update your App... This is not workable.

Please update this app and provide gallery option for uploading picture to show the problem (for complaints)and/or other things are good like to find information about city and different area.

Quite useful on , Its a good step towards Digital India and Online Grievance Redressal. It provide to much ease in lodging complaint and SMC is also putting all its effort to resolve it.

Kindly update the date selection process in birth certificate generation... I have to swipe right side 336 times to reach on my Birthdate. It's in 1992 and i have to swipe from 2020. I thought you may understand.

Good App but memorandums notifications and notices are not showing in news tab. Official declaration or guidelines should be delivered through this app.

All complaint not sold by sms its bed as per my experience of this apps So improve that it's important

Cannot Log In as and when I register my Email id or Mob it says invalid user name and password. Cannot reset password. Confusing.
