I've never been able to get this app to successfully order my food and it's unfortunate because it would certainly be very handy as I am accustomed to ordering my food on apps to save time and make my schedule more efficient. Perhaps after a few updates I'll try it again.
Edit: Works now. We'll see how well it works. Doesnt work. Try to sign up and it says email has been used already. Try to sign and with "having trouble" and it says email doesn't exist.
This is a great app for the food chain and the store near here will literally send messages to the techs if they find an issue. The company and this app are a joy and make rewards easy.
App needs a lot of work. Can't view full list on S9+. Cant change password through app.
Every single time I try to use my points the employees make up some new obstacle or excuse so I can't use them. This has happened five different times now and it's getting on my nerves that I'm being blamed for someone else's incompetence.
Sign up and earn free food. Simply give cashier your number, then points are automatically added to your account. Points can be saved and redeemed for delicious food! What's not to love?
So happy there is finally a loyalty program! I go almost every weekend!
Love the food. Love the points system. The app itself is just terrible. I always have to send and email to myself to reset the password because it never takes the old one. Somebody please fix it!!!
