I failed to set up a password too many times with almost every hard combination. What is wrong with this App !?
What's the point of two different but identical app (SureCash & Rupali Bank SureCash) . Almost same name Developed via same developers and ... Very confusing. And confusion in the field of digital finalcial platform is not compromising.
Worst app ever.. It can't even scan the first page of NID card and shows that "your request can't be completed, please try again later". I have tried mnay times in last few days and failed every times.. This is very bad 😑
Very poor services!!! Need ekyc, app interface is very poor, payment system very difficult, charge not desirable, not included add money features, apps ui very poor etc.
Not showing keyboard on otp.. then how am i supposed to log in ? restarted my device reinstalled this app still same... need to pay school fee but can't do it right now because of this... just fix this -_-
I created an account 20 days ago but it is not active yet. I have texted your Facebook page inbox many times, I have called the local incharge but it did not work. Poor service.
No Add money service. Please make add money from your rupali bank or any other bank. This is really hamoering from using this app.

Worst. I have full net speed but it shows that there’s no net connection in your device. If there isn’t net connection so, how have it been downloaded and installed?? Without Mobile balance it doesn’t work

Very bad app... can't log in using grameenphone sim😠.. at least turn off customer verification option that we can log in SureCash using gp... please resolve this as fast as you can
So far so good but should be improved. Add money, eftn should be added. Payment charges should be minimized.
Most useless app I have ever seen. I can't recharge throughout this app. There are no agent of sure cash in every area.

You have need to keep self registration option in this app. Because now customer want hassle free service from mobile banking.. it will be increase sure cash customer simultaneously... Thank you
Third class Optical Character recognition. It can't verify my NID even though the picture is celar. So sorry to developer who develop this third class app for a online banking system.
Can not even varify the NID's front page! It asks to try gain every time I submit the photo.. Totally useless application tbh
Worst mfs app i have ever used. Self registration fails always . I would suggest the developer to fix this issue.
You should bring the facility to add-money through NPSB, visa & master card.otherwise this app is no good.also there is no agent point to cash in
Install new feature of self registration. Almost every company met us their new features but rupali bank doesn't yet do this.

Please Make sure that app contains every information that will help the user.Like 12 digits wallet ? Where is my wallet number? why there is two app ? and more! It's a kind request to developer Team,Please Make sure that app is little bit easier instead of confusing ! For this 12 digits number wallet and number you have got maximum Low rating. Just add a single line in where"Send money thru mobile" which doesn't Even makes sense,just clear out and add what is wallet number there. Thanks
