I paid for this app because I loved it so much, but now the paid version is no longer available in the Play Store, and although it transfered to my new phone, it doesn't show up as an installed app because it's apparently not compatible with my new Galaxy S10+. I was late for work and an appointment. I will NOT install the version with ads after I paid $5 for the non-ad version that the creator no longer supports.
Like others, paid for premium version, which is now unavailable, and premium version on phone no longer works. Really resent having to use a version with ads when I've already paid to get rid of them. Won't be using this developer's apps in the future if developer won't stand behind them. Look elsewhere.
Was great now just okay...sadly unlike most reviews I have always used free version never a signal problem. Now...I set a alarm and set alarm ringtone for normal LOUD alarm but when it goes off I get a quiet amazon sound that barely wakes me up..use to love app because was loud now it is malfunctioning atleast for me worked for years only reason I gave 3 stars...please fix and I'll change review
If you paid for this app and you uninstalled it. Get ready for the ads again. Good luck trying to email the developers cause i have 3 times and gotten no response in over 6 months. Don't waste your money. I used to love this app but lack of developers help has changed my mind. I want my money back for the plus version that i no longer have access to.
I've been using this alarm for years, but within the past few months if I hit snooze, it may or may not go off again. The screen will say "alarm ringing," but there's no sound. Looking for another app.
Use to be a great alarm app, but after the update, not only did i lose my premium version, the buttons for setting the time don't work. It's become quite useless.
Uninstalled my pro version and installed this version to get it working for my Samsung galaxy s9 after the latest update... So for now I have to deal with the ads. Can't even find the pro version in the app store any more.
I've used this app for years! It works great! I wake up to the pre-alarm most if the time. I tried another one recently, my wife came unglued when it went off. I switched back! Peace in the house again.
They need to change this app back to the way it was. It was once the best thing in the play store. IT IS AWFUL NOW! I also got cheated out of the paid version. Had it and upgraded phones and now it seems like it does not exist anymore.
Love that the app has the option to force me to do math or repeat a pattern to turn the alarm off. I am a perpetual snooze button slammer and this app saves me from losing my job due to tardiness !
After using for three + years. It stopped working on multiple devices. Thank you for getting me to work all this time, but I've switched to another alarm that works. Adios.
Have used the paid version for years and recommended to employees. Paid version is gone after phone upgrade. Now full of deceptive ads and not functional. DO NOT INSTALL.
While this app does what it says I used to have pro version and now that option is no longer available and am stuck with ads. If that is the case the developer should refund everyone that paid for the app if they can't have what they paid for anymore.
It works pretty good most of the time, but some days it just sounds a silent notification that says "Your alarm is going off" which isn't useful at all.
This used to be my everyday alarm clock for years but the last 6+ months it's just picks and choices when it wants to go off. I have now found another alarm clock and will be uninstalling this alarm.
This app was so great I bought the paid version...then they got rid of it. I am absolutely not going to reinstall the add version after I paid for the add free!
what happened tovthe widget? it was there, than it was gone. i thought my phone dumped it so i uninstalled and reinstalled. why do companies continually fix stuff that isnt broke? greatest alarm ever and the widget served as a clock. you were a 5 now you're a 1. bring back the widget!
Great app. But suddenly has very low volume no matter what setting I use. Thank goodness vibrate was on n woke me up or I woulda been late for work.
What happened?! This was the only alarm that ever woke me up but the last few months it goes off some days and not others. I can't figure out what happened. Sadly I will be finding a new alarm clock 😢

love the app been using it for years but had to leave a low score due to the new update. your latest update took away the widget on my home page and is no longer available in my widget options.
I've used this app for year but since 2020 its had problems going off or instead of being loud it's almost whisper quiet. I loved this app but I cant keep being late for work.

I loved this alarm until I had to do a factory reset on my phone, I downloaded it again but I can't find the plus version that I paid for and the widget is gone.
Upgraded phones and wont let me have my paid pro version back. Not only is that crooked but the app isnt as good as it use to be. Used this for a long time. Good job Dev. UNINSTALLING
Good alarm but you don't charge people for a pro version (no ads) and then release an ads only version cause your pockets ain't deep.
I've used surefire for 6 years now. All of a sudden it just quit working. Updated and it made no difference
I have loved this app for years now but since downloading onto a new phone i no longer have a widget option. If i can get my widget back it will be 5 stars
Recently the app has failed on several occasions to go off, which has caused me to be late. Not good enough for an "ALARM"
If I can't test challenge I am unable to select and set a suitable challenge for shutting off my alarm. please fix it so it actually lets the user test this as well as the pre-alarm and alarm. I don't see what the problem is. UPDATE: I set my alarm for the following day for work... Not even the failsafe alarm goes off and I know it can still access the music on my sd card as on my day-off alarm it has zero problem. Android 8 so there should be no bugs!!!
