SureLock Kiosk Lockdown

It is amazing app. We are using it since 4 months. It is easy to use and configure. One of the best in category solution for enterprises.

It simply does not work for me. They say there is a setting to lock Safe Mode with a password, which is what I need. But the App says this feature is not supported in my device. I have Realme C11 2021. Nowhere in their web-site they say that some features might not work in some devices. Solution?

I have been using Surelock for client devices for 6 months or so now. The software is easy to install, and pretty reliable. We started with Surelock to prevent phones being moved between networks, and staff installing multiple apps etc. This worked well, although we then realised that to support them we needed to be able to remote control devices - hence then also installing SureMDM. The support team are always on hand to help out via web chat, so it makes some of the more difficult tasks easier to complete. The software locks down all the Apps, and the device as well - meaning where you want to pass the phone between people, it works well. I couldn't find anything else on the market doing the same thing as well for the same price.

I checked almost all of the kiosk locks available in Google play and purchased most of them to try which one is good or not. Surelock is the better that all of them can tell 100% sure. The amount of features it gives u is so far more than others. Also the support team is doing wonderful. A asked for help several times and they are fast, patient, expert and always online.

This really works!! My son tried everything to unlock the phone. And I mean everything. He could not even after scouring the internet. I had mmguardian but it did not prevent safe mode. This app prevents you from turning off the phone and going into safe mode. Just keep the phone charged. Also, be careful of allowing settings being enabled because the phone can be unlocked. There other ways too, so make sure to lock down everything.

SureLock has a great product that we use in our organization, called SureFox. Many options and settings are available, to make it unable for other users, except the administrator, to change any settings. All the physical buttons and touch buttons can be disabled if needed. App preferences can be set easily. All of the settings that you have set, then can be easily exported to cloud, so if you plan on changing the device or have a need to deploy the same settings to another device, there is no need to go through all of them once more, you can simply import them from the cloud. The support for this application is very kind and helpful, usually replies in 1 hour and always get their way of helping, even if the other support teams need to be involved.

Very useful in a professional kiosk environment. The ability to change settings on all devices through cloud deployment is a big plus, and thus far SureLock is the only reliable solution we've come across for blocking internal windows and options within apps without blocking the app itself. Support has always been helpful and efficient, good job.

Highly recommended lockdown app. This app does not only give phones a custom menu with customizable restrictions and prevents employees from messing with the phone's settings, it also should definitely be mentioned that it allows you to employ Samsung Knox functions that can for example disable safe mode, disable hard reset and all other ways traditional blocking apps can be easily circumvented. SureLock is absolutely one-of-a-kind and is my most recommended professional application for Android. I am not exaggerating one bit because Android can be very lame with how limited you can control a phone for users. I cannot understate how important this product is.

We have been using this app successfully for 4+ years. It gives us complete peace of mind that our taxi and courier drivers are not able to use our devices for unauthorised purposes. It's very user friendly and completely effective. No hesitation in recommending this app for use in conjunction with industry dispatching systems for complete control of usage. One star. Sales useless. Waiting two weeks for a reply/cost and nothing. It does work once you get through the config however the disable power button yet again fails to work! Really frustrating as this is one of the main features required. Remote management pages are also very confusing. Useless though if you cant buy a license

I use this app to limit app and internet access on an Android device. It works well. 2 things I don't like: sometimes the phone will go randomly to the home screen. It seems to happen mostly after activating Bluetooth or using more demanding apps. A restart fixes it usually. Another thing i would like to see is to be able to lock safe mode on newer Android versions.

Great app does everything that we needed, able to block apps and only allow specific apps and functions to be able to be used - very helpful and have had great customer service when I have wanted to get more licenses, big thanks to Sangeetha for helping me out and making sure that the licenses were added correctly and no issues :) Highly recommend

Great Service from Uma. She managed to reset the password with clear instructions all done without delay. Overall i had a great experience using their product and would recommend. it is very hard to bypass their SureLock ( it does serve its purpose).

We have been using SureLock on about 60 devices for the past several years and are very happy with it. As the tech manager of a 55 vehicle taxi fleet, I have found SureLock to be an essential tool for allowing us to control what apps and services our drivers have access to when using the in-vehicle tablets. It gives me assurance that they will not be changing settings, installing or deleting apps, and also using up data doing non work related activities.

We use Surelock to restrict the usage of devices to what we want them to do. This way support for the device is super easy! Setup is pretty straight forward. After the initial setup we re-use the settings profile for all devices. Great tool overall. Also the support from 42Gears is great!

A wonderful experience I had with 42Gears products. This is the app which thousands of people want to know, however, using this app shows that "WE ARE REAL OWNER OF THE PHONE, 'not' mobile itself". The only thing I found suspicious was that it requires permission of every inch of our mobile but I think it's for mobile being fully secured.

I'm using this to convert an Android tablet to a video calling device only for my 83yo mother. She cannot operate full Android but with Surelock I've managed to create a simple set up for her to use Google Duo. No issues with install and the set up is stable so far. I dont know why someone doesnt create a simple Video calling OS for the elderly but until they do then this works brilliantly.

We've been longtime customers of 42Gears and have always been blown away by the service offered. Deepak in particular goes above and beyond. On numerous occasions he's taken the time to sift through logs with me to try and figure out why our devices weren't playing nice. Great product, and a great service.

Well thought out and very functional. The app provides complete, granular control over the tablet. It does everything I need it to do for a wide variety of kiosk and controlled environment applications.

Looked at a few software solutions to lockdown and manage multiple devices. Surelock is a clear winner for its functionality but more importantly for me, easy setup. Their support (shout out to Nelson) is also fantastic.

I use the app for 2 years and I'm very happy with all features it offers. I had a problem with reinstallation, however extremely prompt and professional support helped me to fix my issue. Ashwani Kumar from 42Gears team called me right away, evaluated my situation and within several minutes emailed me with a detailed resolution that fixed all for good.

Great app! I especially appreciate the feature that disables hardware factory reset on Samsung devices. Tech support is fast and friendly, Biswa was a pleasure to work with.

SureLock is an excellent solution for locking down devices. The setup is pretty simple and when I've had questions or issues, the tech support team is quick to respond with answers and solutions. Very cost effective.

Best application for kiosk management. Tech team is really helpful also with Nelson being a huge help I'm my case, couldn't have got it all set-up without him. Super simple platform with lots of functionality. Fair pricing also. Would highly recommend so far!

SureLock has proven very beneficial in managing devices and controlling what apps and processes users can access, this allows us to keep the device as a business device. The SureLock configuration settings are very flexible and it does take some trial and error to set for your business model. The 42Gear products (SureMDM and SureLock) allow us to manage those devices remotely without wasting a lot of time and money on the road chasing down devices. If your not using a lock down app and need this functionality then I would strongly recommend the 42Gears products. A clever app and very easy to use. We have used it to lockdown over 14 tablets for work use. Customer Service is amazing I have always had a quick response to any emails I have sent with queries.
